However other manufactures of mini discs have provided better quality products at cheaper prices. The discs did skip in places even on the first playing and i felt that this was poor for a mini disc - i'll stick to my old brand.

The sample Memorex printable CD-R that came with the Epson 900 printer worked great but then I bought the 30-pack -- only to find out that Memorex brands each disk around the center with the Memorex logo and the text "PRINTABLE CD-R 700MB 48x". For me that completely defeats the purpose! -- I want it too look like it came from a CD print house, not some hacker's basement. The branding totally stands out too, black on a white background that could easily not jive with your artwork. I was really disappointed. Other than that the printable CD-R technology is really great.

Well lets say that floppy diskettes are getting a little old now since cd-r(w)s, zip drives, etc have been introduced to the technology world. Hmm but floppies still come in handy for quick and compact situations involving small files . . i would say 2 megabytes or less would be fine fitted to be put on these floppies. they have nice colors which stand out from those stale and unvivid floppies that are colorless. overall i give this product a 3 star because i think it should be a little cheaper for lets say 25 floppies. i know places that are cheaper. but the capcity of this product is augmented from the oldies and are enhanced from 1.44 mb to 2 mb. so thats very nice...

To be fair, the packaging says "compatibility: Pocket PC V35 and V37".. But since Amazon listed this case as an accessory for the V36 model, it should have been perfect for my PDA. To my dissapointment, it is NOT.

Viewsonic V36 came with a leather case. But if you're like me, a commuter that often has to grab subway car handles and sometimes can't have a steady hold while reading books and appointments off the pda, you may find this flip-open case a lot easier to access, so you don't have to draw the pda out of a case each time you need it.

This leather case is very nicely stitched. It has a compartment where you slip in the pocket pc, with carve-outs for the screen, the button pad, the microphone, and the speaker. It has an outer flap where you supposedly store a couple of business cards, credit cards (doubt who would ever do that) as well as two SDIO cards. It also has an inner flap to cushion the screen against the cards you may have on the outer flap. You can store an extra stylus in a slot.

Here's my major gripe:

The case didn't have the measurement done right for the frame. It's not aligned with my V36. If I slip the pda all the way down, which is what you would normally do with a case like this, I no longer have access to the four hardware buttons, nor can I tap the software tool bar on the bottom of the screen. Because they're all blocked by the misaligned frame. So I have to keep the pda poking out a bit, like 1/8 - 1/4 of an inch, and as a result I'm now having a harder time punching the power button, because it's now partially behind the strap.

Well, all this doesn't really hinder the daily use, but it still bothers me... View Sonic made the case, not a third party..

By the way, with this leather case I'm no longer able to carry the pda in some of my tighter pockets, as I could with the original case.. But that's expected with the two extra layers of leather protection.

I baught these at BestBuy twice and now they've stopped selling them all together. I'm really sad. Noone else carries them. I love PNY. I've never gotten any other name brand to work for even Audio. PNY playes in my Audio Cd Player, Sterio, ETC. And doesn't break. A few scratches here and there. But keeps playing. Never let me down. Even the RW's are great.

When I bought these at Best Buy a sales clerk told me they would not work well for audio applications, he had seen a lot returned. Since there was a rebate that made my cost [$$$] and I got the impression it was only when played in an audio CD player, I thought I would give them a try anyways.

He was right. They are totally useless for audio and would not work correctly either on an audio CD player or in the computer CD-ROM or CD-RW players. If you can't trust them for audio, you shouldn't trust them for data. I would avoid these CD-R's.

I bought the 110 package also at Best Buy last Thanksgiving
day. As I have experienced so far, these discs work well
with my computer and cd-player. I think it is good quality.
Several friends of mine also use this brand CD-Rs and think it is
ok.

I have a 20 pack of these, and niether of my recordable drives will accept them. I got one to burn, but all of the rest have been rejected at every attempt. Save yourself the trouble and look for another brand.

The problem with these CDs is that you never know when you're going to get a batch that will fail you altogether, or half way through your recording project. The great thing about CDs over analog is the consistency and clarity of sound. You have no guarantee of either when you buy these. Better to pay a little more for something reliable.

these cds all came out perfect for me - no problems whatsoever

This is a good quality cd-r, I have burned almost 25 cd's and not a single one is defective, it's excellent media, for data and audio cd's, and the price is really affordable, why pay more for other brand if you can obtain the same quality and performance for less?

Just one advice, be sure to also buy a pack of jewel cases, you don't want all your cd's laying around your desk, do you?

And another thing, I have seen the others reviews, so for the record, my cd-writer speed is 12x.

I've burned stuff on about 20 of these cds so far and have not had one mess up, i've been burning then at 32x and they've been working great so far...these were the cheapest when I bought them....these are great, would buy again if they were still on sale

This is a good quality cd-r, I have burned almost 1000cd's in my yamaha F1 cdrw burner and only one is defective

I can no longer access most of my files saved on imation disks! When I want to save a file on a brand new imation disk, it cannot do so! The message tells me that the file cannot be saved on the disk & it's a brand new disk!!

Even though imation shows capacity of 1.44MB, it's really 1.38MB.
Imation is very unreliable & a waste of money!!

I think that imation 2HD IBM diskettes are the WORST storage devices on the planet! A couple of other schoolmates and I were attracted by these colorful diskettes and we have come to realize that they are not durable. If you want to protect the integrity of your term papers and projects or have access to them, please do not use preformatted imation 2HD IBM diskettes, as you will be very disappointed. Moreover, you know what? Their customer support is so unprofessional ...I called them about the diskettes and they were rude. Oh! I am so upset that they position themselves as the best and actually have such terrible equipment out there...I hope that students will stop wasting their money on these diskettes.

You can actually see into the disks and look at the structure of the floppy. The floppies are pretty much like others but I trust Imation Products because I have many of them in my household. The colors really catch your eye. Because of their vibrant colors, you can always spot them.

Even though I read a review saying this product didn't work I bought it anyway because I needed it for job interviews. Well I ended up returning them. I have a BRAND NEW burner and CD ROM. These CD's are not recognized by either. The burn fails everytime and the CD ROM just spins the CD, then says that it cannot read it.

IT'S DEFECTIVE! IT DOES NOT READ OR RECORD AT ALL!

This is an amazing product. It is shaped exactly like a business card, i.e. it is a rectangular shape. Instead of handing out ordinary business cards, you can now hand out these cd's. They make a great impression and at the same time can contain all marketing information about your company's products.

This product works in all standard cd drives without any problems, the cd sits on the inner tray of the drive.
