Although I haven't used the keyboard extensively, I know the key response is nice and crisp. It's definitely better than those lousy, spongy "QuietKey" keyboards that gave my carpal tunnels pain!

But the mouse is the thing, wherein we'll capture the conscience of the southpaw! Being a lefty, and one who used a right-handed optical mouse when they first came out, switching to the Logitech hand-neutral design of this mouse was a dream come true! It fits in either hand perfectly, with very comfortable contours for your thumb. Personally, I appreciate the sparse design - I don't need all those buttons all over the side of the mouse that I end up accidentally pressing. This is a basic two button mouse with an excellent scroll wheel. The optical tracking is very good on a bland mono-color mousepad.

If you're a lefty looking for wireless freedom and a simple, elegant mouse, look no further.

Now if they would just offer this EXACT package in BLUETOOTH!!!!!!!

This is I believe the fourth MacAlly product I have owned, and this is by far my favorite. I absolutely hated the Apple mouse that came with my iMac, finding it to be too large and heavy, even with my relatively big hands. So, based upon experience with previous MacAlly mouses, I bought the Optical Scroll Jr. Mouse, and fell in love with it the moment I plugged it in and began to use it.

This mouse is tiny and lightweight, making it easy to maneuver this mouse even in a small confined area. The two "main" buttons are programmable, providing an advantage over the Apple mouse that came with the iMacs shipping in Fall 2000. There is also a front-center scrolling wheel, which can be useful depending upon one's working habits.

Since the iMacs of the time came available in one of five "flavors," a colored shield can be affixed to the top of this mouse to match, creating a color-coordinated system.

Overall, this is an excellent mouse. Small children could easily use this mouse without much hassle due to its size and (lack of) weight. The cord is also extremely long, allowing it to be directly connected to a computer several feet away with still enough cord remaining to provide great maneuverability.

Just received this item and I'm impressed. It was on sale here at Amazon and got it for under $30.00 . The keyboard is very nice and the mouse is pretty Robust. I accidentally dropped the mouse down a flight of oak stairs and I thought for sure i damaged it, but plugged everything in and everything works perfect. The mouse is heavier, but from what i've read, all the wireless ones are heavier. I do wish that the mouse had a couple more buttons so i could page back or page forward, but that's not a big deal. For the $80 range the Logitech Duo Elite with the MX700 mouse would probably be a better buy, but if you get it as cheap as i did, then save yourself some cash and pick this up. Thanks Amazon!!! This modem is certainly the Cadillac of all modems. I have four MultiTech modems and, after suffering from inferior modems for years, I now am perfectly satisfied (and happy!).

It is infinitely configurable (it can be used anywhere in the world (hence, Global Modem) and it can be connected to just about anything that has copper in it - dial up, two wire, four wire, leased) and it also has a two line LCD display. This is certainly by far the fastest connecting (in terms of time to establish the connection with your ISP) modem that I have ever owned (out of a total of ten or so).

Note, that, in exchange for pefect reliability you may have a slight sacrifice in connection speed. I noticed that it was connecting a bit slower than my previous modem on this computer and discovered that the passive (telephone line operated, ie without a connection to the AC wiring for power)telephone was loading the line, resulting in the lower connection speed. Replacing the telephone with a modern one solved that problem)

Also, make sure that 1) you update the firmware and 2) you update the drivers from the Multitech website. The newer result in slightly faster connection speeds.

All in all, when you consider the hassles of unreliable modems it is simpler just to pay the premium price and get the best.

This is an access router; not a cable / dsl gateway router. If your service terminates with a smart jack you probably need an access router. These are technically more sophisticated in use and application. This is not an install for a technical lightweight. If you are very comfortable with and understand how to install gateway routers, are technical and analytical in nature, comfortable with technical troubleshooting, and need to address a more sophisticated application you will find Adtran's product and technical support (before and after purchase) most appropriate. I know of no other product maker in this field that will support you as well as Adtran. I strongly caution you that this is not for the novice as this is much more sophisticated than a gateway router install.

Depending upon the service you bought and your intention, the specific interfaces (network interface modules, NIMs)in the unit and the configuration you can connect point to internet, point to point, and subdivide a point to point for voice and data. As you probably can conclude, this is not a lightweight application.

You will find the Adtran unit very dependable and suitable for your need - and if you are unsure, Adtran's customer support both before and after the sale cannot be beat.

This does not have a web base configuration - and has to be done in command line language. There is a configuration tool that enables you to configure wihtout the command language. If you run into a snag, you may well have to use command language. Don't let this scare you off; it is very logical and Adtran people will be most helpful.

You be well advised and well served with this company's technical service and product.

Overall, this is a very good 802.11b adapter. The USB client is oriented vertically, which is the ideal situation for wireless adapters. It's also spiffy looking, and isn't so bad to have sitting on your desk. The client software is superb and probably the best out there. Agere/Orinoco tries to update their drivers frequently, usually through quarterly releases. Reception is generally good. Their support department is pretty good, usually answering calls within several minutes. They claim that they will only offer tech support the adapter for 90 days, but I have not actually tested this out. The warranty is considerably longer than that.

However, there are some caveats that probably apply to all USB wireless adapters as well. You might run into compatibility problems with your computer, especially if you have a motherboard with a VIA chipset. The orinoco has a known problem when working with VIA chipsets, and one solution is to upgrade the VIA drivers and your motherboard BIOS. Also, it is almost impossible to get Linux support for USB wireless adapters. If you want it working in Linux, go get the PC Card version.

Simply the best calculator I've used. Easy to use, has the functions you need and isn't so dinkly that your fingers hit the wrong buttons.

I am pleased with my recent purchase of this product. When left running constantly, there is a noticeable fresh air smell. When located near a source of odor such as recently fried bacon, this unit very quickly dissipated the smell from the house. I would recommend this item for a small area but it is far too small to be effective for a large room.

I work in an office where I'm usually warm and those around me like it that way. This little fan is quiet (no one noticed it was there until I showed them), battery operated (I'm not "wasting" the company's money), and surprisingly powerful. I love the automatic shut-off feature - so if I'm away from my desk for too long, I'm not wasting battery power. All in all - a terrific buy. I'm getting ready to p[urchase one as a gift.
