Don't buy
Use the manualUse the manual!
To fix INF error, either uninstall and reinstall (using manual), or Add New Harware, find Bluetooth device, tell Windows you want to select drivers from specific location, and choose your cd-rom drive. If you don't, Windows tries to use a comparable driver that is not fully compatible and that's why you get the error.
Pros
- Inexpensive
- Easy to Use after install
- Alot of functionality for the software
Cons
- Range wasn't as far as I expected. I only get 15 feet before I get a weak signal. Optimal range is within 10 feet.
- Manual doesnt use traditional methods for install. This is what people mess up on. Don't plug it in until the other software is installed. Then you have to hit cancel on menus where you would normally hit next.
Quick and easy installation and use.

Great concept, less-than-stellar executionThe included software is functional, but limited. It functions as a server applet to which the MP101 connects. It allows you to catalog all of the MP3 or WMA files on your local drive, but it does not have a way to catalog files on network drives from what I could tell. For a networking product, I found this odd. I was also disappointed that you could not control the unit via software. I have a multi-room audio setup and was hoping to be able to play my Rhapsody playlists through it using this product. Unfortunately, you can only control the unit through the supplied remote control.
With firmware improvements, this could be a much better product. Hopefully, NETGEAR will address the problems in the near future. As for me, I'm going to purchase a Slim Devices Squeezebox like the reviewer below did - it has much more robust software, digital outputs and support for Rhapsody (via plugin) as well.
Does what it saysOne advantage to this product is that it wirelessly streams MP3s (and WMAS) at up to 320 rather than the standard 128 rate that some of the prior competing products knocked down MP3s to (so you don't lose the quality difference if you've encoded MP3s at a higher rate).
It can take some time to get through the playlist but not unreasonably so. And the price is relatively cheap compared to other wireless streaming solutions.
PS. Make sure you upgrade the firmware and software -- it addresss a number of the complaints of the other reviewers (dropped connections, lack of Internet radio etc.) I also found that its very sensitive to interference from other wireless networks -- and worked much better when I shifted my entire network up to a higher channel.)

Good with DSL -- if you do it right
Intel Anypoint Adapter
- Ideal way to control 2 computers with a single keyboard, monitor, and mouse
- Work with Windows and Macintosh computers
- Eliminates the expense of a separate keyboard, monitor, and mouse for each computer
- Switch from one computer to another easily

Caution: Doesn't work with all USB keyboards or miceI got my KVM and it worked great until I plugged a Microsoft Natural Pro keyboard into it. Windows XP would not recognize the keyboard and Hawking tech support said this KVM does not support non-standard 101 keyboards or mice with scroller wheels.
not bad

Very UnstableI had to return it because it wouldn't keep a wireless connection to any of my devices for a consistant period of time. Some of these devices had compatible Netgear SuperG cards and some didn't. I was absolutely maddening to watch the little pop up box in the system tray lose, then find, then lose my connection.
Maybe if I was new to this stuff this might not have bothered me so much, but I replaced an old Linksys 802.11b wireless router that had just worked for years without so much as a hiccup. I am very disappointed in this product and wouldn't recommend it.

Acceptable but not very greatDespite my complaints I should mention that the signal stays relatively near 24 Mbps with only temporarily slow moments when someone in my house is using the microwave or talking on a cell phone, but the signal has never dropped off completely. The unit itself is about 3 inches wide, 6 inches long and the antenna is about 4 inches tall, so it is quite small.
Overall this reciever is acceptable, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if those of you who have a lot of experience in wireless networking would pass on buying this reciever.

Dont' dare
Come on folks.. lets get the specs right
Does its job pretty well for this kind of moneyInstall was relatively easy. When I inserted the card, Windows 2000 immediately installed a generic driver, without asking any questions (as far as I remember). I needed to replace it with NetGear's driver, but it was not very hard to do.
One of the reviewers here complained that the card has problems with "foreign" cables. Mine worked fine with a 50ft network cable that I bought separetely.
I measured the network speed, and it is not very great, but acceptable. I got about 3MBytes/second when copying 100MB file using NetBEUI protocol. I used to have 6-7MB/sec at work (with SMC cards).
Many people say the dongle break easily. I have the card only for a couple of days, so I did not have enough time to break it yet. But at work I have a D-Link card with the same kind of dongle, and it did not break for at least a year. You just need to handle it with respect :)

- Share a printer with everyone on your network -- works with most USB printers

- Also expands your network with a built-in 4-port 10/100 Ethernet switch
- Remotely administered through your web browser or the included utility
- Each port independently negotiates the best speed and half- or full-duplex mode, for up to 200 Mbps of bandwidth per port

Supports a few USB printers!
Not Compatible with Brother HL 1440
PSUS4 with RedHat Linux 9.0I found that there is no need to use the provided set-up programs or documentation by doing the following:
The default IP address is 169.254.25.233 netmask 255.255.0.0
You may need to change your host network settings to the same sub-net.
Use ping to see whether you can see the PSUS4.
Browse http://169.254.25.233.
The default user name and password are admin admin.
In setup optionally disable Appletalk and NetBEUI.
In protocol set the IP address and netmask you would like to use.
Save and switch the router off and on to reboot.
On workstations select system settings/printing.
Set up a new queue with any name and description you like.
Select Networked UNIX (LPD)
Specify server as the IP address, queue lpd.
Select the printer from the pull down on the "Generic" box.
Apply the changes and print a test page.
It is possible to telnet into the PSUS4, but commands seem to be limited to help, monitor and exit!

Too bad DLink dropped the ball.
Awesome Performance from such a Little Box!The setup is rather simple, just follow the instructions, reboot the box and plug it into whatever you want. Just make sure it is within range, and sometimes fiddling with the antenna helps with the signal.
Working perfect (with right settings!)I connected my KISS DP-500 Network DVD to the DWL-G810 and everything is working perfect, but you will need to work with settings for a few minutes.
