I had been looking to expand my home theater system for quite a few months when I came across this system. I had been looking up specs online and going into stores to see how they performed. I have a medium sized room and this system does very well. I already had to large tower speakers and was going to put two of the surround satellites in a box, but instead also bought the JVC 8030VBK receiver which can create 7.1 channel sound with any format, so instead I used them all. The subwoofer produces deep rich sounding bass very cleanly at half volume, it doesn't really distort at higher volumes, but instead tends to take over the sound field of whatever you are listening to. The satellites creates crisp and even highs throughout the room and the center channel provides really clean dialogue. The speakers also come with wall mounts and a lengthy amount of medium gauge speaker wire, which doesn't need to be upgraded and provides really easy wall installation. Overall I am very pleased with the system. Others I compared it too were the JBL 236si with the slightly larger speakers and louder subwoofer, but I found that the smaller speakers actually produced a better sound. I also compared it to the Onkyo HTS760 which almost sounded as good, but whose satellites were almost four times larger, bulkier, and uglier. I also compared it with the Sony Dream system which looked great but leaves a lot to wish for in the sound catagory. For the size, sound, look and price, this system cannot be beat. I recommend it with no reservations.

Excellent sound quality from these speakers when compared with others. The sound comes out crystal clear and does not even show distortion at higher levels.

The speaker system gives great sound at a fair price. The subwoofer produces more bass than you could ever need. The size of the speakers allow you to place them almost anywhere you want (even mounted as the mounts are included). This system gives us great sound with our DVD's, our HDTV, and our CD's. We think we made a good chose.

i got the hx-z1 for christmas and was impressed by the sound but i needed more, so i returned it and got the hx-z3 and it kicks butt! the bass on this thing blows the hx-z1 bass away, much deeper, WAY LOUDER, and a heck of a lot more thump, believ me this thing has WAY more bass. the sound is clearer then the Z1 and stays clear at high volumes, and all around is alot louder. i found that the Z1 model was kinda missing some midrange tones, there presence wasnt as clear as they are in the Z3. the Mp3 feature is great for us who burn our own cds. the style of this systems is awsome, the speakers look sweet and performe amazingly. after owning the Z1 model for a month and the Z3 model for nearly a month now, i have to say that if your thinking about purchasing the Z1 to wait. the extra time it takes you to save the extra 100$ or so will be well worth it. I have listened to the Jvc GT90 ( the best giga-tube model )at my local future shop various times and the bass on this is equaly as impressive. The use the exact same Subs but its a little less deeper however is much more acurate then the GT90. this system is definalty worth every penny you spend. I have listened to this system hooked up to my dvd player while watching a movie and the bass rumbles the whole house during explosions, its especialy great in war movies when a helicopter flyes over head and you can feel it as well as hear it. for its price, this systems is better then most if not any home theater in the price range, its doesnt have surround sound, but the bass is so powerfull and the mids and highs are so clear and full that its just amazing. i give this system my highest recomendation and sudgest it to anyone.

I compared several systems, and by far this one blows all others away. Sony, Aiwa, Panasonic,and Phillips just don't compare. Nothing seems to have the sound quality as the Z3 system. The bass is incredible, and the mids and highs are impressive as well. The Z1 model is exactly the same, but a little less power and thump. If you want extreme bass and almost unlimited volume you have to go with the Z3 model. All types of music sound good whether it is rap, rock, pop you name it. You can't go wrong with this one.

I just got this stereo last week and it is amazing. The sound quality is top notch and extremely clear. The bass is really awsome. It rumbles my whole house! It was so loud my mom continued to look outside to see what it was. I have it hooked up to my xbox and tv. Trust me you hann't heard anything until you play Halo with this thing! For the price nothing compares. I have been looking at home theaters, but when I cranked up the system with many other home theaters in the room this blew them all away. If you want a shelf system with great sound and rumbling bass look no further.

I used to use a mouse until one day at work my Mac took a nose-dive and I was forced to use a co-worker's Mac while my machine was being repaired. My co-worker was on vacation, so I was at his desk for 3 days. He had this trackball connected to his Mac and I felt like a new baby calf trying out new legs.

I was so used to my mouse, I felt like I had just gotten my hand for Christmas and didn't know how to use it. After just one day of using it, however, I was hooked. When my Mac was repaired, I stayed at my co-worker's desk until he came back from vacation, just so I could use his trackball and I asked my boss to order one for me as well.

No more mousepads, no more picking up and moving a mouse when you run out of cord and/or desk-space, and a trackball carefully designed to fit a normal adult human hand with ease.

The trackball is easy to clean and there is never any skipping on the rollers - the friction of the ball against the metal rollers is superb. The buttons are angled at such a way, they are almost a pleasure to click. I have never had wrist discomfort using this model.

The MouseWorks software that comes with the trackball allows you to program the 4 buttons to do different functions and you can even program "chords"... that is the action that happens when you click 2 buttons at once.

It is truly a shame that Kensington did not port this same exact model to USB for modern users and instead fell in love with the shiny colored plastic with poor traction on the rollers.

You can acquire an ADB to USB adapter that will allow you to use this on newer Macs or even PCs. The Kensington Mouseworks software is available for older Macs and newer Macs, as well as PCs.

If you have an old beige Mac you're using as a fax server or for another task, this model trackball is a joy to use.

For those using a newer Mac without an ADB port, you will have to buy a separate adapter to use this mouse with your computer.

I have had the original expert mouse for a long time and it is much eaiser to use than a normal mouse. I would not buy it though if you play a lot of games becuase it is hard to move very fast to certin but is great for regular use. Buy it!

I've used a Kensington TurboMouse for a solid decade, and I use my computer 4-5 hours per day, so I can recommend it with confidence.

The first one I bought lasted nine years. The fat ball and easy-to-click, naturally positioned buttons were a welcome relief from the Macintosh mice of the early 90's. User definable functions such as right button and chord (clicking both buttons at once) made the TurboMouse even more functional than a mouse. Heavily weighted with non-skid pads, it sits in about 1/2 the space of a mousepad. It gives a feeling of sturdiness and absolute precise control over your cursoring. And it's easy to clean; the ball falls out when you turn it over.

When mine started to go on the blink after 9 years, I ordered another - the 4-button model you see here, compatible with Kensington's latest software. Then I got up the courage to peel the sticker off the bottom. Lo and behold, the rollers were visible! And you would not believe the brown gunge that was accumulated in there. After I cleaned that out, the 9-year-old trackball was again functioning perfectly. What a service record!

I do recommend a foam wrist support with this, although it is much easier on the old carpal tunnel than a standard mouse. Gamers beware: you may discover trouble with using the button definitions with such games as Myth and Starcraft; to be quite precise, these used to work on my old PowerMac 7300, but no longer work on the ADB port of my Yikes! B&W G3. But I don't care about that very much; it's a great product and I'd buy a third in a heartbeat.

I spent a week reviewing all cameras and it came down to two the ones with good price and quality.So i had to pick i got this camera for a gift i opened it up to see if it's<br /> as good as people say and to charge the battery.wow man wow<br /> this was easy to use with out a manual this is one awsome camera the pic is a little fuz at first but in time camera got better knock on wood i got a good camera this gift amazed and impressed Everyone with the pictures and the video yah video like a camcorder the rec time is not as long but the camera that can do both great pics and vids is wow and for the price wow again.You can find cameras like this but be ready to pay big bucks yah 300 is not cheap but the camera is not little cheap piece of junk ether and you get what you pay so make count and thats the bottom line.

The Kodak DX7440 is a near perfect combination of features and ease of use. The 2.2" viewfinder is great for framing shots both inside and outside and the 4x zoom gets you a little closer than most cameras in its class. The ergonomics of the camera are also a plus. It fits comfortably in my hand and the dial and joystick are very easy to use. The Kodak DX7440 produces vivid colors that other digital cameras just can't match and the images are much sharper than the Canon I previously owned.

For the beginner photographer, it has a full auto mode and a number of special scene modes to help take great pictures. For the intermediate photographer, it has PASM modes which give you even more creative control. The movie mode is better than most cameras, but if you really want to make movies, you should probably get a camcorder.

I have only 2 complaints about the DX7440 - the lack of a superfine compression mode and the use of a proprietary battery. However, neither of these issues are too big of a deal. Hopefully Kodak will release a firmware update at some point in the future to address the superfine compression. I ended up buying 2 backup Li-Ion batteries so that should not be an issue in the future.

In conclusion, I would recommend this camera to any beginner or intermediate photographer who wants a camera that is simple and fun to use.

I had been looking for a digital camera to carry around for special events instead of lugging around my 35mm. I researched all kinds of cameras. Sure there are more expensive cameras that probably do more, but for the average picture taker this is a winner!!!! I used it right out of the box; without using instructions. This is my first digital camera too! I took pictures of fireworks with the special night mode for fireworks and they turned out great. Also the video part is great too! It will go as long as your memory card holds out. I purchased an additional 256 mb memory card. It comes with a charger so you don't have to buy a camera dock unless you want to. The batteries really hold up. I went a week and took numerous pictures and decided to charge it just in case. I love this little camera. The color in the pictures are great and I even put it on night mode and took a picture in the dark and the flash lit up the whole room and I got my picture. Kodak you definitely have a winner in my book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've taken Photos with these Kodak MAX Cameras a few times in 2001-2002. They Deliver Above Average Results at a Fraction of the Price of buying a $$-$$$ Camera. Depending on where you buy them. Early this Year in Australia, Kodak brought out the KODAK MAX HQ Disposable Camera which I think is supposed to be an Upgrade from the Kodak MAX Cameras. However I wasn't Happy with the Results so I switched back to the Yellow Camera which I feel delivers better Results.

I would love for Kodak Australia to release the UK "Kodak Ultra Compact Flash" cameras here, they look like Jazzy little Cameras that actually could be mistaken for a "real" Camera.

P.S. The Kodak Advantix One Time Use Cameras are also Fantastic, so if you get the chance pick up one of these as well. Great for Birthdays and Trips!

OK, so no one will mistake the photos for professional ones, but these disposable cameras are great! I take one with me when I go to raves, 'cause I don't want to lose my more expensive camera. Photo quality is quite reasonable. The camera is loaded with fast film, so it works in all light conditions with help from the flash. Might as well activate the flash for every picture, since it makes outdoor pictures look better, too. Plus, when you consider you're throwing away the camera, there's no point in trying to save battery power.

Not a bad camera. Good for indoor and outdoor use. It can be used on days of less sunlight and the pictures will still turnout, unlike other disposible cameras. The max flash is what makes it helpful on not so bright days. It is a great price. Good looking camera. You probobly won't drop it because of the No-slip grip. Built in flash is easy to use, all around the camera is easy to use. The camera is a good buy!

I looked around for a long time before buying a digital camera. I have friends who spend a lot of money on a band name digital camera with a few pokey features. Alternatively you can spend not much money on what is simply one of the best cameras on the market. Most people haven't heard of Kyocera, but those who have know that they make fantastic products.

Everything about this camera is fantastic and there is nothing gimicky. Most importantly you are getting a solid metal frame rather than plastic. The only hitch is the battery life but it would appear that a lot digital camera have this problem.

Truly, I don't know what else to say but you won't be disappointed.

I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a camera that isn't too popular here in the States but seems to be overseas. A friend living in Luxembourg told me about her S3L and sent me pictures she took with it and my boyfriend and I went for the S5. I DEFINITELY don't regret it, this camera has such ease of use, professional-quality pictures, a great price that you won't find lower anywhere else (including eBay) and looks really neat. I suppose the only negative aspect was the battery life which doesn't last as long as long as I would like it to. If you're looking for a lot of memory for your camera at a low price, check out an online store called Page Computers. I got a Lexar Secure Digital 256MB card for my Kyocera made the order on Sunday afternoon and got the card on a Tuesday morning. I can fit 197 pictures on it using the highest resolution. This is definitely a great buy.

This set of speakers is remarkable they are very small and extreamly powerfull. I rarly have to turn them up more than a quarter turn on the volume. the only problem I have ever had with them is the lack of a headphone jack and the lack of EMF protection on the Sub-Woofer. It will ruin your computer if the Sub-Woofer is to close to it. These cons are quickly forgoten.
I have had these speakers for Two years are the only times I've noticed these problems is when I bought them and when I moved.

also they are extreamly durable my family is very good at breaking things and only just recently have they started to show problems because my sister has spilt water on them for the 10th time.

These speakers and subwoofer make any song sound great. They provide clear crisp highs and great bass. If your looking for a 3 piece speaker set...this the one you should get. I am very satisfied with them!

These are some nice speakers. Nice bass and saves space. A must buy!

This gateway rocks!! I've used Linksys equipment for a while and this is by far the best of the bunch. The signal strength puts my old router to shame (and I had one of the signal booster boxes from Linksys connected to it!). Configuration was a snap and the administration features are top notch. I would suggest getting one for anyone who wants the perfect all-in-one solution to their networking needs.

This is exactly what I have been looking for and it certainly helped in eliminating the extra plugs and ethernet cables running behind my desk (linksys cable modem, 4 port router, wireless access point AND a switch since I needed ONE more port). Now I have everything connected to this unit and don't need anything else extra. The USB connection is nice and actually gives you 5 ports instead of 4 on the router (4 ethernet ports + 1 USB).

The biggest improvement I think I see is the configuration part of the unit which you access via browser. More control over security and settings! As a person who knows how to capture hack attempts made on my network or suspicious activity made against it (most seem to try to access by ftp'ing onto my linux server), this one helps further protect your home LAN by making your network 'undetectable' by means of pinging that must hackers use to find exposed networks and ports. People with kids would probably like the part where you can block access to certain websites and even keywords. It can even disconnect certain computers from the network at hours you specify.

The only gripe I had was with amazon.com itself. The pricing is among the highest ($171.95 at time of writing) and I submitted a form that showed a competitor beating their price but after a week, they have not still budged on their pricing. I bought this from buy.com for $139.49 and the shipping, like amazon.com, was free.

I purchased this gateway last week and haven't had a single problem with it. It was easy to hook up, the directions were clear, and the setup was simple. The management tool offers you many possibilities such as reducing the range of the wireless signal, different levels of encryption, status, and impressive firewall options. I thought it was totally worth the money and hope you do too!

Alias/Wavefront's Maya was designed for a 3-button mouse like these, since the application started on the SGI. I have one for work and was going to buy another for home, only to find Amazon isn't stocking them any more?!? Quite a shame.

This is a simple inexpensive product that works.

Mac (people) can only handle one button. Microsoft has to make up usage's for the third button. The bottom line is, if you are using UNIX or Linux or if you are into CAD. The third button has meaning.

Now that we have covered reasons for the third button, lets cover durability. A lot of mice are like light bulbs; they can go out at any minute. You can give this one to your grand kid. And you don't have to hold your hand in a funny position to get some odd wheel turning. Real mousers want to move the mouse. If you do not want to move your mouse, get a joystick.

Your Mac needs at least a two button mouse and this is the one. Good for laptops when traveling and great on my eMac at home! Just the right size for smaller hands, although fits fine in mine. Nice design, blends nicely with the Mac white, and it really adds lots more functionality to use the right click menus. Cannot go wrong - stick the cord in the USB port and away you go - no software need be installed but then do include some if you want to program the other buttons. Working great on my MAC OS X 10.2.8 machine.

The appearance and feel of this mouse is top notch. The only weakness was that the installation CD did not contain an OS X native software. The download from Macally was very small and now the mouse works fine in OS X, right click and all.

Works fine on my iBook. Love the size and responsiveness. Good value.
