This is a great combination--no cord on the keyboard or the mouse. Installation--absolutely simple. The batteries in the mouse don't last so long (that little red light is on all the time) but the keyboard batteries seem to last forever.

I have had this on the desktop PC at home for a year and it's operated flawlessly. I couldn't be more pleased.

I've had the Logitech wireless keyboard and optical mouse combo on my Dell for over a year now. I had already figured out that optical mice would Betamax their non-optical brethren (the accuracy & durability of the optical mouse so clearly thumps the old dirt catching roller-ball that I predict the total eradication of the latter before baseball leaves Montreal).
Anyway, the cordless thing is the issue here. I set up the little box under my desk by plugging its 2 wires into the keyboard & mouse ports on the back of my computer (you can use USB for either or both if you prefer), put the batteries (supplied) into the mouse & keyboard (2 AAs each), slid the CD into my PC and with Windows XP, set-up was nearly automatic. Total installation time (including my attaching the little box with velcro to the underside of the desk) was under 10 minutes.
Accuracy is 100%. Range is more than adequate (i.e. better than your visual range). Battery life has been about 2 months for the mouse and about 4 months for the keyboard. Now, it may cost a little more, but the convenience of never having to get those 2 wires tangled anymore has really been great.

I just picked up a 12" iBook and needed a bag more suited to carrying a laptop. This bag is perfect. My iBook slides into the laptop pouch perfectly. Very snug and completely surrounded by padding. (Larger laptops can fit by sliding in edge-first with part of the laptop sticking up out of the pouch.) The main compartment is big enough to accommodate my flatbed scanner (the relatively small Canon Lide) next to the laptop and there's still an entire section of the bag left to carry peripherals. I can fit my entire computer setup in this bag with room to spare.

There are plenty of internal and external pockets to store cords, power supplies, mouse, cell phone, PDA, etc. There's plenty of padding on the "user" side of the backpack and even extra strips of mesh padding added on either side of the spine. Very comfortable. For moving around the house/office, there's a large, padded handle on the top of the bag which is a nice touch.

All in all, a great bargain.

i don't know how many backpacks and satchels i've gone through since purchasing a laptop. the LOWEPRO EX1300 is the best thing i've come across. smart pockets, awesome construction and very comfortable. what more do you need? a good price of course! compared to the higher priced bags out there, this backpack smoke them in the dust. a very good and wise investment. you won't be disappointed!

This bag is great, its rugged and it holds my camcorder and camera at once. A word of caution though be sure to check out the dimensions of the camera you are going to put in it. Just to make sure you have a good fit. This bag is better for light use family gatherings and stuff like that. If you are more adventurous
and like to take your camera on hiking and mountain climbing trips this bag may not be for you. It is durable but it will have minimal protection from the elements. Lowepro always make great quality products and even offer warranties on some of them. Hope I was helpful

This is a great camcorder bag. It has three main sections. The first being the main compartment you house your camcorder in (this main section is divided into two sections by an adjustable barrier so that almost any sized camcorder can fit in the bag without moving around.) The camcorder fit into the main compartment with enough room to put in my camera and voice recorder.
This main section and the pouch attached to this main section is hidden under the flap which is closed by just a click. The pouch holds all of my tapes and film that I need, with room to spare. And the bottom section of the bag holds my battery, charger, all of my wires with enough room to put in a lot more. This bottom section is detachable so all you have to carry around is what you need for recording.
To top all of that off this bag is water proof and has shock absorbing foam which makes you feel very safe that your camera and camcorder won't be damaged if you get stuck walking in rain or happen to bump the bag.
The bag comes with a warranty, which of course covers nothing but the bag.

I wanted a bag to hold all of my video camera's cables and accessories, not to mention the battery charger. However, having made several trips to Disney World this year I have discovered that once you have arrived all you really want to carry around with you is the camera. The rest of the stuff stays in the hotel room until it's needed. That is where this bag fits the bill. Not only will my video camera (Sony DCR-TRV30) fit into the top bag, so will my digital camera (Olympus 2020Z), it's snug, but not to the point of endangering either camera. The top bag's zippered front pouch has room for a spare set of batteries (for both cameras), four DV size tapes and extra memory cards. The bottom bag will hold both of the battery chargers, manuals, cables, and still has room for more batteries and tapes. The LowePro web site has information as to what will fit into each of their bags, which I found to be very useful during my initial research. Their bags are very well made and have a lifetime warranty!

Got this Magellan Swivel Mount to use as a desktop cradle for my Meridian Color and it works perfectly.

The Power/Data cable connects onto the mount from the back and automatically connects to the GPSR when the receiver is snapped into place. You'll appreciate this after a few tries at attaching the connector by using it's teeny-tiny anchor screw.

Construction of the mount is sturdy and holds the receiver and connector securely. The mount is adjustable so that the GPSR screen is always in your line of sight either at eye level or from above (mounted on a horizontal surface) of from below (mounted on a wall). You will, however, have to provide your own Velcro or mounting screws since none comes with the unit.

Overall, terrific functionality for just a few extra dollars.

The SporTrak GPS is very awkward to use with the data and power cable--unless it connects through this bracket. If you own a SporTrak (or other compatible GPS), you've been through the tedious process of screwing the cable into the back of the unit. Not with this bracket. Just snap it in and forget it. Removal is equally easy. Outstanding!

These tapes are very reliable, will give you great quality and will last a long time. I have a few tapes that are 10 years old but they still play fine. Thanks Maxell.

Video tapes from Maxell's product line are among the best consumer grade VHS tapes available to the public and the preferred choice among video archivers. When used in conjunction with a high-end VCR, Maxell Gold provides an excellent picture, even when used in the extended play / super long play speed and is incredibly durable. I have never experienced color bleeding or noise problems, even after years of storage. This is an excellent tape for a reasonable price and one of the best choices for archiving your most precious memories.

It is small and light (feels like a regular paperback book), almost takes no space on my clustered desk when it's in stand up position (you can also lay it down).

It is huge - 160GB (about 152GB availabe out of box - I guess because of factory installed configuration). Perfect for backup and storage.

It is fast - I feel no difference in performance and response time from my laptop's internal hard drive. In fact it is faster in~~ terms of RPM (7200), most laptop hard drive is 5400 or slower.

It is versatile - I use it not only for backup and storage, I install and run softwares on it just like any internal drive and never encounter any problem or feel any different.

It is easy - Installation is a cinch. In fact, I didn't install the backup software comes with the package (because of some bad reviews on that software). I only installed the OneTouch driver and utility through which I can easily reconfigure the~~ OneTouch button to launch MS Windows Backup. It works like a charm. (The user guide clearly tells you how to re-set the OneTouch button to launch any programs you like, a very cool feature I think).

It is convenient - I can unplug it (it also has a power on/off switch at the back) from my laptop (running XP), carry it to my office (just like a book), plug it to my workstation (running Windows 2000), and use it like a mobile mass storage and file transfering tool. (Make sure first time you~~ use it between different OS you need the installation CD for driver install).
I never tried the connection to Mac.

It is beautiful - the OneTouch button lights up in blue and has different blinking pattern to indicate drive state. (The drive automatically spin down to save energy when idling for about one hour - you can easily configure that and other features via drive utility).

It is cool - unlike what's been said by other reviewers, the drive runs pretty cool even in peak activities -~~ the metal cover feels warm but just warm enough for your hand to feel it, nothing will be burn (plus it has a pedal for standing position and rubber feet for laying position). I just lay it down on my desk without attaching the rubber feet and it is perfectly fine. When it spins down, you can't feel any temperature at all.

It is quiet - I can't hear a thing with this drive sitting on my desk running, not even in late night. If you really want to make sure it is spinning, you have to~~ literally put your ear on its cover. The only sound I can hear coming out of this drive is at the moment when it starts up or spins down, a light gentle clicking sound. (My wife will attest that my hearing is normal)

It is cheap - you can get it for like $189 from costco.

I think all will hold true for models of other size - I'm rather suprised to see some negative reviews on OneTouch with bigger or smaller sizes. I think Maxtor overall did a great job on this OneTouch series and a lot~~ customers will benefit from it.~

I have been using Maxtor external hard drives for just over a year now and have made recommendations to family and colleagues which have resulted in them buying many of them as well. So with experience with close to a dozen hard drives, we have not had any problems and have nothing but praise for the drives.

First off, with internal hard drive prices for laptops so expensive and so difficult to install, external hard drives that use firewire (IEEE1394) are a great option. These hard drives use both firewire and USB, so you can take the information and hot swap it among multiple computer (like a thumb drive) or keep it plugged in to a single computer for use a secondary hard drive. I have found virtually no speed difference between accessing files on the external hard drive versus the internal.

The automatic backup feature, makes the hard drive all that much more useful. It comes bundled with Dantz Retrospect Express program which is an easy-to-use option for automatically backing up just what you want with a touch of a button. I backup often, usually just punching the button as I go meet to clients. It usually finishes the automated process by the time I return. Because backing up is so easy to do, when I did lose the hard drive on one of my laptops, I barely missed a beat after I got it replaced, simply restoring the drive image to make my new laptop look just like my old one.

I highly recommend Maxtor external hard drives.

I and my brother have two sizes of drives in this range and they are high reccomendable. They are noticably quicker then our previous 5400rpm drives and are brilliant for real time video editing. We didn't need a SCSI disc to get rid of the processing done by the CPU when recording Real Time MPEG1. The extra processing is now done by the Hard Disc. The 2 Meg buffer is also impressive. You WILL notice windows load quicker and programs load faster. THe only draw back was to go the the Maxtor website and download a crack as on some machines the UDMA mode does not get invoked when you select it. You MUST do this as it speeds the drive up by about 40%. MAKE SURE in Device Manager you have that box checked. If it doesn't work get a small crack from their site. This does not detract however as this is the best drive I have seen for speed, performance and reliability (I have had it 8 months without a blip)

I bought this drive to replace the one that came with my computer and it blows the old one away. It loads windows in half the time-literally-i timed it before and after.Its amazing! You won't really get 66MB's per second but it is very fast and very quiet.The computer now waits on me to give it a command instead of me waitng for it to execute one.Buy this drive for its massive storage capacity , high speed, fairly good value, long warrenty, and extreme ease of installation.You won't regret it, I guarantee you that.

This is a great product. All the discs I burned worked well on my DVD player, with no problems. If you want to show the discs on your TV, use only DVD+R discs.

I also would like to recommend the seller, Beach Audio at beachaudio.com. They responded instantly to my emails when I cancelled an earlier order and delivereed the discs I did order in good time. 5 stars to them..

The 10-packs of Memorex DVD+R is what I usually buy. It's the only media where I've yet to make a coaster, of the several I've tried.

With some media, you can burn it all the way through and find one of your various DVD players may not read it, due to the tolerances involved. I haven't experienced it with Memorex, yet. I use a Phillips DVDRW228 burner.

There is simply no other keyboard in the world that can top the Memorex MX 2750. Every single thing about this keyboard is absolutely perfect. I'm not even going to list all the features that kick [rear] about it, because the list would be too long. Buy this keyboard NOW!!!

This keyboard has everything I need. It is not as bulky as some keyboards, which is good, because I like to move my keyboard around, placing it on my lap to type. I tend to drop my keyboard a lot, consequence of all the moving, but this keyboard his heavy-duty, seemingly infinately more solid then most keyboards its size. The extra keys are useful, mostly for controlling Winamp, although the interface could be improved. Best of all, the chrome with black keys is very attractive, matching my black cpu and monitor perfectly. Great keyboard, practically no complaints.
