This kit is just junk. The "deluxe blower brush" is a cheap plastic blower in the tiniest size. There is a "tweezers" that is just folded aluminum sheet metal - there's no way that is getting anywhere near my cameras. There are a few sheets of lense tissue and a few swabs to use with the cleaning solution. The "lintless cleaning cloth" is an about 3" x 5" piece of something akin to reusable paper towels that you'll use about three times and then throw away. This kit is not worth buying at any price, because it's not worth the shipping charges.

Bought this humidifier after my wonderful Wood unit failed after eight years. It's attractive and compact, but it's output is light for a so-called whole house humidifier -- I can't get my studio apartment over 25% humidity -- and the motor noise is driving me crazy. I'm searching for another one.

This is a way to expense price for this can of air. You can go to OfficeMax, and get a can for 8 bucks, not worth it at all.

The software won't load and that renders the keyboard useless. I can not get any support from I Concepts or Amazon. A bummer

What a waste! You might as well buy a thin tube (like the one it includes) and blow into it yourself.
Besides, after only a few seconds, the container becomes SO cold, it is impossible to hold it with your bare hands.

When I got this thing from UPS it was in this huge box(Parcel would have been easier for me and u) I had trouble getting it from my nieghbor(whom owr UPS deleverer always gets the wrong adress) and it turned out to be a peice of 50c junk. thier is no picture here to describe it. I will never buy another item without information on it when shopping online. It consists of a squirt bottle filled with oil, a styrophoam sponge with two prongs and that is about it. You run the pronged sponge down the grooves of your keys. It does little to what is underneath the keys(cat hair, crumbs ect.) I had paid a good eight bux for it(can get a dust vac for that!)

This put in many more scratches than it took out. Since this data CD has very valuable data on it, I'll try a different brand completely. While I had only a couple of data blocks that were unreadable before, now there is data missing everywhere. Terrible product.

I have used this product over a year and this only worked for odor. This will try to remove any odor except one, which was not convenient for me. If I take a shower and enter the room, it will even try to remove my soap smell. However, it does not work for cigarette odor or smoke.

In addition,it will dry up your room and your eyes will get dried and even turn red. It did not work, when my room was dusty. I bought this because I was allergic to mite and dust but it did not work for me at all. I recommend Sharper Image Ionic Breeze, if you want better air quality.

The worst part. I submitted $40 rebate to Panasonic over a year ago and still have not received the rebate. I tried to resolve this problem both by email and by phone for several months. Their excuse was that they closed down the rebate center and they could not cut me the check, although I have all the necessary rebate proofs.

After they transferred me to same wrong departments many times and did not return my calls, I even talked to 2 people at the management team in Customer Lead Dept and they sent me to wrong department again. Now, they won't even return my phone calls, when I wasted 2-3 hours A DAY to talk to them about it. (You have to wait AT LEAST 15 mintues to over an hour, if you call them.You have to expalin to representatives all over again to talk to Management because they do not keep all the records.) One of them told me that there's no department that resolves problem, when I asked them to give me another contact information because they were not willing to resolve the problem. Run away from the bad service. I am not just talking about representatives. They call themselves as management team and do not even return phone calls. This might happen to you, if you ever buy Panasonic product and there is problem with it. I am disappointed not because I could not receive the rebate but because their service was so horrible.

I tried this item, it is practically useless. It can barely clean the air in a closet much less a 200 square foot area. Yes safe levels of ozone, that means it is so underpowered it is useless. It made no difference im my home. There is also evidence these items burst into flames and burn up!

It does not explain that this is two items at the cost of $ 3.99 each. I thought I was purchasing one item for $ 3.99.
