Great deal for great price!!!The monitor has excellent graphics in all of the functions of DVI, VGA (PC), TV, S-Video, Composite. The response time between modes is pretty quick. It has self signal detection feature that would auto detect for signal on all the modes. If you mess around with the video settings a bit you'll get extremely clear graphics for PC and TV.
The right-hand side there supposed to be USB ports but the model CT1702T does not equip with USB ports I think. The overall monitor was black and very slim that brings you the look of a modern monitor. A remote control was also came with the monitor for convenient access. It also equipped with ez to touch buttons in the front panel.
Overall, this one product is a excellent product that I would recommend in buying.
Hope this review clears up somethings for those who still had doubts.
Excellent monitor (for my purposes)So I decided an LCD monitor with a wide viewing angle, video inputs (not just RGB) and bright colors seemed to be an excellent solution.
I chose the Cornea because it fit the bill in all areas. I've had it for a month now. The picture is bright and clear (through S-video or CATV) and the viewing angle excellent (this is really important when you have a few people watching!). As a computer monitor it's gorgeous (I'm using it now). Connectivity is great. Looks nice. At the price it's just amazing (frankly I was a bit worried it would be crap, since I couldn't see one hands-on).
I have a few gripes though:
(1) there's some pretty obvious color-banding for TV use, nothing too terrible, but certainly not HDTV, or even just compared to a cheap CRT TV
(2) the speakers are pretty terrible, though I get WAY better signal through the RCA connectors compared to CATV, the CATV audio is just appalling,
(3) the volume control takes forever to adjust, seriously!
(4) there's no manufacturer's code for use with a universal remote (this info comes from Cornea support).
The audio problems (quality and slow adjustment) will be resolved when I get a hifi system. 17" is pretty small for watching TV these days, but I'm used to it now, and we're not far away from it (this was my decision though, not a fault with the product). The universal remote problem is really annoying - the only thing I'll use it for is the power button. Why do manufacturer's do that??
All in all, a great product. Highly recommended, but for a pretty specific need.
almost all you wanted for a LCD at a great priceThe only things I am not completely satisfied is the slow transition in mode changes. I would also like it have PIP function. For less then $[money amount], CT1702 offers the most feature you can get for a LCD. There are some other "brand" LCD offer much less for much more $. I recommend this LCD if you want something more than just a monitor. The price for LCD is dropping quickly, and supply seems ample. You are probably looking for a unit for $[money amount]-$money amount] in the near future.

A cardio-vascular workout every morning
Easy to Use But Poor Reception
Lots of features at a reasonable priceThis is a great alarm clock, CD player and radio. It has the most important features one could ask for - a battery back-up, excellent sound, AM/FM electronic tuning, sleep to CD/radio, wake to CD/radio/alarm, well-placed buttons, etc.
One reviewer stated that you cannot program a wake-up track. This is incorrect. You can program the CD alarm to use any of the "methods of play" (specifically "skip play", but also "random play" and "repeat play").
I only wish that the unit were less bulky (though it would be difficult to produce such excellent sound in a smaller unit), and that the finish was black (so it doesn't appear as bulky).

excellent treble, disappointing bassquite powerful for its size, too powerful actually to turn that power into good sound.
looks good, but that really does not matter does it.
even at low volume the bass sounds like a banging on the bottom of a plastic pail. i've done all i could to tweak it digitally for better results but still no good. i played music of various range, it performed the best when i played enya, the speakers beautifully reproduces her voice. but when you get to those orchestral soundracks with flooding drumbeats it is hardly tolerable to hear.
i really hate giving anything a bad review. but this one deserved it.
i love music and i think that my sounds deserve a better conduit.
this one's going right back.
Great Sound, too much bass

Not even close to the mark!!Major disapointments:
1) Not a true 5.8Ghz system, but 5.8Ghz and 2.4. So it still screws up wireless networkse (the whole reason I bought the darned thing).
2) No way to check messages from the handset.
3) Clock and caller ID features are per handset, not shared. This means that you set a whole pile of handsets when the clocks change. Also, deleting caller ID logs must be done on each handset. Very lame!
4) No speed dialing. Holly cow, my $3.99 phone could do that. Why can't a $400 phone system do this do this? Shame on AT&T!
5) Battery life is very short (only a couple of days between charging).
Bottom line...AT&T clearly no longer knows anything about human factors or usability of phones. They miss the mark on almost every score (except sound quality). They are also guilty of false advertising by claiming this to be a 5.8 Ghz phone. Shame on them!
Just about as good as they comeAs for no speed dial this is somewhat of a misnomer. If your speed dial is a frequently used number then 99% of the time it will appear in your redial menu. Simply select it and it works just like speed dial. Granted it isn't true 1 button calling, but it is still very handy. Range is fantastic. I can't get any squelch anywhere within my house (Upstairs or in the basement). Appearance is very clean and professional and beats the heck out of a lot of the plasticy play-school-esque phones currently available. Sound is above average with customizable tone control. For anyone going from a less than perfect phone to this system you may have some adjustment. There is absolutly no hissy feedback in the line. Often if both parties are silent you may feel as though you have lost your connection. The sound of near perfection is something most phones have difficulty with.
As for nice touches and features. Call transfer is quite handy. Phone to phone intercom is also very nice. As is the built in battery backup. Handset use and drain is well above par. Days off a cradle doesn't hardly phase the charge.
As for an all around household system, the Joneses will be hard pressed to find a superior feature laden solution. So don't lament the (Bigger, Better Badder) scenario, because frankly it doesn't currently exist. As for the die hard home office user there may be a need to look elsewhere for wireless networking, but for the typical family with typical utilization this will take you to a level that will make your old phone feel like 2 tin cans and a piece of string.
Great performer with one minor quirk!Since it's a 5.8GHz DSS system, I have had absolutely no interference with anything else in my home. And because each handset can be programmed independently of the others, my entire call list is installed on my handset, while my kids have their friends programmed into each of their phones. None of us has to look through long lists of people we don't know to find the people we want to call. When looking for a new phone system, I wanted to get one that had both a built-in speaker phone and an answering machine with separate mail boxes. This not only delivered, but I got a very useful bonus as well: each handset can be used as a speaker phone. Now I'm not tied to the base unit when I need to use the speaker phone.
The only gripe I have is with the answering machine. It works fine and has three mailboxes, which I wanted. However, it records a "message" every time it answers, even on hang-ups or when the caller does not actually leave a message. It's a pain to have to wade through six or seven blank messages on mail box 1 just to hear the two or three real ones. That's the reason I am giving this four stars instead of five. Other than that one quirk, it is a great phone system, and I highly recommend it for its versatility and performance.

Uniden TRU5885-2 5.8 GHzThe Good:
We like the 5.8 Ghz because it does not interfere with our 802.11 G Linksys WIFI and because it sounds a lot clearer.
We liked the speed dial feature (Rocketdial) and the distinctive ring tones (very similiar to cell phone features).
It is very easy to use and to program the numbers.
We also liked the answering machine built in that is easy to turn on & off.
We like the ability to transfer calls from the base to the handset without having to go back to the base.
The Bad:
There is no low battery indicator on the handset.
Cannot add no more than 1 additional handset.
It would be nice if the base unit had a built in clock display and the handset would display the time when you are on a call.
What a great phone!!
Best cordless phone so far!
However, this speaker is weak at midrange and lows. A subwoofer can compensate for that.
