    Good player BUT....
Great player for the price, but it has definitely not the auto reverse option, which by the way attracted me to purchase it. So don't be fooled :)

    books on tape listener
When I take my dogs for a walk I listen to books on tape so I ordered this personal cassette player because it said auto reverse. It is very light, easy to use and good sound, but not auto reverse.

    absolutely the best
I'm an avid books on tape listener and this is by far the best tape player I've found. With large FF and REW buttons as well as a stop button and HUGE play button, I can easily find my place on the tape without looking! I also love the snappy colors.

            Excellent valued speakers ...
I just started using these and I will admit they aren't the higest power rated speakers but for a directional 7.1 gaming rig and personal surround system the price is impossible to beat... I bought this with an Audigy 2 Gamer and the best game out there (FarCry) and the price is excellent... The bundle of games with the Audigy 2 Gamer is also a great deal for those that don't have them(...)P>Use the gift certificate for Unreal 2004, Doom 3 or Half Life 2...

Keep in mind to get maximum value out of this you need to add a solid video card to your rig. Picked up a Geforce 6800GT OC and am sitting pretty...

            Happy gaming...

Midrange for games and treble + base for music
The subwoofer is virtually identical to the 6600 set(6.1) with 2 extra RMS for the 7th speaker layout. The midrange is much like the 6.1's but the front end has tweeters as well as center tweeter/mid for V/O talant in games(which is sadly drown out in most games by sound progammers fault, not the speakers). The games that really thrive are the FPS as everyone says, but some sims also take good advantage even IND War II spreads it out quite well and seems to be universally compatible with all systems-9.1 anyone? Most kinds of games(RPG, Adventure, tactical) do not get fully apprieciated becasue of the subtle sounds that do not get heard well unless you turn up the volumn. insects, birds, distant waterfalls, peasant chatter, and other ambience is better heard on the Gigaworks set or Logitech's 5.1. Which cost two arms and three legs to purchase.
On the music side, Classic Rock music(like Rush, Yes, Kansas, Head East, Heart, Spooky Toothe ect.) sound excellent because you don't want too much bass in that stuff. Most other music(classical and easy) nead more midrange and less hissy treble to truely appreciate. If you listen to Beat music or other bass required tunes you need a better set than this. Creative's acompanying sound card does quite well at dividing instruments descretely in all 7 channels however on this set.
If you don't have the money for the fancy set, go for it, but if you play games and want to appreciate the sound quality save up for the big one. Otherwise you are probably better off with a 2.1 with tweeters, midrange and a thumpy bass.

            Great for the price
There isn't a better system for PC gaming (for the price) than these Inspire T7700's. To begin with, 7.1 DOES make a difference with games - the transitions are much smoother. The two-way satellites add to the high end, and the sub puts out a lot of bass. The wired controller lets you adjust everything, and even has a line in (for plugging in my MP3 jukebox). I also like the way they look with the grill off :)

            Just good not great.
Good thing about this player it is small.
Easy to jog or weight lift with.
Negative side it only fits about 1.3 GB.
So so you have to high speed dub drive
for your PC to work with the MuVo.
Also if you get this player best go to
            Creative Labs for Firmware updates.
Why because it transfer mp3 slow otherwise.
Would I buy another Nomad Movu 1.5GB no.
But I would buy another Creative Labs Product.
I also own 128MB Nomad Muvo MP3 Player its great
compare to the bigger more expensive

Nomad MuVo² 1.5 GB MP3 Player.

            overall it is good
creative says it last more than 10 hours for continuous playing, but my nomad muvo 1.5 have to be recharge every 4 or 5 hours. i agree the provided earphone is suck. the 1.5 gb storage are able to statisfy my need, actually i don't think people will need a mp3 player with too big storage, because i dont have that much cd. the sound quality is good and clean. and the appearance is ... as long as you have never seen ipod then muvo 1.5 can be consider as good

            Great MP3 Player!
If you're looking for an extremely compact mp3 player with a lot of memory, this is the way to go. This thing is tiny and will fit in just about any pocket. 1.5 GB means you can put over 300 songs on there. It is very easy to add songs. All you have to do is drag and drop the files from the computer into the player window. This item comes with a carrying case, charger, 2 USB 2.0 cords (one for home and one for travel) and media player software. Creative says you should install it but it is not needed to use the product.

One thing I dislike about it is the size of the keys. If you have big fingers you might find it hard to change tracks and adjust the volume. The directions are also not great. Some people might have trouble navigating the menu.

Overall a great player - highly recommended

Would have scored it higher except for a couple of concerns
I had the unique opportunity to use and evaluate the Casio EM500 for a week to determine if I was interested in purchasing it. At the end of that week, I really wanted to buy this PDA, but I had some lingering concerns that kept me from doing so. Here are some of my thoughts after using it:

-First off, I really loved the display on this unit. It was extremely bright and easy to read even in daylight. I would not have thought it, but a color screen made a HUGE difference. I had a Palm Pilot before, so I know what I'm talking about here. This Casio has one of the best displays of any of the color units.

-I really liked the PocketPC OS with just a few exceptions. As I mentioned earlier, I have had a Palm Pilot in the past. Of the two operating systems, I prefer the PocketPC. This is largely due to the fact that I use a lot of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Money) and it was extremely easy to synch with data with these applications. Some people prefer the Palm OS's simplicity, but for what I needed to do, I found greater functionality in the PocketPC. The only reservations I had was that the PocketPC makes in annoyingly difficult to close applications and its navigation could be simplified.

-The actual hardware design of this unit is fair. It's a little on the bulky side, but I never expected to be able to fit it in my pocket to begin with. While I liked the semi-scroll wheel on the side, I never used the multi-directional D-pad on the front. In fact, I rarely used any of the buttons on the front. I was also very disappointed that there was no cradle included. The USB cable was kind of awkward to have lying across my desk, and I would have appreciated a cradle to set the unit in when not in use.

-Battery life was impressive. While I never did an official test, I was often able to go through two days of normal use before needing to recharge. The unit uses a Lithium Ion battery.

-Don't underestimate the benefit of having Internet Explorer and Microsoft Reader as included applications. Using Avantgo (which is included), it is very easy to read news, weather, and stocks from sources like MSN and Yahoo. The problem is that it is not a live connection to the Internet, and you must wait until you synch with a PC again to get the information updated. It was also fairly easy to find e-books for Microsoft Reader.

-This unit only comes with 16mb memory. While that is more than enough to run most of the bundled applications, don't expect to play many MP3's on the Media Player unless you buy additional memory.

That brings me to the biggest single drawback of this PDA and the reason I did not end up buying it. This Casio EM500 has a MMC (Multi-Media Card) expansion slot. Most of the PDA's today use Compact Flash memory slots. This means that while I could find MMC memory to buy for my Casio, I could not find very many other expansion options. There are no modems available, or cameras, or any other type of expansion pack available other that just a memory card. Being that MMC is not really catching on, at least in the USA, I worry even about the availability of MMC memory packs in the future. While this may not be important to many people, it was to me. If I am going to spend this much money on a PDA, I want it to last for a while. I want to be able to be able to expand or upgrade the unit as new technologies and products occur. Even Casio seems to realize they made a mistake by using MMC in this unit rather than Compact Flash. Newer Casio models now use Compact Flash.

NOTE: Casio announced recently that EM500 will be capable of supporting SD (secure digital) memory cards. This will require a downloadable update from the Casio web site. Even with this announcement I still am concerned about upgradability options. I have yet to see anyone selling SD memory cards.

If you are not interested in expansions such modems and such, then this is an excellent PDA for you and a great value. I give it four stars (****) in that case. For those of you that are like me and crave expansion, I would suggest looking at the Casio E-125, or better yet, the Compaq iPaq line of handhelds.

            Excellent PDA
I love PDA's (and computers in general, for that matter) and this is an excellent device. There was a time when I swore by Palm's pda's, but while Windows CE (now known as Pocket PC) has evolved to near-desktop power, the Palm has remained virtually unchanged. Of the Pocket PC's available, this unit is the best compromise of size and power. It packs a 150mhz cpu (more powerful than the HP Jornada, less than the Ipaq), 16mb of ram, and an amazing screen capable of displaying 16bit color. The Ipaq and HP Jornada can both only do 12-bit color at best. All of that is packed in a comfortable, small device that feels extremely solid in the hand.

While I do believe the EM-500 is probably the best unit available, it does have a few draw-backs. The miserly 16mb of ram is hardly enough... if you buy this make sure to get a 32mb or 64mb memory card to go with it. My other complaints are minimal: lack of hardware volume control, location of IRDA port... but none of these minor issues really impact the usefulness of the unit.

Definitely a great PDA, and well worth the money

            it's realy good
The casio is a really good casio because it is a casio and i THINK IT IS VERY GOOD BECAUSE THESE CASIO'S are always good and so i say this casio is good because it is a casio and casio's are really good so i say this casio is good because it is a casio and casios are good...

            ABOVE AVERAGE CARD
My girlfriend bought me this card for my bithday, because of my problems with my old yamaha card. Althought this card plays mp3 and wav formats very well, the game audio is just decent. I would have prefered the LIVE! card. But this will do. No real complaints here. Very Very good for its low price!

            Sound at a great price!
This sound card Is really awesome. It comes with Accelerates Microsoft DirectSound3D, EAX, and A3D at a great price. With Creatives new EAX sound it makes any game more injoyable. With A3D you can hear the difference when playing games or music in stero sound. Plus you can hook up 4 speakers to it which is great for those who like to play games. It is also has great price for all you get.

Good options for a low price
EAX, A3d, it supports both. I've tried it on multiple games and it runs great. It might not be be a sounblaster live x-gamer, but for the price it rules. The a3d sounds good and does add intensity. The installation was easy but the documentation is a little weak. I would recomend it to anyone who wants a pretty good board but doesn't want to dish out 100+ dollars.

What is a home theater system?
This so called home theater system does not have a DVD player or even a VCR. How can they call it such?

              Affordable Home Theater System
The Aiwa XS-DS70 is a great home theater system for those looking to get into the market. The sound is nice and clear, and can be really pumped up when playing videogames or DVD's on the player. The drawback of the system is it seem to sound pretty weak when playing cd's on it. If you're looking for a system that is compact enough to fit into a small room, but still offers a great deal of sound, I'd reccomend this Aiwa product.

              Greay sound for the price
