I use these speakers for ambient room music. I have a open floorplan house and put these speakers in the wall high enough to be somewhat omnidirectional. I like the round look in the wall better than the square versions. When shopping for speakers, I looked at all brands. A piece of advice on a expert distributor website was not to spend too much on in wall speakers as they are not working in an engineered speaker box, which is critical to speaker performance. In other words, more money doesn't buy you much. For ambient music, these speakers are great. They have excellent fidelity and while you can't pound out the bass, the rest of the music duplication is really good. The tweeter is very lively on this speaker, which surprised me. The size is around 8" outside diameter, so the IC8S speakers would have been huge. They were a snap to install as I had a good wall chase for running the wire. I'm very happy with this product.

Works great for laptops without video out to make presentations go to tv. Thats what I use it for, but it does even more.

I have used Avery Mac LabelPro for several years(Ver 1.64) and have found it the best labeling program that money can buy! The new version, 1.74, is a continuation in quality and performance of version 1.64. It is easy to use, accurate in placement and concise. Easy to use and logical in function, I would venture to call this a "must have utility" for any computer buff using either Mac or PC compatible!

This 3FT size is prefferable to the 10 FT size for transfering files. Less tangling and the price is MUCH cheaper.
The 10 FT model might be preferrable for gaming across the room, but gaming across the table with a 3FT cable is more fun.

You can also use a parallel port cable connection for gaming so this consideration shouldn't be given much emphasis if you already have a parallel cable.

If you do need to network over a longer distance in a working group, you likely will be using a hub so this is not the cable for that. Use a cat5 instead.

This is an amazing cable can be used to connect xboxes or to connect computers great cable great price! No problems and so fast too!

I just bought my iPod for the windows and needed to upgrade my PC to USB 2.0. I went looking around for a USB 2.0/Firewire card and noticed that the ones that were listed on amazon have terrible reviews. Many of the issues were with configuration and many were just terrible products. I really needed to get the card quick because my iPod was just sitting there doing nothing, so I decided to thrown caution to the wind and try it out. I blocked out severals hours of my day thinking that it would be a nasty process. However, I plugged it in and it just worked! No configuration issues or anything. I'm writting this review as I'm downloading my music to my iPod. Still don't know about long term issues with it but I'm happy with the configuration!

and it's screw handles are ribbed and very easy to grasp.

These cables are the best usb i have ever had they hold the data and transfere at high speeds. If you going to buy or even looking at usb cables spend a few extra dollars and buy one of these you wont be sorry. They even have a lifetime warranty on them if found efective. So all and all a great usb cables, great for printers or and usb device.

With this kind of product, it just come down to if it works or it doesn't. Unlike speaker or video cables, the quality of shielding or core material does not really make the differences.
There are standard for USB 1.1, and USB 2.0. If the cable was manufactured to meet those standard, it works. If it didn't... Well, it won't work.
This product works well with all my needs. But if you are looking for cables for USB 2.0 products, look else where. USB 2.0 requires much higher quality cable.

Thank goodness for USB. Simple plug and play. Even a technophobe could install and even love this ease of insertaion and execution.

I ordered this cable as the recommended link between my old iMac and my new HP 1012 laserprinter. That recommendation solved my one small problem (and perhaps this is simply my perception) since there are still more options and alternatives then I can detect from the little pictures and descriptions on my ordering screen. As it is, I had one of these cables on hand in my box of cables, zip drives, software installation disks, telephone cables, and more. I've never had a problem with a Belkin cable, never.

So four plus stars for the product and one more for the service, a tough combination to beat.
