Nice, but one major flaw ...It's unfortunate, because the construction of the cdProjects case and the CD sleeves are otherwise excellent. But Case Logic cases are also very nice, and they lay flat when open, which makes searching for and inserting/removing CDs much easier.
I'll be sticking with Case Logic in the future.
No Problems HereI bought 5 and am buying 5 more. The sleeves work with CD Projects' tray which is really handy. I keep my collection in the binder with 50-75 out in the tray at any one time.
Great product.

DisappointingAnother disappointment was the leather clasp. While it does keep the cover shut, the tongue part of the clasp is quite stiff and holds its same position even when the cover is open, blocking the screen, unless I force it out of the way with my pinky as I use device. This is annoying and awkward.
Also, the clamshell nature of the cover means that I cannot place the Palm on its charger without removing the case, stashing it somewhere nearby and adding to the clutter on my desk.
In short, I would recommend getting a flat, flap-style screen cover instead of a clamshell case, if all you're doing is carrying your Palm around in your pocket or purse, unless what I described above actually appeals to you.
Good for this price - glad I didn't pay $30+ retailWould recommend, as another reviewer did, to insert the Palm the opposite way of that shown in the photo in order to avoid scratches on the Palm screen from credit cards in the pockets.
Overall - Worth the $7.50 I paid for it, but not more. Functions ok to combine my cards and cash with my Palm in one package, which is what I wanted it for.
OK Wallet SubstituteTIP: I find that it's best to slide the Palm Vx in the case so that the screen faces the flap without the card holders. If you put it in the way shown in the picture, your screen may get scratched from any credit cards you might have in the holders.
I wish they put a transparent ID card holder in this case. That's one thing I miss. It would also be nice if they had sewn in a spring-loaded mechanism that snaps the covers shut or open so that you wouldn't need the leather strip and loop to keep it closed.
Overall, it's a nice slim design that keeps the bulge if your pocket to a minimum.

Don't *EVER* drop it!I think the complaints about the 4-row limitations
are of no real importance in general use
(accountants and programmers may disagree!)
and find it generally to be a sweet little contraption.
My only complaint / concern is its fragility.
I'm generally extremely careful about such things,
but it slipped from my hand (folded and latched)
and fell to the carpeted floor once; it has been
reluctant to close ever since.
It still works just fine - it just no longer wants to close,
and every time I do so, I wonder if *this* is going to be
the time I break it.
I find that very annoying, and my joy in it is dimmed:
tools one must fuss over are counter-productive.
It's a rough-&-tumble world, and products must be
rugged enough to survive actual use in the real world;
this accident was as mild and moderate as they come,
& a productivity tool aimed at busy people on the move
should provide greater dependability than this.
Needs dedicated number keys
Definately a 'must' have for Palm users. Before this I owned a Palm V with the stowaway keyboard which I already rated high. But the ultraslim types just a little bit better. And I make my money typing .. so I'm a real hardcore user (also on graffiti).
pro's
First: it is stable. You can use it on your knees and in bed. Quite an improvement over the older keyboard I used... although the Mrs might think different about that :)
Second: key-quality is better. You have better control over your typing. I now know when I miss a letter (like I know it on my notebook) and that was a feeling I lacked using my older keyboard.
Third: it is fixed and firm. You can actually move the whole shebang while shifting locations without having to fold it. That alone saves me a lot of time.
Fourth: it is so much smaller im comparission with my older keyboard, while having the same functionality.
On the other side, the slim size comes with one 'problem': It has only 4 rows of keys. Although everything is present with green or blue FN keys, it forces me to look at my keyboard more than I would like to and it makes me hit air, while I'm looking for backspace ... something I still have to got used to.
In all a great piece of work, small and firm. Definately a must have.

Neither here nor there! However, I really HATED the segment for my Palm because of the irritating side holder bar for Palm Vx which is of no use for anyone without a Palm VX and is really a pain in the neck that nudges my Palm III to the outer edge. Plus, why would a Palm Vx owner need the velcro??
Also, the length of the case is TOO LONG for my Palm III, so I thought that was a waste of space (looks like it is to accomodate the longer HP Jornadas). This product tries to accomodate ALL types of PDAs, like Palms, pocket PCs etc but I really think they could do better by making a custom product for each range. Just doesn't make sense. I put my Palm slim leather case beside it and admired its micro dimensions, very much tempted to use the slim case plus the nylon case for my keyboard instead.....darn...
Awfully Thick..
Nice PDA Case
- Customized/contoured case
- Anodized aluminum protects your PDA from wear and tear
- Neoprene lining holds your CLIE securely in place, protecting it from drops, shocks, and collisions
- Compatible with the Sony SL10, SJ20, and SJ30 Series
List price: $29.99 (that's NaN% off!)
Used price: $18.95

Hard case for the SJ22Secondly, the stylus is very hard to remove. Because the case fits the PDA so tightly, the stylus is trapped. Once again, I have to use my fingernail to pull the stylus up.
Thirdly, I don't feel like the PDA is secure within the case when the case is open. The PDA is attached to the case by two metal pins where the factory cover attaches and another in the middle of the back of the PDA. The bottom of my PDA still has enough "wiggle room" to come in and out of the case when it is open.
I have owned two other aluminum hard cases for other PDA's and both had much higher quality and usability than this. My suggestion - buy a different case.
It worksOn the down side the case doesn't close very securely and the pieces that hold the PDA in place don't do a great job. Next time around I'm going to install my own security (Velcro or doublesided tape) because, when using the case with an SJ30 you never need to remove it to change out rechargable batteries.
One satisfied customer
- Hard Case for Palm Tungsten T
- Compatible with Palm Tungsten T/T2

looks nice...butThe T2 snaps in giving you access to being able to expand it via the open top, but it does not always rest securely in the case and can fall out of position relatively easily. It also is not very functional. It holds 2 mmr cards backwards so you cannot see the title of the card and it does not offer any kind of storage space for headphones, business cards, or anything else. It also folds open but the cover does not bend all the way behind the back of the case, so it is a bit cumbersome to hold in one hand.
Recommend with Caveats....The hard case has a lot of features I like. The notch on the back allows for easy PULL-UP of the Tungsten to reach the Graffiti pad (something that a few previous reviewers didn't catch - admittedly it took me a couple false tries to figure it out, as the pullup vs pulldown is a little counter intuitive). The Palm slides easily and securely in the case via the spring loaded construction, although I *strongly* recommend that the Palm be in its compressed mode when pushing it into the case. The case is just high enough that if you drop it upside down the stylus and expansion cards don't pop out.
The negatives....The poor design on the expansion card holders has already been hashed out by many reviewers. I'll add an additional complaint that when I dropped the closed case, one of the cards popped out, and subsequently rattled about in the interior. My biggest complaint, however, is that the case **just** squeaks past my definition of "too big". The Palm V hard case slipped easily into my pants pockets. The Tungsten case fits in my pocket, but looks bulky (yes, I *am* vain). Also, I've got fairly small hands, and the hard case just isn't comfortable in them. If you're a guy or a gal with bigger hands than mine, this probably isn't an issue.
In summary, I still think there are more pros than cons for this product. However, for myself, I intend to use this hard case only when I'm actively traveling, and am using the "scuba case" for day-to-day activities.
It works OK, but not as sturdy as it looksAlso, as others have mentioned, the SD cards don't stay in too well. But a little bit of velcro (one side only) placed just above where the cards sit does the trick.
I'm still looking for something better though.
