The bag is great (not sure if it's waterproof), the lens cleaner works well, and the AC adapter is useful. However, I think the rechargeably batteries are not really good -- they never seem to fully charge. I got it for a great price though, so I won't complain too much

I think it will be handy in some situations around the house (eBay Pix). It definitely helps use ambient lighting in low light situations. I can't "picture' using it out and about. I think it would slide right off the hood of your car (older Volvos excepted.) Something non-skid on the feet would be nice. Will there be a rock or wide ledge available at appropriate height and distance from your subject? Maybe useful if you take pictures of lawn worms or want to snap Puxatawney Phil while you are lying on your belly like the rugged photo-journalists we are. Yes, I'm off to cover breaking world events with my Mighty Mizco! See you there, bring tofu! Please know my tounge is in my cheek and that I noticed some reviewers seemed unclear on the concept of a VERY short tripod. Peace.

Battery has a short life, does not provide life indicated in the manual. Flash drains the battery after about 20 - 25 pictures. Its does fairly good if you do not use the flash or the LCD viewer.

The vendor charges ten point seventy "clams" as a shipping fee for all orders equal to or less than two hundred and fifty clams. Of the two main reasons that a photographer-customer would pay for a Prepaid Processing Mailer (convenience and savings), this steep surcharge (for such an intrinsically lightweight, flimsy article) diminishes the return on the retail investment. Unless you intend to order a whole mess of them at one time, I'd say that it doesn't pay to squander your moulah on Shipping for Mailing. The net cost is fair, although YOU pay postage to forward your exposed film to the processing laboratory. For those of you who DO opt to splurge on this very convenient (and quality) product, I recommend that you have the domestic Post Office affix a self-adhesive METER STRIP as postage to the mailer, instead of piecemeal postage stamps. Reason for this recommendation: once the Meter Strip has been affixed, the mailpiece need no longer be re-weighed, nor does it have to be hand-canceled. The downtime (and limited access hours) involved in waiting on line to submit the article for mailing with a Meter Strip might mean that you'll forego the optional advantage of letting the Post Office calculate the weight and applicable postage. Attention, vacationers overseas: yes, you CAN send your precious film to the stateside Kodak lab; do keep in mind that boat mail is too slow, and air mail in certain countries is still prohibitive... On the plus side, when you mail in your films from overseas, you'll have the lab-processed results awaiting your return home (Lord willing). Trivia: when Eastman Kodak divested itself of the labs and farmed the work out to Qualux (a misnomer: lesser quality!), it seems that the central reason was not to eliminate unionized hired help, but rather to "resolve" ?huge? pollution problems that were an issue with the federal EPA. We are blessed with Kodak now back at the helm of the labs, having survived the toxic-waste and quality-nosedive difficulties. Too bad that Amazon & Adorama don't currently carry the color transparency (slide) Prepaid Processing Mailers from Kodak. Perhaps we can persuade them to add slide film mailers. I took one star away because of the requisite shipping fee, and another star away because the maximum number of frames per roll is 24, not 36. Thoughts, anyone?

I recently upgraded to a 3G iPod. When I saw this, I thought it would be the perfect solution for those people who actually USE their iPod, not bury it in a case. If you're worried about scratches all the time, I doubt you are enjoying the music much. This would allow for easy access and quick connection connections. It would also double as a quick and easy car holder.

I received the holster and slid the iPod in. Perfect fit to my slim 3G. Excellent so far. Nice fit and quality, great grip. Then I clipped the holder on the clip. A little loose on the fit I thought. Then I squeezed the clip. It shattered. No, it wasn't cold. Room temp. The sides just cracked and the clip broke into 4 pieces. First squeeze. Upon close examination, it is made from the ultra brittle plastic you see on the cheap import cell phone cases. The ones in Wal-Mart for pennies on the dollar?

Hard to believe Belkin would make such a nice holster and then supply the cheapest clip they could find. A total failure. By the way, I dug out an old Nokia clip I had that had been in use for 2+ years every day until I retired the phone. The clip is very loose with this Belkin as the knob on the case is smaller than that on most cell phone case.

First, I don't know why this product is advertised solely for the Nikon 2500; the Nikon 3500 has the same body (just more resolution) and therefore all of the products bundled in this product shall apply as accesories for the Nikon 3500 as well.

The camera case is the only available (from Nikon) for the Nikons 2500 and 3500. I think that a slightly larger case would make a big difference. The problem in this case is that... it is so small, that you cannot acces the front bag without first removing the camera from the case. Also, you cannot carry the camera, extra battery, and the cleaning cloth in the case. So the cleaning cloth will end up in a drawer and not where it should be (always near the camera :)

I actually work for circuit city and just recently purchased the Son dscp50. We have a sign that tells people that the memory stick is not included in the accessory kit(it's in this week's ad ending 2/9/02) It's a good product and I just bought one. This site shouldn't allow false advertising either.

This is not a stereo microphone like Sony and Amazon web sites claim it to be. I have noticed it right away after the box has arrived. You can see for yourself that the plug is mono. I don't know why Sony claims it to be a stereo microphone on their web site.

This case has a hard plastic? end secured to the camera and a soft neoprene cover that unzips and hangs under the camera.

Pros:
The quick release cover concept works well
The cover stays out of the picture at almost any angle
The secured end of the case adds needed grip
Tripod mount still usable with the case on

Cons:
The plastic? and neoprene surfaces look odd together and the colors don't match well
The cover doesnt full enclose the camera
The case must be removed entirely to access batteries or ports
