Although this camera helps slightly to produce OK pictures and helps you have control over the effect it has on the photograph, the advantages do not outweigh the cost. This was, in short, an extreme waste of money since it's range of expected capabilities was limited. Also, it is difficult to position the filter onto the lens. I would not recommend this product unless you have an umlimitless supply of money, andn't think of anything better to spend it on.

While there was nothing wrong with the gelatine holder and it came with a plastic case to store it - the description says "with filters" and there are no gel filters included.

When I was looking around for a glare filter for flat panels I thought that the Kensington models were specialized for flat panels. But when I received the product I was disappointed. The glare screen is made of some kind of film rather than solid glass or plastic -- what that means is that if you poke it even slightly with a pen or your finger, you could actually tear it! But that was just the beginning of the problems. The glare filter came with velcro that was the least sticky thing I have ever seen. I had attached the filter to the flat panel and two days later it fell off. The sticker used was simply not up to par. Finally I returned it and went and bought the traditional glare filters by 3M used for desktops. That works much better with flat panels.

THE self-CLAIM IS TOO FAR OFF

I feel that this lens seems a lot slower then my others. Since this is not a lens that I must use since I have a better lens at the same focal length I rarely use it. I don't recommend it but others might like it.

I bought this lens for my P10 Camera. All pictures I made with it are blurry. Autofocus does not work with this lens. Do not buy this piece of junk!

I ordered this item from Amazon.com and the item was shipped by Adorama. I went to a local camera store to get a 55mm UV filter and found out that the lens has no 55mm thread for the filter. According to specs in Tiffen website, the lens has this 55mm thread. The package of the lens is not labeled 'MegaPlus' and the body of the shipped item is black; Amazon.com website showed silver color. It looks like an old model. Amazon.com allows returns within 30 days; Adorama allows only 15 days as I found out too late. I feel that it was Adorama's error and email them about exchangeing for current model on 7/15. So far no response. I suggest Amazon.com to hold its partner stores to the same standard as itself. Most of east coast camera stores do not have good reputation.

I would love to write good things about a product if I could get one. Ordered in June and scheduled delivery date move 4 time to sometime in October.

The worst constructed filter I've seen in my life time. Extremely thick. Its light weight makes me doulbt if it is really made from glass. The mount ring can move sidewards for about 1mm apart from the glass ring, because it is made from a piece of plastic[...] When mounted on lens, it is really too loose to keep it from dancing. It's already full of dust between the glass ring and the mounting ring before I took it out from the shipping box, which make rotating a painful feeling. Avoid any rotation needed filter made by Tiffen!!!!!! Perhaps, any filter from Tiffen. Go B+W or Helipon, they won't cost you much more but you'll see what a truely beautiful filter should look like.
