Aside from being a bit uncomfortable to wear, the big disappointment is the speakers. Not much bass response. When 'Super Bass' is selected it overdrives the speakers & distorts the music at even low volumes.

I wear headphones while I work and have used many brands of headphone radios. The aiwa hr sp75 has been the most durable and comfortable set I have ever had. they do not have the foam pads and do not break down from sweat. I have used them for almost a year now and that is twice as long as any other set. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for durability and comfort.

The sound on this product wasn't near what the manufacturer said it would be.

As far as the sound and utility of these headphones, I certainly can't complain. The sound quality is very good and since the speakers go into the ear like earbuds, you get a very "surrounding" feel from the music. Although I've heard a person or two complain that they don't fit well, they fit me and most others very well. Running, biking and other sports are a breeze with these and I often forget I have them on. Unfortunately, they're not terribly durable. I'm already on my third set in about a year and change. My first set got a lot of wear time and got thrown into bags with books and such often. The left speaker eventually stopped working (although it will work if I hold the cord at just the right angle). I was wearing my second set at work one day and, forgetting that I had them on, I backed quickly away from my desk and the cord popped right out of the earpiece. I didn't feel I moved that suddendly that the headphones would break though. However, I've been so satisfied with the sound and fit, and the price is right, that I'm willing to replace them again if my third pair goes the way of the first two.

The speaker on this headset works very well. Unfortunately, the only thing I ever heard through it was, "I can't hear you." The headset's microphone hardly works at all. Don't buy this headset. It simply doesn't work.

This headset is very comfortable. The sensitivity is excellent - I had to turn down the volume on my phone when I switched from my Plantronics headset. Voices are crystal clear. People I've talked to using the headset have remarked that there is a dramatic improvement in the quality of my voice over my old headset.

The headphone's cord is only a little more than four feet. They apply too much pressure to my head, and they pinch and pull my hair (it's only 5cm long) when I take them off or adjust them. An in-ear set of head phones would be cheaper and more worth your while.

These headphones are the best. They produce good sound. They also are comfortable. The price is fitting also.

My friend was unfortunate enough to receive a pair of these absolute junkers as a present. Now, if the title of the review didn't clue you in...well, let's just say he was less than satisfied with them. After giving them a listen, of course, I was in complete agreement. These are the muddiest headphones I have EVER heard, and I've heard plenty of cheapies. There's absolutely no detail in these. The low-end completely dominates the sound. Mids and highs are drowned in the muddy sludge which is this headphone's audio "reproduction." If you're in the market for a closed headphone, the Sennheiser PX-200 is not a bad deal. And, as always, I recommend the Koss KSC-35/50/55 for someone on a budget who wants a great, cheap headphone.

We got a package of like 50 of these bad-boys from some company at work and so I figured that taking a few pairs home wouldn't hurt. That was three and a half years ago and im using the first pair I opened as I type. Time and time again, I have stepped on them in the darkness, only to find that they are truly resilient and difficult to break. I listen as loud as my computer will allow and still get premium quality in all ranges. If ever my house catches fire, the headphones are the first things im grabbing.

Don't make the same mistake I did, and buy an inferior product from Frontier Labs. From the first day it would freeze or lockup. I tried several different compact flash cards without success. Customer service was limited to generic email responses that implied I didn't have the technical ability to operate their equipment. Never could make it work. Don't buy anything from Frontier Labs, there are too many good MP3 players out there to have to deal with poor quality equipment and lousy customer support.

Contrary to the other review, I love my Nex II MP3 player. I've been using the same player for over two years with absolutely no problems. I actually wore out one carrying case and had to replace it, but replacing it was simple and inexpensive.

Battery life is great, and while it may not have all of the features of the high end iPod-type players, it's worked great for me! I use it when I'm working around the house and every day when I work out. You can't beat it for the money.

these headphones are sold with panasonic's high-end portable cd players. like all panasonic headphones sold with their portables, they are poorly designed.

These are awesome headphones they are so loud its not funny and they are tiny so you can hide them from the teachers.

Yes its USB, but you have to use the Plantronics software that you have to download from their site since you are not plugging directly into your soundcard. Their application is horrible and not user friendy. Chatting sounded very tinny and I couldn't get my volume high enough to hear people. The headphones are a little bit better for listening to stereo music then their Audio 60 headset. For the price and inconvenience, this headset isn't worth the money. Buy the non USB Stereo 60!

This inexpensive headphone set worked great from the moment of plugin on both Mac and Windows. It has a mic mute and volume control on the wire as well. The sound quality was good. It is thin plastic and time will tell how durable it is, but it was comfortable to wear.
Highly recommend

The confort of these headphones is about on par with any generic low-end headphones from other brands. The sound is ok overall, with pretty clear highs and good bass for the price, however the fit of these headphones do not really hold the ear pieces on the ear snugly enough to isolate the sound. This causes a lot of the bass to leak out and you end up with a slightly muffled sound lacking bass, but if you hold the ear pieces snugly on the ears you will hear that the drivers on these headphones aren't bad for the price, but oh well.

The drivers on these headphones actually put out decent quality sound for the price, however, they just do not compare with the sound quality of similarly priced koss portable headphones (ie, ksc-50, ktx-pro, ksc-55). One of the major problems with these headphones is that the angle of the speakers is a little awkward and they don't really fit snugly on the ears so much of the sound is lost. If the headband kept the drivers snug to the ear these would be considerably better, but still not as good as the ktx-pro.

These headphones are excellent. The sound quality is unmarred, not tinny - however I'm not an audiophile so I can't say anything about bass (the bass seems fine for me). They're lightweight so they don't feel heavy on your head, they clamp well, and they're inexpensive. Well worth the money. The only thing I could say in favor of not getting these is if you have a high probability of them being broken (taken by children, siblings, etc). Then you might want to invest into a pair of headphones in a heavier-duty class than these.
