Like them more then I expected...
I'd done some basic research prior to settling on the Pentax 8x25. Having read a number of favorable reviews, I decided that I would fork out the $$$ (note - Amazon's MSRP is much higher than the actual MSRP - not sure where the error occured - but these have an MSRP of $105). I received the binoculars yesterday, I am very pleased with them. One feature of interest that is absent from the descriptions is that the binoculars have a place where you can mount a tripod to them - this is not a feature found on all compact binoculars so I'm suprised I didn't see it mentioned. The close focus is quite good, I'm easily able to focus as close as 6-7 feet. The overall build quality seems solid. The eye pieces extend back and so can accomodate both those with and without glasses. One downside is that they eyepiece lens covers will definitely be easy to use. Overall I would say that these binoculars have exceeded my expectations.

Awwsome!
I also shopped around for the perfect case for my Clie. Many of the cases I saw in the store and online either added WAY too much bulk to the handheld or didn't have the credit card slots so the case could double as a wallet. This case fits my clie like a glove. I keep my ID, three credit cards an insurance card and my apartment gate card (which is a thick one) in the case and it adds less than half an inch to the thickness of the clie. It also comes with a detachable belt clip (which even after being called a nerd, I still love) which allows me to comfortably put my wallet/handheld in my pocket when I go out to bars.

When I first got this product, I thought it was too small to serve as a wallet. But, being a real leather product, it streched out after a week of use. I recommend you start off with only one card in each slot and add more as the leather relaxes.

It may seem pricey, but nothing comes close to this case! I am glad I shelled out the cash for this one!

Piel Frama Leather SJ PDA Case
I have shopped around for the "perfect" case for about 2 weeks and I have looked at a LOT of cases, but nothing came close to this one besides the Covertec. The leather is supple. There is an access hole for the speaker in the back. It comes with a belt clip (which I thought I would not like, but I like it). This is a well made case, but you are paying for it! The only complaint I have is that the box that is came in had about three sticky labels on it identifying the product (which would have take away from the presentation of the gift). Since I was giving it as a gift, I just CAREFULLY took all the labels off the beautiful box it came in. My friend loves it!

After a year of extensive use, I am glad to pick this camera
Since December 2002, I have expanded my hobby list with PHOTOGRAPHY. I have to admit, that the manual IS very USEFUL, because of all the options the camera has to offer. After we mastered all the features with my husband, we were absolutely amazed with the ability of our camera. (All kind of settings are possible!)4 megapixels are ENOUGH to achieve a crispy clear pictures of any size. And frankly, there is still more to master! ENJOY!

Great Little Case
This is a nice leather case that fits my Sony DSC-S75 camera perfect. What is really nice is you can use the strap and carry the case over your shoulder or use the belt clip. It has a seperate pocket for the memory sticks and any other small items you may want to carry. The only limitation is that if you have extra lens for your camera there is no place to carry them.

Very Satisfied
Okay, when I bought my Ipod, I picked up the DLO Executive PodFolio. It looked nice, and it seemed to offer the access I needed and portect the player. BUT, I couldn't effectively dock the thing because the case got in the way, similarly use with the remote while the case was closed was limited. The final straw was when I noticed the thing was SCRATCHING my 40GB Ipod...
I'd seen this thing a few times and thought it looked sort of awkward. Yet, when the DLO went in the junk pile, I couldn't find anything that suited what I figured was the suitable balance between protection, access and looks, the flipstand won out in the end.
I am completely satisfied with this case, it feels solid and flipping the door open to access the wheel is not a problem since I'm used to opening a case flap. The case offers complete access to the dock connector and the remote works fine, though sometimes I have to push down on it more than I feel comfoortable doing...
A word on the dock, it isn't a "dock" rather, it's more of a cradle, it accepts the end of a dock cable and seats it vertically so that you can put the flipstand down over it. It doesn't have the advanced functionality of the actual dock, which features and audio line-out and accepts the dock cable in the back and has its own dock connector at the top. However, it's very effective and convenient.

awesome case for an awesome MP3 player
I'm a clumsy 14 year old, and I tend to drop things very easily. So when I bought my iPod yesterday, I wanted a durable case to protect my expensive mp3 player. I didn't want the rubber skins, because they do not keep the iPod from breaking. When I saw this, I knew it was perfect. It's clear, and is very nicely designed. Unlike the skins, it doesn't take away from the iPod's beautiful design. The flipstand is also convenient for when you want to put it on a table. The dock is also very awesome, because my 10 GB iPod did not come with an included dock. It makes charging and syncing extremely easy. The plastic is very durable, annd I am extremely pleased with my puchase.

The Targus CVR600 Is Versitile, Well Made And Inexpensive
This is the least expensive Notebook Backpack that I could find but it's surprisingly well made and stylish. It looks much better than its picture...MUCH better. I like the numerous zippered pockets. There's a place for everything, digital camera, cell phone, papers, books and even a mouse. I prefer taking an external USB mouse instead of using the touch pad on my Notebook. There's three nice bubble type pockets, one of which fits my optical USB mouse nicely. My big Laptop with its 15.4" wide-screen fits inside the Backpack's built-in sleeve like a glove with no room to spare. Another nice feature is the PVC coated bottom. This will protect the computer if you inadvertently set the pack down on wet ground. Most Notebook Backpacks are considerably more expensive without giving you more. The Targus CVR600 was a perfect fit for my budget. Plus it's easy on the eye with good quality and plenty of compartments. I give it my highest recommendation. (Note: Amazon had the best price after FREE shipping was factored in.)

Excellent for 15¨ labtops !!
It's incredible, I was a littler worried about the size of my 15¨ Toshiba A45 S151 but it fit perfectly!! It has space for other thinks like my camera, books, my cell phone and a lot of extras.
For my use it is better than a suitcase because it is not heavy, it's sport stile and less expensive

    Need Five More Colors
I want to say that TDK made an excellent choice of colro selectin for their color Packs. I wish they would sell a ten pack with ten different colors as opposed to the five pack with only five different colors. I color code my music and I use a different color for every year. At present I have to buy both TDK and FELLOWES to get nine different colors. That still leaves me one color (Pink) short as BOTH manufactures utilize white as one of their five different colors. I cannot easily find TDK Color Packs in local stores but the FELLOWES can be purchased in quite a few different local stores. I have been getting the TDK's from an online purchase.

What I don't understand is why there are so many smart people working for so many big companies that use so little thought process when creating a product. Ten years in a Decade. Ten different colors. What is so hard about that? Repeat colors every Decade. Please TDK, see the light...

    It's great!
It lasts longer than ordinary jewel cases that I had ever used.

Antec PS Performance SX630 8-Bay Mini Tower Case

      Totally awesome!!
I really had no intentions of buying a new case for my Athlon XP system until this one practically hit me in the face while surfing the net. The cool styling caught my attention instantly, and after checking the spec's at the Antec website and reading some of the reviews out there on this baby, I knew I had to have one.

This case is built like a Mac truck, very solid heavy gauge metal. Not cheap & flimsy like most other cases out there. The drives "snap in" from the front with side rails, and it comes standard with a relatively quiet 300W P4 ready power supply & an 80mm case fan.

This case is only about a 1/2" taller than my previous ATX case, but I guess that was enough to bring my CPU temp down another 4 degrees under the same conditions (horizontally mounted PS, rear mounted case fan, etc.). Now maybe that doesn't sound like much of a temp difference to the average user, but most Athlon builders will do just about anything to lower their CPU temps by another 2-3 degrees (ever hear of water cooling - yikes!!).

If you can afford a couple of extra bucks for a really nice case, I HIGHLY recommend this one. I am sure that you will not feel the little extra money you spent was wasted.

I really doubt I'll be looking to upgrade from this one........until they change the ATX standard anyway.

        Best Case... Ever
Antec is known for making good cases, and the SX-635 is an excellent example of the quality of their products. With eight drive-bays (3 external 5.25" bays, 2 external 3.5" bays, and 3 internal 3.5" bays), it should have plenty of space for what most people would ever need. This case comes with a 350 watt power supply, which is the only thing that separates it from the SX-630 (which has a 300 watt power supply). I think getting the extra 50 watts is worth is for just a little more money, but if you don't think you need that much power, then you should take a look at the SX-630.

Other than the major case components and power supply, the SX-635 also comes with: an instruction book with basic component installation instructions, a bag full of several kinds of screws, brass standoffs, drive rails for 5.25" drives, a case fan, two keys for the latch, and most importantly, a sticker for the front.

The SX-635 has three fan brackets for case fans: one in the back of the case, and two in the front (one of which is in front of the hard drives. The installed fan (an "Antec OEM Small Dc Fan Dc Brushless Case Cooling Fan") is mounted in the back, and you might want to get one or two more to put in front. They install very easily: you just snap them into the brackets and plug them in.

This case was designed to give you lots of accessibility. The left side panel has a latch that lets you open and close the case easily, and the upper bezel of the front of the case comes off to let you get to the external bays. The external 3.5" bays can also come out the front just by unscrewing two thumb screws. On my case, one of the thumb screws doesn't come lose very easily so I have to use a screw driver, but that's only a minor inconvenience.

There are also a couple very minor bad points about this case. For one thing, there isn't a removable tray for the motherboard, although that wasn't a priority for me, as it's not really necessary. If can be hard to get your motherboard in the first time, but it's not hard enough that you should avoid this case. Also, depending on your motherboard and video card, you might not be able to get your hard drive out of one or two of the slots without taking the video card out, but that can't really be avoided. The case is made out of steel, so if you prefer aluminum you might want to look for a different case, although I personally think steel is better.

That said, this case is one of the best you can get if you don't want a case that takes up a lot of space. It gives you plenty of power, and lets you access your hardware easily. It seems to do a good job with cooling, as I haven't had any trouble with overheating with my AMD computer using two case fans. I highly recommend this case to anyone building a computer, as it's the best I've ever used.

ANTEC Sx840 Performance Series Workstation Tower Case
        Made by Antec
          Amazon base price: $
          Average review score:

          Very functional, very modular case
This case is identical to its cousin, the Sx830, in every way except that this one comes with a 400W power supply which supports the ATX12V standard for Pentium 4 compatibility.

Everything in this case slips right off at the pull of a lever, making it incredibly easy to go about your installation. It's also relatively heavy for a case its size, but when you look closely at it you can see the weight is all from its very high build quality. This case just feels like it could take a beating and not mind.

I'm not one of those people that goes crazy into case modifications or cooling systems. However, this case comes standard with two fans on the back panel, which should be sufficient for most applications. If your set up is running a little hot, though, the case comes preconfigured to accept two more fans up front under the grille. Just drop them in and they're ready to go.

I highly recommend this case for anyone looking for a very expandable setup with lots of room inside, as well as a hefty power supply for all your future demands. If you're willing to sacrifice a little bit of Wattage, then check out the Sx830.
