This little thing is thin, lightweight, solid construction, and cranks out more lux than I've ever seen from any other pen light. Incredibly handy and not heavy when you find it stuck in your mouth for 20 minutes looking for something that fell into one of those crevices under your car seat that is, for all intents and purposes, a black hole. You'll have a hard time finding AAAA batteries at most stores (not that you'll need them often as it runs A LONG TIME per set), but here's a trick. Peal open a good quality (copper top) 9 volt battery and inside you'll find 6 AAAA batteries that will fit!!! I will be getting one of these for each car since I've discovered this nifty trick!! For this price at amazon, it's a must have and great gift that anybody is likely to appreciate.

While not the brightest flashlight, The stylus is ultra dependable.
I've had mine three or four years, it has bounced around my motorcycle bags on camping trips, sits beside my bed in case of power outages, etc.
It is very usable lighting your way walking, tasklighting, etc. I would not use it to investigate a dark warehouse.
AAAA batteries not too easy to find, but they last forever it seems.

I currently upgrade pc's from nt to W2K for a large Corporation. Before i bought this storage device I had to remember and key in multiple network locations for different tasks such as drivers and program. Now i put the drivers on the USB drive and shortcuts to the various network loactions as well. It's my portable desktop. Even when the networks down.

Trekstor has the smallest computer storage device in the world. It can be used as a keychain as well. The advantage of Trekstor ThumbDrive is, you can actually reformat it in Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac OS formats for better performance. I have tried several other USB flash memory storage devices but they can only be reformatted in DOS format only. It fits any USB ports even those hard to reach ones. You do not need any USB extension cable. Other similar products, sometimes require the extension cable because of their sizes. Thank you. May the Force be with you.

I've never heard of Viking before but decided to try it. Setting up on my ancient Toshiba 2130 (it's a 486dx75) was so fast and effortless. It didn't come with instructions, but none were needed - i just slid the card in and Windows did the rest.

The 64MB CF card can hold about 65 pics in normal mode (I use a Nikon CoolPix 800) so that should be more than enough for a weekend trip. Using the laptop adapter should provide for limitless photos.

I'll look for Viking products from now on. And to think they just sat in coffee shops singing about Spam.

The search for aproppiate memory devices can prove frustratingly complicated on compatibility aspects, not to mention price, however Viking Components has answered my prayers time and again. This flash card, like other products from Viking Co i ve purchased, has performed excellently on a digital camera and laptop computer, (with the aid of the adapter). This combo is far easier to use than than the uncomfortable plugging and unplugging of slow USB cables, since it becomes, in essence, another drive in your laptop. Overall this has expanded my phototaking possibilities and made my life much easier transferring them.

I have read reviews of these things breaking and felt the need to offer the other side. I got mine as a Christmas gift from my sister. I recently put my Cruzer Mini 256 through the washing machine (by accident). Surprisingly, the thing still worked! Even with the little write protect switch on the side, the little thumbdrive proved to be water-tight enough to survive my stupidity. I have made heavy use of my Cruzer for transfering files between various computers and have encountered no problems in a year and a half. One note: I have been careful to use the remove hardware in Windows and the media eject on my Mac every time. Some people claiming that their thumbdrive broke stated that they weren't performing this step.

I am using Windows XP on a Dell and this little Digidrive worked exactly as advertised. No problems, very easy to use and I think the price was right at Amazon.com ...

Since Amazon[.com] does not provide much info on this product, here it goes: I just purchased it from Amazon[com]. It is Addonics Model #: AEINTDMD4. Key Features: USB connection. Read and write to 7 different digital media. Powered directly from USB port. Unique icon for each media type under My Computer folder. Works under Windows, Mac OS 9.0 or higher and Linux kernel 2.4 or higher.

I have been using these strobes for a number of years and I find them to be exactly what I needed for studio protraiture. One of the nice features is that I can "pop" the strobes using my on-camera flash, thus not needing a pc cable to connect to strobe. Thus all strobes are fired form whatever location I am at without tripping over cords. You can also alter the power of the strobes from 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or Full power. A really neat system for the advanced amateur or pro at a reasonable price. If you have studied lighting techniques at all, you can turn out some very nice photos!

I just purchased a laptop and an IPAQ Pocket PC and I used this card for both. I just pull the card from on and plug it in the other. The set up was as easy as 1.2.3. very easy, no issues with manuals or long instructions. I don't recall needing the instructions for more than a minute or so. Very easy to install and very practical... especially for my needs.

This is by far the least expensive PC Card SmartMedia adapter that I have ever seen. I bought this card so that I could easily read SmartMedia cards on my Powerbook G4 running Mac OS X 10.2.1. The SmartMedia cards are used with a Fuji FinePix 1400 digital camera.

When I received the card I removed it from the packaging, inserted it into the PC Card slot on my Powerbook, and then inserted the SmartMedia card into the slot on the PC Card. The card mounted quickly on my machine, and displayed with a PC Card icon.

Importing all of the images from the SmartMedia card was quick and flawless. No software drivers to install. Nothing to configure. It just works!

If you need to read SmartMedia cards on a Powerbook, this is in my opinion the best option considering both price and performance. It doesn't get any easier than this!
