I have bought other monitors in the past from 15inch to 17inch and have worked with 19inch and above, and for the price of this monitor its the best deal ever, The picture is great with 15+ controls you can change the monitors shape, size, color temp, ext. I love this monitor, I play high graphic games like elder scrolls III: Morrowind and the clarity and detail(sharpness) you get is perfect for typing,3d games,internet and more. If you speak a different language it has support for 9 different languages, the max res is 1280x1048 but is flickers at that res(so do other 17inch monitors) so I do 1024x768 but for people who want hi res without the flicker do 1152x864

"Flat" screen CRTs are a joke, unless you are willing to spend more than $... for this size class.

Normally what you are looking at, or rather through, is a piece of flat glass about 1/4" away from the main tube. If you are using this type of screen in a dark environment, you will get ghost effects from bright on dark graphics. That is, if you have a white bar and a black background, the white will reflect off the "flat" glass and back onto the display, giving you ghost images. This is extremely annoying since it has the unwelcome side effect of blurring black on white text and other visual objects.

The Samtron/Samsung 96B series has so far proven to beat the odds with a higher quality anti-reflective glass. There is some fuzz, but the text is sharp, clear and even.

The tube also provides near perfect alignment and naturally all of the geometry functions one would expect in a modern day CRT.

Give up the 15" LCD panel that you paid twice as much for, and believe me, the extra 3" viewable makes a world of difference.

Just plain awsome storage for your camera small and portable , very fast and easy to use ..always keep 2 or 3 in your pocket

Need memory, want it cheap? Why buy Sony and pay more? Save some money and get this one, works just like any other.

I always end up fishing for my flash media in my camera bag, purse, pockets, or wherever else I manage to stash them. I am easily able to hold 8 pieces of flash memory in this wallet. The flash media cards, inside their protective plastic cases, fit snuggly into this case making them easier to find. The wallet keeps them in one place rather than spread out through the camera bag, the purse, pockets, ect... I use this item to carry CF, SM, and MMC media although I'm sure it could accomidate almost any form of flash media. It is nicely constructed and well worth the price.

SanDisk is one of those companies that has never failed me. In my line of work, I sometimes put my camera and media cards to the test. Every SanDisk card I have ever used has been able to keep up with the demands I've place on them. They are some of the best products I have ever purchased, unlike a PNY card that broke after only one use! Regardless of what format you need, I highly recommend this and other SanDisk products.

Good quality product. Works faster than any reader. Readers are painful to carry, plug etc.

This is a quite a solution. If you can afford another memory other than the one in your dig cam, this can act as your backup hardrive for important files. that;s how useful this is !!!!

The Amazon product description is erroneous. This 4-in-1 PC Card adapter for flash memory cards can do Secure Digital (SD), Multimedia Card (MMC), MemoryStick (MS), and the older SmartMedia cards, but not the larger CompactFlash (CF) card. I have yet to find a PC Card adapter that can do both SD and CF formats.

Otherwise this is a good, solid adapter which turns your flash memory card into an external drive on a laptop PC. Just insert the flash memory card into the adapter, then plug the adapter into your laptop, presto! the memory card appears in your My Computer or Windows Explorer as an external removable disk, and you can do all the copying and moving you want.

this is great! TRUE plug and play with both MAc(both 9 and 10) and Win(all versions 2000 and up)

so much better than a pny one - which isn't true plug and play at all even with windows xp you still have to install the drivers from the cd =(
