A good case but one mistakeThe only problem of SLK1600 is you cannot put a CDROM into the 3rd 5.25" space since the rear is too close to mainboard. If you want to fully use the 3 spaces, go with SLK2600 or SX630II. Other than that, this case is very good, very quiet (I don't know if Antec TruePower is really quieter than SmartPower), and PSU is powerful enough. Don't save 10 or 20 bucks on some cheaper cases. You'll regret.
One thing, you might need 2 fans for rear and front.
Great Inexpensive Case
A worthy case with hints on Antec quality**PROS**
Holds 8 drives in three drive cages. At the top it'll hold three 5.25" drives (such as CD-ROMs, DVD drives). In the middle it'll hold three 3.5" drives (i.e.: a floppy or Zip drive)of which, 2 are accessible to the outside. In the bottom cage, it will hold two 3.5" drives that aren't accessible (i.e.: Hard drives). Both the middle and bottom cages can be unscrewed and removed from the case which makes putting in drives that much easier.
Its very easy to mount a motherboard in the SLK1600, mostly because you can remove the drive cages first.
There are two spots for 80mm fans, one for a fan that bolts directly to the back of the case and the other is a holder in the front of the case. No fans are included however.
There are two front USB ports that one can use provided your motherboard had the necessary headers. Most newer boards will have them.
The 300W Antec SmartPower sounds like it may be too small, but its a quality power supply capable of providing power (280W with the 12V connector) at the level of many cheaper 400W supplies.
Easy to get into. There are two thumbscrews on the back. Once those are off, the top comes off and both sides simply lift off.
**CONS**
Its not the best looking case around (personal opinion).
Distinctly cheaper feel than the bigger (and more expensive) Antec cases
Power supply has only one fan. I would liked to have a power supply with a fan that draws air in from the case and exhausts it out the back.
Does not ship with a case fan. You'll have to buy at least one 80mm fan.

nothing short of spectacular
Great for learning basic astronomyWhile these binoculars weigh 2.6 pounds, they have a very natural, comfortable fit in the hands and are easy to handle.
The image stabilization is amazing and really improves my ability to resolve stellar objects and surface details of the moon.
It does seem a little odd that Canon did not include front lens caps. However the 15x50s are threaded for 58 mm filters, so one can easily purchase standard lens caps. I bought a pair of 58 mm Canon lens caps which fit, although the heavy rubber armor leaves minimal clearance to operate the lens cap release buttons. With filters installed the lens caps fit exactly as they would on a camera lens with plenty of clearance to remove, even if wearing gloves.
Stellar PerformanceA complaint about earier versions of the Canon IS line was that your finger went to sleep holding the IS switch down. Now you can press it briefly to turn on the IS circuitry which will automatically shut off in 5 minutes. If you press and hold the switch it shuts off as soon as you release it.
I haven't had my pair long enough to comment on battery life but do see a problem changing them when they are mounted on a tripod. Unlike most binoculars where the tripod mounting is at the objective end where the two barrels rotate on the Canons it is at the bottom of the binocular near the center of the tubes which don't rotate. And the battery compartment is just in front of it so you can't get to it if the binoculars are on a tripod of have a quick release plate attached.
Since the lens barrels don't rotate intra-ocular distance is adjusted by actually moving the oculars. They are kind of stiff but that is good because they stay in place once you get them set.
The tripod mount is lower than the highest part of the lens barrels so if you have a big quick release plate like that of the Manfrotto (Bogen) 410 geared head (highly recommended) it presses against the bottom of the barrels and not the flat between them.
For some reason Canon doesn't seem to fell that the objective lenses need any protection as they don't ship lens covers for them. They do provide lens covers for the oculars but they pop off a lot because the eye cups are so soft. It looks like you need something like 69mm lens caps. They don't tell you in the manual but Canon sales says they are threaded to accept 58mm filters so you can buy solar filters for them.
I can use the binoculars with my glasses on due to the 15 mm eye relief but it is really easier to use them without the glasses.
They are heavy, ~2,5#, but if you support them on the heels of your hands very stable.

Practical Solution for CD CollectorsCase Logic prosleeves are designed to hold a cd on one side, and the cd booklet or another cd on the other side. The 100 pack can be misleading, because if you want to store the booklet with the cd, you can only store 50. If you store 2 cd's per sleeve, then you can store 100 with the 100 pack. They are not designed to hold the liner notes that come with the cd on the back of the cd case-one drawback of vinyl sleeves. I have not found a cd sleeve that is designed to hold the liner notes from the back.
The top of the sleeve holds a label of the artist and title, or what ever you like to put on the label. You can tear one end off the back liner that comes with the cd to make a perfect label, or you can make your own with the pre-cut labels provided.
Another advantage to these sleeves is they don't break. Jewel boxes are designed to break when you drop them, and they do. These sleeves are light, and when I have dropped them with a cd in them, they don't fall hard. I have never broken or otherwise damaged a cd that was in a sleeve, though of course it is possible. It is also important to know that these sleeves are a little bit wider than jewel boxes, so they don't usually fit in the same storage units as jewel boxes.
Much better than jewel cases!
Good, if you have the case needed.

worth the money
Excellent buy! This thing has two padded pockets especially made for your Stowaway keyboard as well as your PDA. I just this minute put my iPaq with a CF expansion sleeve in one of the "special" padded pockets, and good news, it fits perfectly with room to spare. For those of you with a Dual PC Expansion Sleeve, that might be a tight fit.
It also has various zippered pockets galore. One thing that I happened to like was that is has a zipper down the right side of the case that will give you access to your cell phone (also in a padded pocket BTW) without having to open practically the entire case to get to it!
For those of you out there in school and taking notes on your Stowaway keyboard, this can now be your full time school bag. The large inner section is large enough to hold 2 or maybe 3 mid-sized textbooks or one large textbook.
If you look at the pictures on Amazon you will see the smaller compartment close to the front with the mesh zippered pocket and the small padded area for your cell phone. Behind this is the large inner section I was referring to; this is where your keyboard, iPaq, and/or textbooks/binders, etc. go.
At any rate, as you can already tell, I can't sing this product's praises enough. For any of you familiar with the quality of Targus products, this certainly continues the tradition. This is why I give the Targus Blacktop Handheld Organizer a 5 out of 5!!
