If i were to buy a nother MP3 player i would not buy any thing from Microtek

    Flawed Design
Volume control on this headphone (which made me to buy his product) is located close to the pin rather than to the headphone. Construction: Pin---VolumeControl with a clip---Coiled 15(or so) ft cord---headphone. Sounds funny. I returned the product.

    Waste of money
These headphones have a constant hiss, even when fully charged. The sound cuts out every few minutes for no reason, and the silence lasts for a few minutes too. Since there is "automatic" tuning, then there is no way to adjust the tuning to get a better, or any, signal.

    Badly Constructed Headphone
The pulsating bass feature is interesting. Unfortunately, the headphone falls apart before the novelty wears off.

The problems mostly arise from bad connections in the wiring. The wire from the "vibration on/off switch" to the headphones goes bad first. In my case, the right side of the headset shorts out. Only the "pulsating bass" feature seems to be affected. If you can bend the wiring so the bass works again, loud crackling noises persist.

I've returned my Kinyo headphone twice now and have gotten replacements. Kinyo hasn't given me any problems about this so far, but they DO NOT pay for shipping. You're likely to pay more for shipping the product back for a replacement than for the actual headphone itself. My warranty expires in two months...so I have another chance to ship it back again when it breaks.

Do yourself a favor and look for headphones elsewhere. Kinyo still has a lot of research and development issues to work through.

    Poor sound quality
I bought a pair of these based on the name "KLH" I was totally disappointed. You can get much better sound quality for about $5.00 at Radio Shack. These are the epitome of poor quality sound.

    These headphones are a hassle!
As a portable music enthusiast I have tried and discarded multiple sets of headphones for many reasons; the sound was lousy, they were too clunky for my lifestyle, or they just didn't look cool. In regards to appearance and sound these headphones come in at 4 stars.

However, they fail in a frustrating respect. The chord placement of one side of the headphones juts out from behind the foam pad on the headphone. This causes the foam pad to *repeatedly* fall off and need to be readjusted each time you wear them. The foam falls off at the most inopportune times and it's a miracle I've been able to chase after it and chase it down each time. Though this might not seem like a big deal to some who listens to their music while stationary, this is a huge hassle if you listen to your music with this headphones primarily in transit.

Whoever designed these headphones did not design them with the portable audio listener in mind. Not many headphones are, and since most stores only allow you to try on headphones that are in the hundreds price range, sometimes you have to go through dozens of 15 dollar headphones until the find the right one. The real test of any set of headphones, though is how well they survive your day to day use. I don't think there is any price tag for that.

      Frightfully bad
...I had a pair that I bought out of desperation(a quick fix) once and consider them to be the worst of the many different ear buds I've gone through throughout the years. Tinny, with very little range or bass I refused to use them after one time. The absolute worst. If you ever think about buying these elsewhere don't bother. They are ...not worth the material they are made of. They are reallly bad.
