Not wishing to spend a large amount of money on my PC's computer speakers but not liking the factory speakers included on my computer I took a leap of faith and purchased the Cambridge 3-Piece system because of it's low price compared to some of the units out there.

The system includes a large woofer and 2 tweaks that can extend up to 4-5 feet. The volume is controlled by a switch attached to the speaker's wires that can stretch 2-3 feet. The bass is controlled by the back of the woofer and overall installation of the speakers is very easy.

It's amazing how much high quality sound I get from these speakers when running my computer's DVD player. Even with 3 speakers, the sound still gives you the movie theater feeling of having the sound go from left to right. I own a large TV but still prefer to watch DVDs on my 21" monitor because of the sound's quality from the Cambridge speakers.

I also own a large amount of PC games and if you're an avid gamer you have no idea what you're missing by not having a quality speaker system. Many of today's PC games were meant to have not only a good sound card, but excellent speakers that allow the user to appreciate the sound that the programmers meant to be a part of the game's atmosphere. Some games such as Clive Barker's Undying are 3x scarier with this system.

You can buy better speaker systems than this but why bother with more speakers until they invent computer screens that stretch a few feet. The 3-piece Cambridge system is more than enough for anything you may use on your PC.

I've always been skeptical of the value of speakers on a PC system but decided to take a leap of faith, and try out a "cheap" system. The SW310 was an extremely pleasant surprise. Very easy to connect, and well designed. The audio enhancement I got was far better than I could have imagined. The woofers really kick ... - I love it!!! If you're looking for an economy speaker set that delivers, this one's a safe bet. I'm now eagerly considering trying out one of the more expensive digital models from Cambridge Soundworks.

I purchased a set of these speakers over a year ago,and they are still going strong. Don't be fooled by the lower watts output rating, these speakers will crank! They have more than enough power for the average user. The subwoofer and satellite speakers are small enough to place anywhere, but the sound is anything but small. Very clear tones and minimal distortion, even when played loud. They will work with either mono or stereo channel soundcards, no adapters are needed. I have been very pleased with these speakers.

I purchased the LCR plus the LR speaker packages for a total of 5 identical speakers, and they actually turned out to be the newer Aperion Audio 512D's.... The 502s and 512s differ only in the dimensions of the cabinet and the cabinet materials. The 512s are improved, but both use identical drivers (internal speakers) and circuitry inside the cabinets.

The center speaker is identical to the L+R speakers, but with a horizontally mounted nameplate on the grill, rubber feet mounted on the side and horizontally mounted speaker connections. The cabinets are beautiful and the speakers include 5-way gold plated binding posts.

I have these speakers mated with an Adire Audio Dharman powered subwoofer and my home theater sounds incredible. You definitely need a powered subwoofer with any small satelite style speaker since smaller speakers are incapable of producing lower bass ranges. Nonetheless, these incredible speakers are rated down to 60Hz, which is very good for a speaker of this size.

The speakers themselves are small, but put out incredible sound. You need a decent powered receiver for these speakers (such as on Onkyo TS-DX595 or a Denon 1802) since they are fairly low on the sensitivity scale.

The best review came from my wife who said "wow, I can't believe how good these sound" when listening to The Eagles DTS DVD.

I purchased the EdgeAudio 502D-LCR kit and SW-12/320 sub to complete the audio portion my home theater setup. They are awesome! They replaced a pair of Boston Acoustics A40s and a 8-inch KLH subwoofer that I'd used as a stereo pair (actually the A40s are now the rear channels).

The increase in detail while listening to music was jaw dropping. The high end, at first seemed a bit recessed, but as I listened to more CD's that I knew well, I realized that they were smoother than I was used to. All of the highs (stuff like cymbals) were beautifully detailed. I also noticed an increase in detail in acoustic instruments. The sound stage, with and without the center channel, is three dimensional and transparent.

The speaker enclosures are solid and assembled and finished with great craftmanship. They are beautiful pieces of furniture and sound as good as they look.

They are small but man do they cook!! Well worth a listen and a good look. These little guys have won a permanent home here. Solid as a rock construction, beautiful wood, and great sound. I'm in love!!

I own the edge audio 5.1 system and it produces fabulous sound from these beautiful speakers. This system is competitive with systems costing about $1000 more. This may be the best audio system for the price on the market right now. Note that these speakers are heavy so if you are going to use stands get ones that are rated for their weight. They also have 5-way binding posts, something not usually found on speakers at this price.

First I had bought the Auto Navigation Kit to keep my Garmin iQue 3600 on the dashboard. Any quick acceleration though and my Garmin would be on the floor, waste of money.
Then this Garmin Suction Cup Mount came out; works perfect. We just cruised 3 weeks through Italy, France and Spain in my Alfa Romeo (V6 and sport tires & suspension = good test). Did some 4,000 km of all kind of road and driving conditions, including cobblestones, curvy coastal roads and bumpy secondary and mountain roads. Not once did the suction cup mount come loose from the windshield. Also, having the car sit parked in the hot sun for hours did not do any harm to the windshield-mounted device.
The cup mount installs and is removed in seconds. Clear voice sound from the speaker with easy volume control.
Other than that, it keeps your iQue 3600 charged, which you need as the battery does not last too long.
A definite must have if you want to use your iQue 3600 for car navigation.

I purchased an IQue 3600 and I realized that I need a car adapter. So, I bought the Garmin suction cup car adapter. It works great. With a built in amplified speaker I can hear it loud and clear, and the convinience is that you can hang it any place on the glass in the cars.

I have used it for a week works fine good sound (for the money)
Great looks exeeded my expectations. Te volume is not really loud but for a medium room will work grat. If you are lloking for a budget all in one not needing real power speakers this is it.

I finally broke down and bought a DVD player. The Go Video system is great, it plays all sorts of DVD formats, cds, mp3s and it has an am/fm reciever. This is a fantastic home theatre and a kickin stereo!

When I saw the low price for two speakers and a sub, I decided to do some research. Finally I was convinced to buy them. I hooked them up to my computer and the difference between these and the speakers that came with my computer is tremendous. The sub is really great, and the speakers, despite their size, are great. The instruction manual said that this system won the 1999 Design and Engineering Innovation Award, I can see why. Don't pay more unless you want surround sound, this system can hook up to any stereo or mono device (TV, VCR, CD player, etc.). A great buy!

I have been using the SPS1 system for almost a year. I use it in my office connected to my computer. On the weekends I take it home and use it on the deck or we will take it on our boat. The sound justs blows me away. I can fill a good sized room with fantastic sound quality. This unit can be hooked to any piece of electronics, TV,CD,MP3 Player, Video Game or PC. The best feature besides the incrediable sound is that it has a built in rechargeable battery that will keep the sound going for 6 to 8 hours without AC power. The system comes with a heavy duty travel case that holds the wire, satellite speakers and even room for a portable CD player, which makes it perfect for outdoor use. We take it everywhere.

I shopped around for a while looking for the perfect center channel to compliment my system, and the JBL had the best imaging of any I had heard. It was a tough choice between this center and the Cerwin-Vega, but I finally settled on the JBL. I believe I made the right choice.

If you are looking for outstanding performance at a reasonable price, this is the center channel speaker for you. I couldn't believe what sounds are re-produced from this speaker. All I can say is Awesome.!

These speakers are true to my past experience with JBL : fabulous sound with crisp highs, rich midtones, and tight bass (for their size-- you can always add a subwoofer). I think they're the best value out there in bookshelf and compact home theater speakers. And as a bonus, they look really cool with a nice grill design and sleek white finish. The material and build quality is very high-- much better than average.

If you want some great compact speakers for home or even for a portable setup, with full sonic clarity, these are the deal.

These speakers deliver a clear, crisp, and vibrant sound, with a richness expected of a higher-end speaker. I would recommend these to anyone interested in a good-quality sound but keeping an eye on price.

I usually subscribe to the "bigger is better" theory when it comes to speakers, like my much loved KEF Reference 104/2's. I bought these small JBL's to use in another room, mainly for TV sound and background music, and was pleasantly surprised with the sound they produce. It appears JBL engineers have done an excellent job with these little speakers and I would definitely consider other JBL models in the future.

These speakers sound great, the 6" midrange puts out very clean sound, the tweeter is very crisp and clean, and they actually put out very nice bass.

I have a pair of DCM KX-12 speakers which are floor standing speakers which I use as my main speakers, run by a JVC amp which is about 6 years old, but still puts out enough power and sounds good.

I bought these speakers to use as my secondary speakrs, and they are great. the only thing is I might return them because I wanted to get some small speakers like the JBL N24 posted on here, but they weren't in stock. I had a gift card that's why I didn't go anywhere else. I was looking for speakers that I could either mount on the wall or put on my computer table, something not taller than 10"-11". Since there's no technical data posted on here about these, I thought that they would be smaller, so I bought them. They are 17"x10"x9", which isn't that big, but I just don't have the room for them, although I would hate to see them go, because I'm starting to like them more and more as I listen to them.
