Have used this brand of DDS3 media for a few years now. Works fine.

I'm a video producer, and in the early years of my career I used Hi8 tape. However, it wasn't any old tape I was using... I was using Fuji tape, because I know that Fuji tape stock will give me the vibrant colors that will last a lifetime. Thanks fuji!

FUJI Pro Grade VHS-C is one of the best tapes I have used, I am new to the camcording wrold and have used 3 other tapes so far but this is the best. It gives vivid colors and great pictures in normal house lighting, it looks so real and makes you look like a real profesional the first time you use it. I would highly recommend it to anyone useing VHS-C tapes. It is the only one I will buy from now on.

The HP DDS-3 tapes are head and shoulders above the rest in my opinion. I've actually changed the Media Recognition on these to make them look like DDS-4 and they work fine (except they are 125m instead of 150m). Don't try this on your own; I just say it to illustrate the fine grade of tape, since they will even read back the denser DDS4 standard.

I've used most all brands too. Maxell, Fuji, Sony, Imation, and the HP of course. Stay away from Sony, maybe it's just my drive though. Other brands ok; HP the best.

I have had a pack of 25 and I have not yet had a problem with one of them:)

Good JOb IMATION^*

Of all the ones I have used this has always worked on the first try.It does not go into dos which is annoying and wastes time. I have found Imatation products to be of consistantly high quality. On the very rare occations when I have had a problem whith one of their floppies they not only replaced the flawed disk without complaint, the gave me a few extras.

These are as good as the CMC Magnetics! My favorite brand. They are fast, and when it comes to printing on the top of the CD, these look COOL! Buy these or the CMC Magnetics now. If you really need a great 100 pack, buy these. CMC only sells the 50 and 10 packs.

After having a lot of luck with Imation's "8X CD-R" disks, I am looking forward to working with the 12X versions. I also recently bought a set of "slim-line" cases, and I can say that they free up a lot of shelf space! The compact design, the reliable burn quality and after experimenting with cheaper media (which said 8X but torched anything past 6X), I can safetly say I'm stickin' with Imation!

What a great bundle! Recordable CDs, cases, labels and labeling software! The software is easier and more fun to use than Neato is, the labels are one to a page and the "stomper" is convenient. The only negative so far is that I have not been able to find the refill labels...
