Perfect - AlmostOK. Well, what am I dissatisfied with? One minor flaw, the shoulder strap is sewn in. You can not detach it, you are stuck with it dangling around even if you want to carry it in your hand. It would have been nice to have a detachable strap. After-the-fact, I noticed just about all other camera bags have a detachable strap, now I know why.
I tried to use it as a waist belt (as another reviewer had mentioned). Initially it sounded like a good idea, but there were a couple of problems using it like that. To put it on or take it off your waist, you need to loosen/tighten the strap and pull it over your head. If it had a buckle (or a detachable strap), this would not be a problem. Also, the stap is sewn up and down, so there is a twist in the strap when you put it around your waist. This was somewhat uncomfortable. This waist strap "feature" worked for someone else and it may work for you. But, I would never use it that way.
All-in-all a good buy.
A very good product and a highly recommended buyMost days, when I don't use my camera, I store everything in the camera bag, e.g., camera, extra battery, battery charger, 2 flash cards and a plug converter. All fits, which is nice, keeping all accessories stored at one place. The battery charger and one of the flash cards are stored in the front pocket and in the big pocket I store the rest. However, whenever I use the camera, I remove the battery charger and the plug converter from the camera bag, so that I can store the extra battery and the flash cards in the front pocket. This way, I will only have the camera in the big pocket so nothing accidentally drops out when I grab the camera to capture that moment.
I have used the camera bag for a 10-day vacation in which I visited crowded places such as Seaworld and Magic Mountain. These days I used the camera bag as a "waist bag" by tightening the strap around my waist just enough to keep the camera bag comfortably attached. This way I could have easy access to the camera and safely bring the camera bag in the roller coasters. Furthermore, this way of wearing makes it really hard for a potential thief to steal it. Moreover, the camera bag can comfortably be worn as it was supposed to do thanks to the easy-to-adjust strap. However, this strap is not detachable but I don't see why anyone would want to detach it.
Overall, a very good product and a highly recommended buy.

Very good bag for my little Fuji cameraMy only complaint about this bag is the lack of stability in the middle. Unless your very careful, with a lot of bumping, I think the camera would get damaged = not a good thing. But overall, if you need a quick, down and dirty bag, this is pretty darn good. For the money, it's worth it.
Does the job

The perfect size for my Digital Camera Needs
There could not be a better little digicam bag!I would not let the other comments about the buckle discourage you from getting this bag. It takes some getting used to since it is so small and stiff at first, but it is quite secure. And you don't need to bother with it much since the front flap zippers up and the top flap fits snugly and has a bit of velcro to hold it down even without the buckle. I did read one review that said the buckle is "upside-down." This orientation is actually how many good camera bags are. They make opening it one-handed much easier since the buckle will open and fall out of the way rather than dangle off the top flap.
I can't say much more. This is the best little digicam bag I have yet to see. The most impressive thing is how well it is built. I haven't given it the Samsonite gorilla test, but I did have it get kicked around a bit under the seats at a baseball game. No damage to the bag or contents ... and the mustard came right off!

Disappointing camera from MinoltaAfter purchasing this camera and seeing the quality of pictures, I now realize what the price of this camera is all about. To say the least, the picture quality is pathetic. When I compare this to my already existing canon powershot, the difference is strikingly clear. Quality of pictues in this camera would be like those of a web camera, if you excuse the size.
I am terribly disappoited. The photo looks totally granulated with lot of disturbance. The color is made up and not natural. I would have forgiven the cheap little camera had I taken photos in no-so-good lighting condition. But as the lighting was good, the performance should have been better.
After checking out so many cameras, I belive there is nothing better than canon powershot. If you have some extra bucks, it's worth spending on a canon. The picture quality is amazing.
You can read my review for Canon powershot 4 mega pixel digital camera. This doesn't come even close to that.
You can waste your money on this one only if you need to be able to carry a camera around in your shirt pocket and be least bothered about quality photos. I wonder how many of us would do that.
Konica Minolta DiMAGE Xg Digital CameraCompact and lightweight camera that allows photographers on the go to take high-quality pictures in any place and at anytime
Weaknesses:
No A/V output and slide show function. This is probably the biggest loss for the XG.
Summary:
The ultra slim Minolta DiMAGE Xg packs a 3x optical zoom and 3.2-megapixel resolution into a body that is just 20mm thick! Though the DiMAGE Xg is almost identical to its predecessor, the DiMAGE Xt, it has a number of fundamental difference, including a faster start-up time (a speedy 0.8 seconds), a larger 1.6" LCD monitor, and a fast, 30-frame-per-second movie mode for high quality movies. Much longer battery life - 240 minute playback versus 120 for the XT. Specific AE program modes for sports, portraits, landscapes, sunsets, night scenes. Sports means faster shutter to catch action and so on. Multi-frame in one frame capture for action sequences (9 pics in less than three seconds). Manual settings mode somewhat like the Canon S230. One switch setting chooses the auto settings including the 5 AE modes. The other lets you choose color mode, ISO sensitivity, metering, and white balance. PictBridge printing support. In camera picture editing functions such as cropping and reframing pictures. In camera cut/paste function allows you to place an image within another image. This is one fantastic camera!
Xg is a WinnerPrints great 4x6 pictures on glossy paper, which is 99.9% of the type of pictures I will print. Comes with a 16MB SD card allowing continuous shooting at 1.5 frames per second.
There is a 3x optical zoom that is non-protruding. Great technology with great pictures. I haven't taken a camera on trips due to their bulkiness. Yes, I'm lazy. The Xg is easily kept in a shirt pocket readily available when the urge strikes.

- Universal Carrying Case (Black)
- EH-52 AC Adapter (fits Coolpix 885, 4300, 4500 cameras)
- Compact Flash Storage Wallet (holds up to 5 CompactFlash cards)
- Lens Cleaning Cloth
- CompactFlash Card Reader (USB 1.1)

Very pleased with this kit! It's a great deal!-The camera case is of very high quality and not only does it fit the 4500 camera, but there's also room for other accessories, such as the AC adapter, compact flash cards, etc.
-The AC adapter is very useful because it does NOT come with the camera (at least not with the Coolpix 4500).
-The compact flash card reader, lens cloth, and card wallet are other nice things to have.
If all of these items were purchased separately, the grand total of all of them combined would have been well over [$]. Thus, this kit is a very good buy and very complementary to the camera.
After I had purchased this kit, I read the reviews by other users and they seem to be misleading. But once I received the kit, I was pleasantly surprised by its contents and I discounted the misleading information supplied by some of the reviews.

Geat accessory kit for my 5700 camera
- Sleek carrying case protects and stores Coolpix 5700 and 8700
- Fast-snap design for quick access to camera
- Light and portable for easy transport
- Shoulder strap for secure and convenient carrying
Used price: $20.49

Good small bag for the 5700As to the turning on in the case. I suppose this would be a problem if I didn't consistantly turn the camera off and the switch to review. If the camera is switched on accidently, the lens won't extend. Simple solution that one should always use regardless of the case.
I imagine this will fit the new Nikon 8700 as well.
There seems to be two models of this case floating around out there. (especially on ebay) The one pictured above is the best. The other seems to be lacking some pockets and features.

Great Advanced Amateur/Novice Camera. Two caveats, one - it looks like CF mem will soon be replaced with CF II. Although CF mem will still be around, it wil definitely put a time limit on how long you can use the camera. two - either get a card reader, or get a larger card (which u'll need) that comes with a USB reader, most good cards (mine is lexar) do this. All in all, the camera is SPECTACULAR!!!

- Attractive carrying case designed specifically to house and protect the coli 4500
- Also fits Coolpix 900 series cameras
- Made from durable Nylon
- Zippered compartment for storage of CompactFlash card and batteries
- Comes with a belt loop for carrying convenience

Rubber belt loop is weak
Great size, but no strap
A Good Case for Camera CasesIf you can find this thing its great. Shouldn't be hard Case logic has their products everywhere. It is a CD player travel bag and square shaped and comes in red, blue, yellow and maybe another color or two (I only saw the three colors I mentioned but there are probably more) If you can, get one of these. Its just right and now I am rambling so that's all for this review.

- Innovative Flip Lid - provides convenient access to the camera
- Weather-Resistant
- Front pocket that holds spare batteries and digital memory cards
