Small, but still a bit too big
The case is sturdily built with two zippered closures and an adjustable shoulder strap. The exterior bottom panel is a nobby ruggedized material that probably is waterproof. The remainder of the case exterior is pebble grained leather-looking material.

The main compartment for the camera is easily accessed via the zippered front flap and is padded on left, right, back, and bottom. Top and front padding is thinner. The inside of the main comaprtment flap has a zippered pocket suitable for holding a memory card. Inside dimensions (inches): 6H x 3.25W x 2.5D The main compartment zippered opening is 3 inches wide.

The smaller zippered compartment is on the back of the case. It contains loops for 4 AA batteries, a zippered pocket suitable for a memory card or slim remote control, and a second unzippered pocket that is a little smaller than business card size.

I got this case to house an Olympus D-40 zoom digital camera. The main compartment is far too big for this camera. By itself, the camera would rattle around inside the case. I've filled the extra space by putting a carry case for 4 AA batteries into the bottom of the main compartment and adding a pair of light socks to fill in the remaining space. This leaves the smaller compartment free for the remote control and a small notebook.

I'm keeping the case. It provides more than adequate protection for the camera (with socks installed!) and will work fine for day trips and similar short outings.

A good solid camera bag for the D-490
A couple of weeks ago I picked up the Olympus D-490 and this was the case I bought for it. I must say that this is definitely a great product. It is extremely well built for it's price and hosts some good solid features. There are 2 compartments of storage: the main pouch and the front zippered accessory area. In the front zippered area there are 3 compartments: the battery elastic band which holds 4 AA batteries and 2 zippered mesh pockets. These pockets are large enough to carry memory cards and accessories for the D-490.

The whole case is sturdy and built rugged with it's soft pading for the camera and durable bottom. I definitely recommend this bag for anyone who has a digital camera with the approximate dimensions of the D-490. You will enjoy this case as it is inexpensive, functional, sturdy, well designed and looks good.

Carry the essentials
This is a nice digital camera bag, very sturdy and well padded. The interior has a soft plush lining to prevent LCD screen damage. It is a perfect size for a "point & shoot" type digital camera, such as the Olympus D360L. The front of the case zips open on both sides to reveal a flap with mesh pockets suitable for a spare set of NiMH batteries, cables or extra memory cards. It also features a sewn on belt loop and removable shoulder strap. Well made & compact.

ok for regualr everyday shots
I have probloms with getting indoor shots w/o the flash on. If I keep the flash off, all shots come out blury. And in museums or public places having the flash on isnt allowed, causing me too lose some good pictures. However, when I take outdoor pictures or use the flash indoors, they come out great; if I can hold the camera straight enough to get the shot. I love using the black and white, sepia features. great focous, has three second delay to shoot. Overall; good for childrens b-day parties or regular use where you wont get upset losing a few shots. In that case theres plenty of cheaper camera that have the same quality. The professionals are recomendin kodaic products in the digitals. I bought mine at another retailer w/ only a thirty day return policy and couldnt return it to upgrade.

Easy & Afforable
My husband & I just bought this camera a week ago and we absolutely love it!!! It takes excellent pictures. We bought it to take pictures of our little one, due in September. We didn't think that we would use it very much before then, but we were wrong. We can't stop playing with it! The zoom is a great feature. It is a little loud when zooming, but it allows you to get great shots of things far away. Once you have used the max amount of optical zoom, it switches to digital zoom. The only thing about it is it doesn't show you the digital zoom up close until after you have taken it, but it always looks great. I wouldn't take away a star for that. Make sure that you take time to read the manual, and you will have wonderful pictures! It has great tips on how to adjust everything and what features work best in different situations. I've always liked HP computer products, but was unsure of the photo products. HP didn't disappoint!!! This is a wonderful, easy to use, people friendly, high quality digital camera for an affordable price!

Great Camera, Great Features
Great camera with great features. The sepia and BW features are cool. Also, the zoom is really useful. When doing the digital zoom, make sure to use a tri-pod or put the camera on a stable device as it can be blurry. The 5.3 MP makes the images really clean and clear. I also bought the docking station and the HP photo smart printer. Great accessories. You will need much more than the 32 MB memory card. I bought a 256 MB and it gives me 90 or so photos at the top resolution. That plenty for me, but if you plan on going on a 2 week vacation, you may want the bigger one.

Overall I highly recommend this quality HP product.

Do not buy this camera
The mode dial (the round dial on the top right of the camera) falls off after a year or so of gentle, infrequent use. Many consumers have purchased this camera and found themselves writing reviews on the web after the dial fell off.

Toshiba charges the price of a new camera to repair it.

The mode dial is held on by two tiny black 1MM plastic tabs that pop out easily and cannot be reinserted. The camera is clearly defective and should be recalled. Users have reported the same problem with PDR-M60.

Excellent Balance between Quality and Ease of Use
I have a B.S. in Photography and have turned my nose up at most cameras in the less than 2 million pixel range. As the 2 megapixel camera prices have dropped, I started taking note. This one has an excellent price to performance ratio. I looked for a camera with High Quality, low cost, very simple to use, and flexible storage and transfer features. This camera has it all. I especially like to take pictures in natural light with the flash turned off, as it has an excellent meter and great color range. Sometimes it favors the flesh tones in the same way that Kodachrome did in the good old days. The USB transfer is EXCEPTIONAL, plug in the camera and with one touch it transfers and erases at the same time. Very fast transfer with 16 high quality (one mb) images transferring in about thirty seconds. I was used to a much slower transfer rate and this camera really makes it easy/fast to download from. The pictures speak for themselves if you have a decent printer, like an Epson with 1440 dpi quality, it makes excellent 8 x 10 inch prints. Hard to tell from film. A 16 mb smart card holds about 18 high quality pictures. Great overall!

Excellent value for Digital Cameras
This 2.1 megapixel camera is really fantastic. The colors are rich and deep, the camera recycles very quickly between pictures and the built-in USB support makes transferring the images to the PC a snap! I have taken a lot of pictures with this camera since December when I bought it. It travels well, is smaller than a lot of the cameras, the controls are very easy to work and the pictures are unbelievable. I have several pictures taken from the window of an airplane (I travel a lot) and people just cannot believe that these came from a digital. (NY skyline and the Grand Canyon). I don't even miss not having a zoom on this camera. It is a great adjunct to my regular APS camera. You will not be disappointed.

rebate not honored
I was disappointed that "Viking" would not honor the rebate as they said I did not send the UPC code from the package. I felt that I sent all they needed with the Amazon bill? I sent the cut out from the wrapping with a UPC code?

USING VIKING SD128M USE WITH THE MAGELLAN MERIDIAN PLATINUM
My Magellan Meridian Platinum came with software V3.08 so I checked the Magellan website and downloaded software V3.12 and installed it (you will require the Magellen Meridian PC serial cable). Installed the Viking SD128M card and it worked like a dream - no problems. The Meridian User Manual doesn't explain how to check your card but you will find it in the gps menu easy enough. Purchased this SD128M card for about the same price as a Magellan SD64M card would have cost - so I've doubled my memory for my money. Happy Hiking.

Blah Blah Blah
I use the SD Card in my Compaq Ipaq. It gives you 118mb of storage and if you're machine is calibrated to accept cards automatically, there's no setup required. I am currently storing several MP3's on mine (used to convert my Ipaq to an MP3 player as well). I would say this is a great card (so far, had it about 2 weeks) and it's cheap compared to the others, although you get 10mb's less, that didn't bother me.

My First Digital Camera
I live in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains where I'm a ski instructor at Beaver Creek. For the last 2 years I've been looking for a digital camera that could easily fit in my jacket pocket and that I could use to email those pictures to my clients and their kids skiing and having fun on the mountain. I was worried that the cold air would affect the camera's performance, but after 4 hours in 16 degrees and snowing weather, I had 62 pictures before the camera ran out of memory. Then I added a flashcard which gives me an additional 60-70 pictures. I emailed the pictures to them in a matter of minutes from my home computer. I love the size, durability, look and user-friendly features of the i-Click. The only problem I had was with the batteries. I found that to open the battery holder you needed to pry the hinge open with your thumbnail. Also the batteries that came with it were not very good, so I bought the batteries specially made for digital cameras at Wal-Mart. They work much better.

Ease of use. Instant success.
I have been hesitant to move to digital as I have been an amatuer photo hobbyist for years. I must admit it was the extremely affordable price that got me to purchase this camera. I was very impressed when I received it and realized that it is 100% ready to use out of the box. What a delight in this day and age when you have to go buy a bunch of accessories to use anything new. I found the camera especially useful for traveling as you never have to change film. I later purchased an upgrade memory card and now I can take almost 500 pictures and never worry about changing film or downloading the photos to my computer.

Thank you for a wonderful product that made moving to digital completely painless!!

Great Camera
This is a fantastic camera for a great price. I Click also has awesome customer service.

It's a blast! Don't think - just buy it
What a blast this is! I love it. I primarily use it as an MP3 player. You can store about 12 songs on the 16 MB card. Works great, sounds great. Very easy to use. You can transfer songs using the provided Kodak software, or just copy/paste right out of Windows Explorer.

The camera is a nice bonus. Not great resolution but not too bad either. More of a toy than a serious camera. No flash is the biggest drawback. Holds a ton of pictures if the card is not full of MP3's.

The video feature is great too. Takes surprisingly long quicktime movies WITH SOUND! You get several minutes to record, not the 60 seconds you get with a typical digital camera. Very good mic picks up even low volume sounds. The video quality is okay, really meant for computer screens only.

Just buy it! You'll love it. For the price it is one hell of a deal.

Excellent Product
I bought the mc3 primarily because I needed a video camera. It is excellent. I originally thought that the funtions were going to be so-so but I thought wrong. The mp3 player is excellent. The sound is CD-quality. It is excellent and it is LOUD. It hurts to turn it on full with the earbuds in. They are not the greatest but those are easily replaceable. The display tells you how many songs you have and the artist and album name. There are 5 equalizers. The software was fairly simple to setup and it may be a little difficult for people who are not used to computers to run it. It is very quick to load and easy to change songs. The camera does not have the greatest quality and no flash, but it works if you have lights on indoors. I have a standard 35mm camera for important occasions and most pictures. The digital camera is purely for fun and fast pictures. The video camera is excellent. It records really well. Overall it is excellent. The software is easy to install and use and it does not freeze up the computer. I had mp3's downloaded about 15 mins after I opened the box.(It would have been 10 but I had trouble finding my USB port). When you hook up the camera it automatically searches for new pictures and videos. It is incredibly easy to use and it is small and lightweight, easy to fit in my purse or pocket. The included wriststrap is useful for carrying it while listening to music. There are two pitfalls 1.The memory card included at 16 mbs holds NOTHING so it will be expensive to buy another. I suggest buy a huge one and then you won't have to change it. The other pitfall is no flash. But that is not as big of a deal as I thought. As all other battery-operated products on the market, it sucks the power like nothing. I suggest rechargables. All in all it is a really really portable all-in-one multimedia player.

best camcorder under $200
They should call this the MC1 because it's only useful as a camcorder. As a camcorder that is $120, it gets 5 stars. Everything else out there that is <$200 are ALL 10 frames per second. They claim to be cool but are extremely choppy and look like web cams. A TV is 30fps, movie theaters are 24fps and the MC3 is 20fps. Not perfect buy light years ahead of everything else. Yes it has other problems but nothing that the exact other brands don't have too. Face it; this is the best camcorder you are going to get for <$200. If you like choppy web cam action it will record in 10fps and give you 4X more recording. A 16mb card (included) will give you 1:17min @ 20fps, and a 256mb card will give you 20:06min @20fps. You should buy a 256mb card ($60 ebay) and at least 6 rechargeable AAA batteries + recharger ($25) I've spent days trying to find something better than this and still can't. This is the best of a the junk that is out there. If that means anything.

Not bad, but needs improvement
I bought this camera after reading lot of reviews. This is the first video camera that I have bought. Few things which PV-DV910 lacks is that it does not come with any software so as to edit the Digital Video in the PC, no firewire cables - even though it has IEEE1394 port for transfer. Eventhough it says 300x digital zoom, the system does not go beyond 36x. The performance is very poor in low lighting. Out door in normal sunlight, it is great. Overall not too happy for the money that I paid for it.

Great product
this camcorder has some wonderful features and the 300X digital zoom is great! also, the included light is very convenient for low-light filming and nightshooting. there are many special effects which i have yet to use, but its nice to know that they are there if i need them. the still-shot camera is great too. its nice to be able to email pictures to family and friends. this camcorder is very light and compact, and the resolution is great.

The dial broke...
I've had it for a year and half... it has it's good, and bad sides, but 2 days ago, the dial just fell off... upon inspection I've discovered that it was made to brake... which was supported by numerous reports of the same problem... don't buy this camera, or any other from toshiba...

Toshiba pdr-m60 digital camera
I recently purchased a Toshiba PDR - M60 digital camera. The first thing I noticed right out of the box was the bottom left area of the viewfinder had an obstruction as if a finger partially covered it. This never went away. The camera only comes with a partial owner's manual and to obtain the full length version you have to download it from the CD and it is 103 pages long. Another problem is the batteries discharged in a couple of days although the camera was in the off mode. If you buy a PDR-M60 be sure to immediately buy some rechargeable batteries and a charger and an AC adapter as battery life is very short when you connect the camera to your computer. I have to believe my camera was an anomoly as Toshiba is recognized for quality, nevertheless, I returned it and ordered a Canon s-10.

Dial broke
I had this camera for about a year when the dial broke. Of course, repairing this is far more costly than a new camera, so here I am. I found the camera did take good quality pictures, but if it isn't going to work after a year, then what's the point?

Vivitar 3MP Camera - 3705
I bought if on the day after thanksgiving. It was so cheap...under $90. I think it's a good digital camera with the good price. I only need to post some pictures on the internet, send some photos to my family, and get some photos to send out. You would like it if you only need this digital camera for fun and not for something so professional. I took about 20-25 pictures and then the batteries dead. No problem...I went to the store and bought a battery charger and also rechargable batteries. I was going to buy Fuji FinePix $299 but my husband didn't want me to spend alot of money. I was so sad but after I tried this vivitar camera I felt alot better. I was looking at Vivatar cameras before. The prices were too cheap, so I didn't buy any of them. Now, I realized that it's ok if I would buy a cheap one. You'll like it if you want to buy a digital camerca that is cheap and pretty good in quality of the pictures. I bought a 64MB memory card at $29.99 at target ( it was on sale ). You might get a 128 MB one if you want to take more pictures.

Nice entry level digital camera-
I received mine for Christmas from my dad and stepmother, my dad being a professional photographer with a scrutiny for cameras. With the addition of a 128MB SD card, this camera holds hundreds of pictures even at the highest resolution. The 4x zoom is a nice feature and the motion video feature is nice too. I never really cared for the burst function which usually produces really blurry pictures. I have only two complaints- the shutter is slow, which is typical for most digital cameras and the batteries in mine are used up fast but that is because Vivitars have some of the best flashes- even my dad agrees on that one. For the batteries, try rechargeable NiMH batteries, they are about $20-25 for a pack and charger but I haven't yet regretted the purchase. Even Lithium and Titanium batteries are used up in my camera, which I don't my camera that often, last maybe a week. The USB sync is pretty fast and the pictures are pretty fine at the medium resolution. I have been a diehard 35mm SLR fan for years. But this simple digicam has seen more action in less than a month than my 35mm SLR (competely manual!!!) has seen in five months. This is great package for a camera- 3.3MP, 4x zoom & Adobe Image Ready for less than $150. I just wish I had a tripod now. Believe me, this was my favorite Christmas gift in a few years. Cheers.

Good Quality, Simple Camera
I've been thinking about buying a digital camera for quite some time now, and when I saw this on sale for $70 at a local Fry's Electronics store, I bought it. It took me five minutes, tops, to set it up and begin taking pictures. With XP, it was very easy to link it to my computer. The images are excellent, very clear. My only complaint is how quickly it eats up batteries. Other than that, it is an excellent camera for the price.

Convenient, but too expensive
I bought this along with my Kodak DX4330 camera thinking it would be really nice and convenient.
Well, it IS nice and convenient - easy to set up and works well. One touch and it sends the pictures to the computer. The charger works fine too - I think the problems others may have are more related to the battery than the charger. But here are the drawbacks of this product:
1) Too expensive - I later discovered there are cheaper battery chargers (by Kodak as well). They don't transfer images to the computer like the dock does, but I don't think that's a big deal after all. Do a search for 'battery charger' ...and you'll find quite a few good alternatives to this camera dock.
2) They should have had a way to turn off the charger. Right now, when I'm done charging the batteries in the camera, I remove the camera since the 3 lights just stay on forever. I know that the batteries will not get damaged from overcharging, but those 3 lights staying on forever eventually seems wasteful! Since there's no switch to turn off the charger, you have to remove the camera if you don't want the lights to stay on forever. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a dock in the first place where you'd like to just leave your camera in it till you need to take pictures again.

So overall, it works as intended to transfer the images from the camera to the PC, and it charges the batteries fine. But it could do with improvements AND it really needs to get [less expensive]!

Transferring Pictures From Camera-Computer Was Never Easier!
Pros: Makes transferring pictures from camera to computer a snap

Cons: Have to drag it along to recharge the batteries, price

Summary: By using the Kodak EasyShare Camera Dock as storage for my camera, I never have to worry about the camera getting lost in the clutter and shuffle of our house. I always know my batteries will be completely recharged before I remove it from the Kodak EasyShare Camera Dock.

When I go on an extended vacation, I can unplug the dock from my computer and take it with me to leave in my hotel room. If you chose to, you could download images to your laptop while away. In our case, I will just use it for making sure my batteries are 100% each day. In some ways this is a hassle; I can't just use a power cord to recharge the batteries off of a wall outlet.

I also feel that the price tag is somewhat high for a computer peripheral that only serves one function. However, after buying my daughter a digital camera with only a cord between the computer and camera, and seeing the hassle she has had with it, I am glad that I opted for the Kodak EasyShare Camera Dock.

If you want to download pictures with no hassle, then the Kodak EasyShare Camera Dock makes it easy. It also works with all of the cameras in Kodak's EasyShare line.

Although a bit pricey, this peripheral by Kodak makes transferring images practically foolproof.

Refund acceptable
I purchaced the Kodak Easy share dock, when I received it it did not work. The supplier offered to refund my money immediatly. No hassel. Quite refreshing....
