The Cokin Sunsoft filter is similar to the Cokin Softwarm (#696) filter except that the Sunsoft has a warmer tone. As such, it is also good for portraiture or any scenario where the photographer wishes to add additional warmth and diffusion to the image.

Attaching a Cokin Sunsoft filter onto the lens can enhance the picture in many ways. First, the entire picture looks like it is being flooded with sunlight and thus the skin tone becomes warm and pleasing. Second, a close-up of the subject may expose the true 'texture" of his/her face. The filter can create a soft focus effect to smooth the face.

While the F-2 is widely regarded as a great bag, this one clearly works better. It's a bit bigger and more importantly, made of nylon which cuts the dust and fluff that would otherwise get into my lenses. This pack is padded, but not overly so. The interior walls are made of the soft Velcro, so you can attach dividers anywhere you want. Each end pocket is large enough to hold two Canon 550EX flashes.

This camera helps me stay in touch with family on the east coast, i bought one for me and one for my parents. before we would only be in contact once a month, now i can send them pictures, and they can do the same, the camera is a lifesaver. and its so afordable, im going to buy a few more as presents from friends.

I bought one of these in London recently. Odd because I don't have a Minilux Zoom! But I do have a Minilux and the shop explained that this case fits the Minilux just fine and that the zipper arrangement is better than the 'official' Minilux case.
There's a belt loop on the back if you want to use it that way. And there's a loop inside for the wrist strap to thread through if you want to carry it in your hand and let the case dangle while you use the camera.
Personally I carry my Minilux in this case inside my briefcase every single day and the case keeps bits of fluff and stuff off the camera.

I have this case along with the Leica Z2X and I have traveled extensively with both. Because the case is only large enough for the camera, it is very nice if space is a problem, as the case has a belt loop and that is where I keep the camera at all times when traveling. Do not buy this if you want to place additional accessories in the case though; they simply will not fit. However, there is a small pocket on the inside of the case made especially for the Leica panorama adaptor(or some bills) which I also have. All in all, I can think of no better triumvirate in the world of cameras. Maybe a bit expensive for a simple case, but if you already own a Leica Z2X, you may as well get a matching case to go with it:-)

I got the Leica Trinovid 8x20's as a graduation present back when I was very much into birding, and they are easily the best pair of binoculars I've ever owned. It replaced a set of very large, very heavy, very cheap binoculars, and the results have been spectacular.

If you've never owned or used a Leica product, you should realize that Leica distinguishes itself as a manufacturer of quality lens products, from microscopes to cameras. The Trinovids are no exception.

The 8x20's are billed as 'sport' binoculars, but they can find a home doing most anything. They are small enough that they can be used most anywhere. I've taken them to sporting events, as advertised, but I've used them for birding as well, with fantastic results.

The best selling point is Leica quality but compact size. It folds up and is extremely portable, but is able to resolve with the best of them. The shortcoming of small binoculars is usually that it is difficult to hold steady, but with a wide field of view and excellent craftsmanship, I've had no troubles.

This is one of the cheaper Leica binoculars available, but make no mistake, it is still Leica quality, and if you're serious about having a small, functional, portable, high quality pair of binoculars, you should definitely consider this set.

This bag works great for my Canon EOS Rebel DSLR and the 75-300mm lens. The bag features removable dividers in the main compartment which attach with velcro, and make for great flexibility. The small side pockets are large enough for a 50mm 1.8 lens, which I carry, and there's room for an extra battery or two as well. The front pocket is likely large enough for a flash. Lots of padding combined with a compact form factor made this bag perfect for me. The shoulder strap is padded and adjustable for length, but not removable if you only want to carry the bag by the handle, or wear as a waist pack.

This backpack actually is waterproof. I litterally went swimming in the BVI with my medium format equipment safely inside. Let me just repeat that, you can literally jump off the boat and swim to shore in waves with this thing and not a drop gets in. It uses a special zipper to seal itself off, not the more common method of folding over the mouth of the bag.
Carrying ergonomics are also superb: the bag offers many adjustments and a real well-patted hipbelt, essentially like the bigger mountaineering backpacks.
This is one of those rare products that does everything right.
If you are looking for protection from water for your camera gear this is the only currently made bag, as far as i know. I do have a discontinued German model, and find the Lowepro much better (ja, obwohl ich ein Deutscher bin).
My one caveat is: if you do not need this level of protection from the elements, you would be better off with another bag, because the stiff plastic and tight zipper make it less then ideal in terms of getting at your stuff quickly.

This is a great bag to have if you have several lens, a flash, and lots of odds and ends that need to be organized in one place along with your 35mm camera. It's large, well designed, and looks super. The Nova 5 is water resistant and has all sorts of extra compartments and zippers. There are places for filters and maybe a photo handbook. They test these bags in the field beforehand so you know you are getting a rugged quality product.I think the price is quite reasonable, and when I received mine I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations.

Sturdy and solid case. Only negative is round shape and relative bulk, but that's what makes it sturdy.
