Fine case
It does what it is designed to do. Could have used a plastic window to protect the screen.

Magellan leather case
Good product but could use a plastic window for the screen and a opening in the back for external hookups.

Easy access, nice fit!
I bought this to carry my GPS 315 around and it does the job. I can strap it on my backpack or to my belt buckle and the GPS still works. I consider this a must have GPS accessory.

Poor design
I bought this item because one customer stated that the radio does not fall out and that it sits quite secure in the carrying case. Well...this carrying case contains a little neoprene pocket where the radio sits, with a mesh front in the area where one transmits, and an elastic band on top that "secures" the antenna. The problem is that the little neoprene pocket, as it's interior is made of a slippery material, squeezes the radio up and out of the pocket as one walks (notice I didn't say run). That elastic band holding the antenna now becomes terribly inefficient and your radio falls prey to gravity. Had the designers used a more pro-friction material on the interior of the pocket(rubber maybe?)the radio might not work it's way out (I place a rubber band around the radio and then put it in the carrier; it works). Also, the radio has a place on the back to attach a lanyard -- a velcro loop/strap, like on a gun holster, would have been very secure. Overall, I'm happy with this product but I should not have had to look for a way to make it functional.

Functional, but not designed for the T6400
Well built. Secure and functional for use with the T6400. (Note: Several online retailers advertise this accessory for the T6400, though it is clearly built for use with a smaller radio.)

The Icing on the Cake
This carrying case is the greatest thing to bring out all the features of the TalkAbouts ALL the time.

The belt strap was just not enough while hiking, biking or other activity. It was too difficult and cumbersome to get at when paged. I use this case as an arm band, and the TalkAbout is right there when needed, and out of the way, all at the same time. Easy access to the mic, or to listen to, right on your arm.

The case is built sturdy with a strong elastic band to hold the antena in place. The arm strap is a strong velkro about 3 inches wide, very sturdy and holds it's place even during the most stressful activity. It works great with biking and hiking, this winter I will try it with downhill skiing, should work great.

How Sweet It Is!
A wonderful collection of disks and colorful cases, I can't imagine going back to the standard way again!

The Ideal case for ZIP and 3.5 diskettes
As a college professor of Computer Information Systems, I store lecture material, and class problems on ZIP disks for carrying back and forth from my home to my school system and for backup. Until I discovered these cases I often had a ZIP disk wrapped in paper because the original case had been dropped and had broken. These cases are ideal because I can have a ZIP and two 3.5 disks in the same pack to much better organize my materials. Dropping them does not break them. As far as I have found, there is no other alternative. I am now recommending them to my students.

Antec PC Air Cool Case A/C Kit Card Slot Mount Fan Card

    Good case fan.
I've installed the Antec fan in several systems, and have found it to perform quite well in all instances. The fact that you can direct the fans towards specific components was a bonus, and I installed it next to my (hot) video card to remove waste heat. For the price, this is an excellent componet that will help extend the life of your system.

Cooling is becoming an art in overclocked PC's
This case cooler is sort of robust, being made out of hard plastic and the ability to tilt the fans in various directions. I liked the idea of being able to tilt the fans, in case you want to suck hot air from your hard drive area, or do you want to point it down and take heat away from a particular I/O card.

I could not rate this item at 5 stars due to the fact that I had a difficult time "aiming" the fans in the desired direction, as they are a bit limited to where they can point. This may be just in my system, since I have a mini tower and everything inside is crammed.

I can imagine in mid to full tower cases, the case cooler would work better.

Not a bad bag for light travelers
I bought this bag to hold a Sony DCTRV103 handycam. It has two velcro-fastened, padded dividers inside, but the camera takes up the entire space, so I have no use for them. I also carry the camera's power adaptor and AC cable, it's remote control, a couple of tapes, a 12-foot extension cord, and a handheld audio cassette recorder with is power adaptor. All this puts some strain on the bag's stitching, and it even did some small damage to the outer pocket zipper. All in all, it's a good bag, but its probably meant more for the DV-type camcorders, because they are a somewhat smaller than the Sony Handicam Hi8 series. Just make sure that everything you think you might need to carry for a shoot will fit comfortably, meaning without scratching or having to force zippers closed.

    Worked well for me
I used this case for the Canon Pro70 digital camera. It held the camera, the flash unit, the CF card reader, and battery charger very comfortably. At one point I was also carrying a USB hub, but not anymore. The bag went with me everywhere, it was sturdy, and protected my camera well. I've been all over the country with it and it has held up well.

Case Logic PDV-2 DVD Player Case
I bought this for a Sony 7" screen portable dvd/cd player. It is very well padded top, bottom & sides. The case is so well padded I feel that my expensive dvd player is safe from possible damage. My player fits snuggly and does not bounce around. The zipper access does make it so that I have to give it an extra tug to pull it out but I would rather it be snug in the case than loose. It fits the cable and remote control that came with the dvd player but not the additional cables that I have purchased to allow me to use the player attached to my cigarette lighter. There is one storage area for the dvd player with a zipper closure, one for the dvd/cd's with a flap over the cd/dvd's inside an open pocket and one for the cables with a zipper closure. The storage area for dvd's holds 5 dvd/cd's and has a flap that helps protect them. The bag has a velcro flap that covers the entire storage area. It has a detachable over the shoulder strap and a hand strap. If I were to leave the remote home it would fit the other cables that I use.

Case Logic PDV-3 DVD Player Case
I recently bought this case to use for a small DVD player with a 4" screen. It fit perfectly except I can't fit all of the accesories in it. I tried several combinations and always had one accessory that wouldn't fit. I'm going to return this and try either the Case Logic PDV-2 or the PDV-1 case. These two are a little bit larger than the PDV-3. If you don't have that many accessories then the PDV-3 is perfect. Its very compact and has lots of padding for the dvd player.

      Nice Flip Case, problems though
I just got it and wasted no time slipping my 40gb ipod in for a try. It fits quite snugly and looks as you'd expect, there's a little opening near the bottom on either side so you can slip your fingers underneath and press the ipod back up and out. The flap has sleeves on the inside and a little pocket on the outside for earbuds. Overall, I like it. However, as I'm partial to the ipod dock and never having to touch cables, I find myself unsure whether I picked the right case. There's a hole to allow the dock connector cables to reach the port, but the case is too fat to slide into the dock, naking you choose between discarding the dock or using a different case. I'll try it out, but I think this configuration will eventually lead me to purchasing a belkin or speck case...

      Great case
I'm 100% satisfied with this case. I wanted something that would really protect my ipod yet at the same time be very accessible. This works perfectly. It's not too big and the front pouch is roomy enough for the earphones.

pretty good headphones, a little uncomfortable though
I like these headphones. The foam cushioning is comfortable but the part where they wrap around my ears it gets uncomfortable after a while and make my ears red. The bass is pretty good and I recommend the headphones to anyone who doesn't mind being a little uncomfortable around the ears.

      Good, but i've seen better
      I've seen those [other] sports radio headphones, but i didn't have [$], so i bought these because these are cheap. First the pros: These sound awesome, they don't mess up bass. You can make them quiet or loud. Now the cons: These are uncomfortable over time, but this is only after like an hour of nonstop listening. A minor one, but the foam covers sometimes slip off over time. You can easily slip them back on though. My verdict;
I dunno if i'll save money for the [other] of buy these again.

A Cool Case For A Cool Digital Camera
this is a cool case for a cool digital camera...

as anyone who has priced 'designer' bags will know, this is a relatively inexpensive way to acquire a 'designer-like' bag for what has become somewhat of a digital icon (at least until the release of the digital 'm' by leica a year or so hence)...

the positives of this case are: relatively compact and light weight; good insulation; trendy design...

the negatives are: funny smell and, not unexpectedly, not the highest quality leather (e.g., very unlike the leather cases used for the leica trinovid and ultravid series binos, which smell and feel like the leather used for the interior of the 'other m'); no side pockets for travel papers and the like; not included gratis with the d-2...

      Hey, it's huge and clumsy, but . . .
I want to keep my beloved d-2 in good shape, so I needed a case. This huge, clumsy thing is probably the best case available for a d-2. It has an internal compartment that holds an extra battery and some extra memory cards, and it's only about 15 times as big as it needs to be. And it's handsome, I mean, do you know how long it's been since a waitress at Fonda San Miguel came up to me and said "can I put your bag in the safe while you're eating?". Actually, it never happened before. This thing just looks awesome.

      Smartpad helpful, could be better
I just got my Smartpad 2 the other day, and today was the first day I used it in my classes. It is very impressive and has several distinct advantages compared to normal pen and paper note taking. You have a digital copy on your PDA, and your computer, and if something goes wrong with these then you have a hard copy. I also have hand pain and can't always take my own notes, so I can have a friend take theirs on my Smartpad and keep the hard copy. No more trips to the copy center to copy notes. My biggest problem/dislike about this product is the limitation of an 8' by 5' sheet of paper! I have to flip pages constantly. In my calculus class I can't fit an entire problem and its derivative on one page with the notes that go along telling you how to do the problem in the first place. This can be VERY confusing. Also, don't plan on viewing your notes on your PDA with much success. Magnifies up to 4x, but mine didn't come with the software to do this, and I can't find it on the website, so it's almost impossible to view at the 2x level. I have a Palm IIIc now, but I'm upgrading to an iPaq or similar device this summer, I think I might also opt to upgrade to the Seiko Ink Link. I wish I'd seen the Ink Link before I purchased the Smartpad 2. With the Ink Link you hook up the unit to a legal pad and it captures what you write to your PDA or computer. You don't have the page size limitation with the Ink Link that you do with the Smartpad.

Finally - something that works for me
This device isn't for everyone, but it fits my needs perfectly. It represents my third attempt to find an affordable, easy-to-use solution to getting scribbled meeting and design notes and drawings into my computer for quick dissemination to interested parties and stakeholders. I've previously tried the A.T. Cross-Pad (no longer made) and the Logitech IO Personal Digital Pen (ASIN B00006JP23), each of which fell short for various reasons.

Here is how I use it - during meetings I take notes, do sketches (user interfaces, high-level system design diagrams, etc.), and list follow-up items. This material is automatically beamed to my Palm Vx as pictures of the sketches and/or notes. I upload these to my PC and email them as attachments. This gets information out quickly, which can be followed up later with more refined notes transcribed into a word processor (by hand) or better drawings (I use Visio).

It does one thing only - captures pictures of what you write on plain paper - and it does that exceptionally well.

I liked the easy set-up, the fact that it comes with a QWERTY tap keyboard (it's under the pad), and performs as advertised. If your needs are similar to mine stated above and you have either a Palm or Pocket PC PDA you will probably love this notepad. However, it does not perform optical character recognition, so it that is what you're seeking you need to keep looking.
