Amazon can't deliver
Canon Digital Rebelextra bucks and got the best card for the Canon Digital Rebel
Got mine from Amazon. 60X write, 66X read.Works fine so far, and the capacity boost over my old 64MB card has me almost giddy: The "pictures remaining" counter on my 3MP camera jumped from about 40 to over 300.
Helpful info: The manufacturer's "X" speed rating equivalent, which isn't easy to find online, is 60X write and 66X read.

Difficult to setup, works great now.Now it works great and I wouldn't want to be without it. So I recommend it for anyone who is knowledgeable and persistent with Microslop stuff, but I would probably not suggest it for others.
Gets the job done.

A must have for Digital Camera users.
Essential device, easy install, simple to useDownloading pictures using a serial cable is incredibly slow, and squanders expensive batteries. This device, which is powered by the USB cable, lets you treat your flashcards like high-capacity floppy drives. Just drag and drop your pictures from your flashcard to your hard drive using Explorer. Once you're done, erasing unwanted pictures from the flashcard is quick & easy.
This peripheral is cheap, given the time it saves and the convenience it provides. My wife loves it.
Easy to Use, Relatively Inexpensive
- Achieve data transfer rates up to 11 Mbps
- Convenient wireless connection for your PDA to an existing wireless network
- Compatible with Windows CE 2.1 and 3.0

Works greatMy walls in my house are not concrete or anything however, so i have never had any problem with 802.11b, (but will probably wish i had concrete when the tornado hits).
Over all, installation was a snap, my range is good, bit of a drain on the battery .You may want to get a wireless pc card and a pc card expanion for the ipaq if battery life is important to you, because the pc card expantion pack comes with its own battery, and the cf expantion does not. So far, the only pcmcia card I KNOW OF that supports windows ce is the Compaq WL110 (which coincidentily is not sold here).
In my opinion, linksys equipment has always been good to me, and this is no exception.
Great wireless card, but eats batteries like an suv eats gas
Another quality Lynksys productSetup was pretty easy. I use two wireless networks - one at home and one at work, both with DHCP. The software lets you set up multiple profiles for differnet locations. (I use encryption at home and none at work and the different profiles keep them straight). The MAC address for the card isn't printed anywhere on the card. I only found it by looking at the firmware version number in the software's "About" screen (I needed to register the MAC address to join my work's wireless network).
Last thing and my only complaint (so far) is that the CF card sticks out of the top of the E-200 a little bit two much. Granted, this has nothing to do with the CF card :)
Wireless roaming works well, good througput and good performance. It gets my reccomendation.

Great Idea, not-so-great ApplicationHere's why I don't recommend it to everyone: 1) You can not edit ANY files on the flash module. Meaning Vindigo will not run from it or edit a picture/doc file from the module. 2) It adds a noticeable amount of weight to your visor especially if you carry it in your pocket. 3) If you have hackmaster (or similar), make sure you disable it when removing and installing the module. I duplicated the resulting crash many times and had to do a HardReset each time. 4) You will go through your batteries a little faster. 5) You cannot HotSync directly to the FlashModule. Meaning you have to install it to your Visor, and then transfer to the module. A big inconvenience if you are running low on space and have to play "musical apps" to get it on the module.
In summary, I love my Platinum, however I feel there are too many shortcomings to make it a truly useful item. Its price is not justified. However, if you don't mind the weight and inability to transfer *everything* to the module and run it this may be right for you. Users with large uneditable PDB files will be thankful for it, that's who I sold mine to!
A tale of two PRISMsI own the Visor Prism and use it daily for a number of tasks. I keep a number of large spreadsheets on one of these modules and when I need them, copy them over to the working ram of my Prism.
I have found this unit to be very reliable.
Handy for Handspringallowed me to load them on without worrying about running out of
space. I will probably buy a couple more to add to my collection
of Visor gizmos.

RIPFLASH PRO 256M AWESOME!I assimilated the device protocol and it kicked my ASS! Yes! The internal amplifier could be a bit more powerful and their could be a bit more memory. But, this device is one of the most intuitive and comprehensive designs I've seen.
NO MOVING PARTS IS A VIRTUE!
The sound quality really took me and my bros for a LOOP. But, forget about the audio playback capabilities of the device...IT RECORDS!!!!!!
IT RECORDS BOTH LINE INPUT AS WELL AS AN INTERNAL MICROPHONE!!!!
I made tests of the line in from other portabe MP3 players and their was not diffence in quality from it's original to clone.
The size of RIPFLASH is 1/3 the depth of a pack of cigarettes and if that wasn't all...It's got a god damm digital FM radio tuner in which you can directly record broadcasts internally. I love this feature. Dication is a breeze with over 20 hours at 32k with the internal microphone. All in All, a great music/sound machine BAR-NONE! I don't know what all the bad reviews are about the operation of this device...Did you graduate HIGH SCHOOL GUYS? Get off your Playstation and learn the real world.
GRADUATE TO RIPFLASH PRO IMMEDIATELY.
Awesome deviceThe software was very intuitive & easy to install and use. The sound quality is excellent also. The lithium ion battery lasts for many hours and can recharge through the USB port of your computer or use optional external charger. The built in FM radio appears to be very high quality and I'm able to get great reception. I've tested the built in recording capabilty and it seems to be very sensitive ...should be good for recording meetings & such. I think the extra memory (256Meg) is well worth having, can playback several hours worth of high quality MP3 or WMA material. The only limitation I can see is that you have a 200 file playlist maximum. Pogo products has toll free number for support, if necessary. I really can't find any negatives.
simply wowThis thing rocks. How can something so small pack so much stuff in it? If I had a complaint it would be that it can do way too many things for me to use! I bought it to record the Howard Stern show and listen to it at night so I can get motivated and exercise (ya, right). At 32 bps, which is enough to hear a talk show, it can record almost 20 hours. Now that's awesome.
It is plenty loud and holds enough songs (almost 80 at 128 bps)to satisfy my needs. I know these new ipods can store a gazillion songs on them but I don't need all my songs with me. I just need a few. It costs less than half of the iPOD and it's way smaller than it. It has no moving parts. WOW!
The only thing:

Attache and Windows 98
"640K ought to be enough for anyone..."This was an impulse purchase at a retail outlet, but even on sale Amazon beat the price. I'm not familiar enough with these things to compare one brand with the next, but I can tell you what I did and didn't like about this particular product.
The good:
Detection was painless using Windows XP. Just plug it in, wait a minute for it to install itself and voila! Instantly you have a new 128MB drive on your computer.
Transfer rates are nice and quick, especially if you have USB 2.0, but even USB 1.1 is fine.
The plastic case is sturdy enough to protect it from normal damage such as an accidental scrape or dropping it on the floor. Sit on it, though, and it's toast.
The bad:
It's a little large to be considered portable in my opinion. They designed it as if it would be something you would carry on your keychain. Too bulky for that, plus the hole on the cap is too small to fit on the majority of keyrings. Finally, I understand the reason for keeping the cap on the keyring so you can easily remove the device, but the cap doesn't hold it securely enough for me to feel safe carrying it this way.
Reliability is suspect according to the other reviewers here. I would have kept this item if it weren't for the bad reviews, but will probably return it in favor of something more portable.
Portable File StorageIf you have Windows XP, setup is a snap - just plug it in and you will be able to treat it like it is any other disk drive.
The drive is small yet sturdy and can take some bumps. The device also has a lock feature (a la the old 1.44 MB diskettes) so that it would become write-protected.
Remember one thing though - the Attache is not really designed to be rewritten repeatedly. If the user repeatedly erases and rewrites the Attache drive, eventually parts or all of the drive will become unreadable. Therefore, one should only erase and rewrite when absolutely necessary. Also, one should always backup his or her files in a location other than the Attache.
