Its great for the convenience especially if youre like me and you dont want to wait for developing time however if you are travelling I would suggest a 35 mm cam instead because pictures could get ruined in packing and I find the picture quality to be a little dark As opposed to some 35mm that have a clearer brighter picture quality.

Let's be honest... this film isn't great. Reviewers who are praising its "GREAT COLOR!" and clarity may be confused with Polacolor peel-apart film, which yields extremely high quality. This stuff, on the other hand, is consumer-grade and is worse than 35mm film in these respects.

That's why I love it. While it isn't accurate, this film's color reproduction says "Polaroid" all over it. That really adds a certain dimension to your photos. Especially if you are photographing more "serious" subjects (i.e., not just family/friends), the polaroid has a way of lightening it up and making your photography look more nonchalant. It also "ages" your film for you, giving the photographs an old, faded feel right from the start.

If you've got an old polaroid camera lying around the house, take it out, by a pack of this stuff, and experiment. It's a lot of fun.

My wife and I bought this camera because it was simple to use and picture quality was good. That was until it stopped working properly. Now the zoom sticks, sometimes the lense will not close at all and the object in the viewfinder will not zoom as the lense does. It was purchaes in January 2001 and the warranty is now up. Not Happy!

It's a beautifully made little camera but it just hasn't produced very sharp photos so far. I wanted a film camera since I was tired of the images I was getting out of my Nikon 950 (digital = fuzzy pictures faster). The colors from the Sureshot76 are excellent and it's just so darn cute I have a hard time saying anything critical about it, but looking at images I'd taken with an old, cheap 35mm camera with an old, cheap 55mm lens I'd rather drag around a "real" camera than have to settle for images that really look as if they'd been taken with a disposable camera. But for a grandma-point-and-shoot camera it's dandy, I'll give it to my wife, it's her speed.

This camera is very easy to operate and produces consistently high quality results. Good viewfinder...simple controls...easy loading.

this camera was great the first couple days and then the flash went. does not work. called canon and they wanted to fix it but I had to pay for the camera to be shipped there and shipped back, because I had just bought they were willing to look at it but not guarantee that it was not going to cost anything to fix this awful camera. this was the second and last canon product I buy. the A80 is just as bad!! the flash does not read and canon told me that it was a problem they were having w/ alot of there digital cameras. STAY AWAY from this brand!!!!!! customer service is rotten to the core very non helpful.

My mom bought this camera for me as a graduation gift and I desperately needed a good camera before my trip to England. While camera shoppping, I was looking for a camera that was in the $70-$80 price range and that had zoom. The zoom feature on some of the cameras wasn't very impressive, so soon has I saw this camera I wanted it. I liked the size, it could easily fit into a small purse, and the zoom feature was great, for (a little) more I got a great camera. I got back my pictures, they turned out fantastic. I would definitly recommend this camera for anyone that's on a budget and needs a camera with a good zoom feature.

I purchased this camera for my grandmother as a Mother's Day gift. She opened the wrapping paper and asked me to show her how to use it. I started reading the manual...I ended up taking the camera home with me and I have had it ever since! I just ordered one for myself from Amazon. After I receive mine, I will return Granny's.

If you want the quality and features of a 35MM SLR, but do not want to carry around a big SLR then buy a Cannon Sure Shot from the "U" line. This one, the 90U, has a nice 2.3 zoom. The more expensive Sure Shots from the "U" line have stronger zoom lenses, but without a tripod it is hard to use such a powerful zoom without blurring the pictures. The 90U is the way to go. Do not buy any other point and shoot 35MM camera.

I bought this camera in July 2003. It stopped working October 2003. To be more specific, the display on the back went on the fritz. Canon suggested we remove the battery & try to reset the memory. No luck. So I will be sending it in for a warranty repair. I'll let you know how I make out.
Well, it cost [$$$] to ship it to Canon. Now they want [$$$] to fix it. [...] So I don't recommend this camera nor will I replace it with a Canon.

After doing a bit of research, I decided to buy this camera. After 6 months and dozens of rolls of film, I'd have to say this was NOT a good buy for me.

First, I'll admit the outdoor shots are wonderful! Very full of color -- very vibrant -- the only reason this camera is getting its 3 starts.

Unfortunately, I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the prints that I have taken indoors. My indoor shots are lacking much of the vibrancy that I see in the outdoor shots. And the red-eye feature... it stinks! I use red-eye reduction 99% of the time when indoors, and 95% of my indoor pics have horrible red eye! I have compared this with other pics I have taken at the same time with another cheaper Kodak camera, and the pics taken with the SureShot are definitely of lesser quality -- both in red eye reduction and color/crispness.

On another note... This camera does have a number of features. The display on the back of the camera where these can be manipulated is easy to use. My complaint here is that the "dial" can easily be moved. So, putting the camera in my purse or handling it has sometimes turned the dial to an unwanted setting.

I love my Canon. I'd marry it if it weren't against God's law.

I received this camera as a gift about 5 years ago. I love the ability to take a panoramic shot here and there. It is good for large family shots where you are trying to fit everyone in. I also enjoy the remote control. We used it a lot on our honeymoon. That's the good side.

On the down side, the film advance and zoom are VERY loud. Don't expect to use it in a quiet setting like a wedding. The view finder does not accurately represent the picture; it seems to be offcenter. Because of this, you have to be VERY careful when focusing to make sure that you are getting the *right* part of the view finder on the subject that you want to focus on. In addition, I can't hand off my camera to someone else to take the picture, because it is never in focus. Never was able to get this fixed.

I have "learned" to be able to take decent pictures with it, but even I miss it sometimes...and it is always on the really cute pictures. I have been limping along with it mostly because it worked good enough to tolerate all the "lost" good pictures.

We are now expecting a baby, and I want to be able to get good pictures for myself and to be able to have others take good pictures with it too. So we are shopping for a replacement...Finally...Allelujia!

I just got this camera and was first delighted by all the features it carries within an acceptable price. However, after careful observation, it seems that this camera's design is old and technology outdated since 1993 (this is the default start date set by the camera itself, which makes it risky). Also, it doesnt run smooth and I've heard bad things about Fuji's customer service as mentioned by others. I am disappointed and plan to return it back for an exchange. You are better off with a Nikon 90 QD/120 ED or, if you can afford, a Canon Rebel.
This is a sincere advice: Don't buy this brand!

The Small camera with the Big picture. Excellent Pictures, makes a novice look good.

Decent film, but I can get this same item for almost half this price at a local department store.

I have been taking pictures constantly for about 3 years. I have shot with a myrid of film. However, Kodak film is hands down the best film I have ever shot with. The color is bright and vivid and you don't get the dull color or one color brighter than another than othe films out there. Yeah, you have to pay a little more for Kodak. But, trust me it is well worth it!! No matter what situation or occasion or subject this is the perfect film to not only get the shot but preserve it forever. So go ahead and open up that moldy wallet of yours and get it. You won't be sorry!!!

I am a freelance photographer and I go thru films like there is no tomorrow. This is probably one of the best deals around. Kodak is very high quality and I used them all the time. Highly recommend this to anyone who takes pictures with any kind of 35mm camera.

This film is easy to load and easy to use. The picures are a bit small but just right for a kid who loves taking pictures.

We used the Polaroid i-zone and sticky film for a friend's wedding - as the entries for the guest book/scrapbook, and the results were really cute. I would highly recommend it for fun projects. Next use: to create a group portrait of co-workers (tomorrow). I love this thing!!! NOTE: my only complaint is that when you cut the film stickers, some of the polaroid white gooey chemical stuff they tell you not to touch gets all over your fingers - even if you cut along the dotted line. Make sure if kids use this that they know NOT to put their fingers in their mouth after cutting the photos.

When I first saw the I-zone camera at such a low price, I was quite startled. I thought it was a one-time use camera and the package designers made a mistake and forgot to mention it. But when I got the I-zone Instant (non-digital) camera, I discovered it was an ordinary multi-use camera with replaceable film and all that. I took about 13 pictures the first day I had it, it is so much fun! One of the VERY BEST PARTS is that the film cartridges, when empty, can be used to store the pictures you have taken! It is so cool! The variable-intensity flash uses 2 AA batteries, you need not buy photo batteries. You can get a hand-held portable scanner called the Webster to scan your pictures (and ANY other small object) into your PC. This is the best camera and film.

I was unable to use this film in my camera. I bought 12 rolls and had to return them. I have a Samsung Fino 105S Maxima Zoom. I am only able to use either the 100, 200, or 400 speeds in my camera.

I use this film in my Canon Rebel and just love it! Most of what I take looks like a postcard with this film. I've photographed things in the worst lighting conditions with no problems whatsoever with this film. It can be light at times, depending on the developer, but all-in-all, I'm VERY satisfied with this film and buy it quite frequently. Most of what I use it for are photographs of family, but it is also used for items pictured on ebay and it just does a wonderful job. I can't recommend this film enough!

I was expecting a deal! Without trying too hard I can get this product for under [amt] and even less with a coupon.

I had Dynax 7000i for quite some time, and since the body developed cracks, I replaced that first with Maxxum 4. But that particular piece would occasionally turn off immediately after being turned on. So I returned that and bought Maxxum 5, with Vectis-1 flash. I am sorry to day that I got results worse that Maxxum4, and both were not comparable to what I got with my old rusty trusty Dynax 7000i. The advantagea are its light weight and small size. I didnot fancy the eye start very much, as I use it mostly in manual mode. To use the D lens's strength, you need to have D flashes, which are not cheap. There is absolutely no vignetting. If you shoot in burst mode, then it doesn't disappoint you.
I am still a bit far from the final verdict, but I am not quite impressed.

I love my Minolta Maxxum 5. The auto features make this camera easy to use and easy to get great pictures as a novice. Being able to switch individual features to manual also make it easy to learn how to use a 35mm SLR. My camera goes everywhere with me and has held up well. This camera is a lot of fun to use.

I've had a series of minolta SLRs (5xi, 500si, etc), most recently the Maxxum 5. They've all been great and have all done very well for me. Features, sharpness, exposure, automatic and manual modes all just what I need.

When considering the maxxum 5 I was initially worried about the comments about the size and whether my somewhat-large hands would be able to use it comfortably, so I checked it out thoroughly at a local camera shop before buying. no problem. It's light and relatively comfortable, and definitely feature packed, and most features are easy to learn and are accessible.

I have a 28-80mm lens made by quantum that is also light and does well on this body. Also a straight 50mm for low-light and close-up, though the zoom actually does well enough to handle almost all situations I need, even some floral close-ups.

FWIW, I'd probably be classed as an advance amateur.

Skip this one and get either: Kodak Royal Gold 400 or Fuji Superia 400. If you settle for this film you are going to possibly compromise your photo shot.

This film is okay. The color isn't nearly as realistic as some other films. I would recommend Fugi Superia Extra 400. It has much better color reproduction and is cheaper.

This is the film I buy whenever I'm out. My exposures always return crystal-clear! The blue-green color of my stuffed walrus is particularly well-served by Kodak's masterful Gold Max 400 film. I'm also fond of Kodak's 110 film, but due to the nature of that format, my pictures were much dimmer. After the switch to 400, whoa! Watch out! What a vivid walrus!
