I had just bought new JBL S310 floorstanding loudspeakers and hooked them up to my Kenwood VR-407 with my old Radioshack speakers cable and the sound was pretty good. But when I finally decided to spend the extra money and upgrade to the Monster Cable XPHP 10/10 cable, the sound difference was incredible. The highs were higher and the bass was deeper and tigheter. Anyone who has put a fair share of money into their home stereo system should not hesitate before buying this cable because it is the most worthwhile investment you can make.

I have lost my hearing (not really) because this speaker wire is great for any amp and speaker set... people say you cant really tell the difference with small speaker, which is true. You can really hear the difference with high quality speakers like bose, energy, definitive technology, JBL, Klipsch and other assorted high quality brand names. When you plug this up to those kind of speakers it really has a good affect and clarity levels are added as well, the bass hits harder, and wattage can increase... I recommend this to anyone with a hame theater or stereo system!

This is an amazing value! I bought a mid priced Subwoofer from Amazon.com about a week ago, and I wasn't too impressed with its sound quality. Before paying [$$] dollars to buy a new woofer, I decided to replace the cable I was using instead. As soon as I opened the box, I noticed how much more rugged this was than my former cable. The casing was MUCH stronger than that of the old stuff I was using! This product truly improved the sound quality of the speaker! I highly recomend this product to anyone who isn't getting good performance out of their speakers due to the low quality cable they were using before!!!!!

Well what can i say these cables are almost second to none. Only Z-300 series cables can out perform these cables. This set has almost no floor noise, and excellent noise rejection. You feel the power of the cables as soon as you lift the z's out of the package. The thickness, and weight of the cables really tell you that something good is going to happen when you hook them up. And when hooked-up they will outshine any other cable. For the money z-200 is almost as good as the ultimate z-300 series. Try some out and unleash the monster in your system....

I was one of those skeptics who just couldn't force myself to pay "monster cable" prices for a subwoofer cable. Well, the reviews [online] talked me into it after I couldn't figure out how to fix the constant "humm" from my subwoofer after turning my system off. As soon as I changed the cable and turned my system on I thought I had been transported to heaven. No more humm, noticeably better audio performance! Actually, I couldn't believe it after ho-humming "Monster" cable all these years and their inflated prices. Try 'em, you'll love 'em!

I bought this subwoofer cable and it made a HUGE difference. My friend came over and heard the difference, and he went out and bought one of these also. I recomend this to anyone who wants thier subwooofer to sound more clear and deep, tight bass. Even though it is $40.00 it is worth every penny. HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased these cables in connection with a new Toshiba DVD player, and it sure makes a difference in the audio quality over my old audio cables. If you enjoy high quality audio with virtually no distortion or interference, monster audio cables are a must.

This is a good cord i got it so i could hook up my computer to me T.V. and it works great

I notice allot of confusion on this site regarding Toslink (optical) cables. First off these have no effect on video whatsoever, secondly they are not influenced by RF noise like copper cables and 3rd they are but one of 3 major ways (not including PC cards) to hook up a true 5.1 surround sound system. Since interference isn't an issue it's tough to justify a very expensive optical cable. They are all essentially made the same way from the same materials. Sure some have a gold plated tip but this doesn't do anything but keep the tip from corroding, In theory plastic is perhaps the best for this. Also the protective coating is more important in keeping the cable from breaking rather then from keeping out interference like a good video cable does. The other two methods of achieving true 5.1 is with a digital coaxial cable which I consider second in line due to the fact that the signal is transferred to copper and inherits the interference risk. The last method isn't seen much anymore but DVD and Receivers made between 98 and 2000 often have the old 6 channel RCA out which works, but again isn't as good as optical. I hope this help some of you on your decision making. Personally I say buy mid line optical cables and high end video cables. Video cables are most defiantly not created equal. Remember, component, s-video, composite, coaxial rate video connection from best to worst. Even a cheapy component cable will give you a MUCH better picture then say coaxial on a good TV.
