I dont know what the monster cable series dvi's look like so that's why the 4 stars but I can tell you the picture with 'cablestogo' is slightly better than component which I noticed on certain shows on DiscoveryHD but not much of a difference.All I really know is how much cheaper it is to monster,but I'm curious of the difference.I have the toshiba 30hf83 30" which I love so someone tell me if the pic quality is better with monster(not the cord design,that I already know)I'd like to know.

I use this product for the Canon G1.

The quality of the photos i have taken are great, and i'm really happy with the pics. Huge Resolutions, a good printer, and a decent overall effect.

I would say though, that for 60-90 bucks you should get this only if you plan to use it... (ie: Flower Close-ups, wilderness photos of small items etc...)

The 500D closeup brings you to the world of macro by allowing you to focus on subjects closer than the minimum focussing distance of your lens. It has worked great on my Pro90, allowing me to take great macro shots with stunning depth of field, which would be otherwise impossible without the 500D.

This high quality extender is a great addition to my Canon EF 70-200 L f/4 !! With a top-notch build quality and a tough, weather resistant design equal to that of their highly respected line of "L" lenses, Canon has produced a great product for its unbeatable zoom lens !! Although the 2X extender renders the A/F function useless on many Canon cameras, I found this to be a Very small drawback overall ( I prefer to manually focus under many of my shooting conditions). This extender is more suited for a low f/number lens due to the 2-stop change in brightness, but it is still VERY effective with my f/4 in normal lighting. A lightweight and fairly inexpensive way to double your focal length, while maintaining the incredible optical quality of the main lens...My backpack will always contain my 2X and 1.4X extenders !!

I bought the Cannon Digital EOS to leverage my existing Canon lenses and the Canon EF 50mm f/2.5 Compact Macro is one of my favorites. It's great for nature, non-moving nature in particular.

Focus range is small, however the images are very sharp. Physically the lens is not as sturdy as some but good for the price. The bokeh is great!

I purchased this solar filter for my celestron nexstar 114 gt. It has worked very well, and i have seen fantastic images of the sun. The only reason I rated 4 stars was because the filter has to be taken care of very carefully, or the film may rip.

I think this product is great, only the name is very misleasding.
I purchased the A to P adaptor expecting it to adapt the A system to use the P filters. What it actually does is allow you to use your A filters in the P Filter system.

This filter gives the effect of zooming a telephoto lens during exposure. It uses the same technique as the "speed" filter. The streaks of light radiating from the center of the frame suggest movement toward the camera. Here again, a mixed and preferably dark background accentuates the radiating streaks and so the apparent impression of motion. should not be used for subjects dominated by a light sky or which feature empty expanses of snow or water in the background, as it is the unfocused areas of a lively, distturbed background which emphasize the zoom effect. Technically this filter is a Center Spot filter.

These filters allow you to concentrate on the subject itself and eliminate all unnecessary background detail, Don't use them for all subjects, only those that lend themselves to the effect. Use them for portraits, nudes, still life, landscapes or anytime you want to suppress unwanted background detail and to capture the spirit of the subject.

Helpful hints : Each of the five Pre-shaped frames comes in two sizes to match different subjects and lenses. Don't use super wide-angle lenses. The smaller the lens aperture (and the further the Pre-shaped frame is from the front of the lens) the sharper the cutout shape. The distance between your lens and the Pre-shaped frames can be varied by using a Cokin Modular Hoods (255) and the Coupling ring(308). Also, the lighter the subject or background itself the more pronounced the edge of the cutout will appear. These frames can be combined with most of the Cokin system filters, especially Diffusers, Pastels, color filters of all kinds, etc.

Add warmth to light and a pleasant tan to your photo. In general, they suppress blue casts on overcast days and on subjects lit by blue sky. These filters correspond to the Wratten Series 81 (81 A, B, C) and complement the Cokin blue filters (023, 024, and 025) which create cooler or bluer tones.

Helpful hints : Do not combine these with other color filters as this will destroy the subtle effects. But you can combine them with optical effects filters, including Pastels, Dreams, Star, Speed,etc. END
