The description on this item is that "This is a basic kit for TVs with an Older Connection" Not true. This is NOT the "Basic" DVD hookup, this is the "DVD Cable Upgrade Kit" for TV's with MULTIPLE input connections. If you have only a coax connector on your TV, this is NOT the kit for you! This kit comes with a 6' gold-plated composite video cable, a pair of 6' gold-plated audio cables, a 6' gold-plated s-video cable, and a set of 6' gold-plated component video cables. It does not include the rf converter required for an older TV.

It's a great idea. Prolong the battery life of your iPod so it's virtually infinite... that sounds great. I thought it was a great device until I had a potentially dangerous problem with it.

First off, the design is quite poor. The device is large and bulky, and the power connector should be integrated into the device so the rubber wire/cord it does not have the potential of getting torn, broken, or stripped in some way. The suction cups-- well, I haven't had any bad experiences yet, but suction-based plastic to affix a 59.99 piece of equipment to a $500 piece of equipment... I don't trust it.

The major problem with my battery pack was that it continually overheats and melts the innerds of the device. The springs are ruined, I can't use it, and Belkin refuses to replace it. Fortunately I haven't gotten seriously burned. But either way... Don't waste your money, especially since it's your safety we're talking about

I'm extremely unhappy with the Belkin OmniView SOHO Series 4-Port KVM DVI Switch with Audio.

1) It is nearly impossible to connect a cable to the console DVI Connector. Belkin had to overnight a special extender to connect the monitor DVI cable to the KVM.
2) Connecting the Power Adapter to the KVM blocks one of the peripheral USB ports.
3) It's absolutely impossible to put on the cover (i.e. cable management cover) if you connect the four (Belkin) cables to it.
4) Connecting only two PCs with a resolution of 1600x1200 to the KVM resulted in green shadows for one connection. (both NVidia cards GeForce 4 (4200 series) and a Geforce 5 (5200 series)
5) The Microsoft Wireless Keyboard doesn't work as stated in the manual. I did manage to plug in the wireless dongle connector to the USB mouse port on the KVM but now I can't use the hotkeys to switch between computers. Belkin has also indicated that wireless keyboards don't always work as stated in the manual

6) There isn't a FAQ or software/firmware upgrade listed for this device. That was a shock.

If you are looking at this product, it's probably because your original one has started to flake out, and only work some of the time. The problem lies in the small twisted copper wire that is in this cable, and the replacement will stop working after a short time too... The only thing that seems to work is to replace it with a good quality cable but you loose the volume control.

I've had this player about 2 weeks. Radio is decent. Plays audio CDs okay. However, it will not play MP3 files in the correct order. There doesn't seem to be a logical basis for the order of the tracks as it plays them. It ignores the 'playlists' that are on the MP3CDs altogether. If that doesn't matter to you, then it might be okay. I think it stinks.
I'll probably switch to Sony, which has its own (better) compression technology anyway.

I had this MP3 player about a week when it started to act funny. For example the butins stopped working and no matter how many tomes i replaced the batterys multiple times but i still could not hear the music in my headphones so i reaplaced the headphones and still could not hear both output jacks did not output any sound into headphones or speakers. If i were to buy a nother MP3 player i would not buy any thing from Microtek

This is NOT noise cancelling. It's indicated as one by category, so if you're seeing this, beware!

I tried for 2 evenings to install this device in my son's Win95 system without success. The instruction sheet made it look fairly straightforward until I actually tried to install the unit. The discovery process seemed to flow normally, but the device never worked. The control panel showed that indeed the sounds were enabled and even looked as though they were working but no sound came out. I tried the installation procedure many times with no success. There was NO manual included with this device and no instructions on how to configure the jumpers on the board. The Win98 instruction said to avoid the discovery as a "Crystal" device, but that is exactly how 95 discovered it. I could never seem to get the system to use any other driver other than the "Crystal" one. I also looked for an 800 number for support and found none (perhaps I just missed it somewhere in the fine print). After 2 days of frustration I decided to try and install a Sound Blaster 16 card from another system. I was able to install the Sound Blaster in about 10 minutes with no problems. Based on my experience with trying to install this device, the poor documentation, the lack of support and the absence of a setup utility, I would not recommend the purchase of this product.

This machine is cool looking but bad working. It has no power. DON'T BUY
