BLUETOOTH TO USB ADAPTER CLASS1
Made by IOGEAR

Average review score:

works with my macI've been very happy with the performance of this product. I attached it to my mac os x box, and apple's bluetooth software managed the connection to my mobile phone perfectly fine. Note that this item (GBU302) comes with two bluetooth adapters. I gave the other to a friend who has a windows machine. She is happy the product as well; the software that comes with the product enabled her PDA to shared the high speed internet connection with the windows pc that the adapter is plugged in to.
The range of the class one device hasn't been tested - my mobile phone is a class three bluetooth device with a smaller range (25ft), so I don't have another class one device to test the (300ft) range.
If you just want one, see the GBU301 product (B00006L4R6).

EXCELLENT!! Best Warranty Out There, Don't Mess w/ LinksysFor those not in the know, the IEEE 802.11g is not a standard yet!! Broadcom jumped the gun with their new 54Mbps chipset, and that's what Buffalo and Linksys use. It is slated to be certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance in mid 2003. Buffalo realizes this could affect current 802.11g technology. They are truly dedicated to their customers, because they promise that if the certification materially changes the principal operating features of their pre-standard 802.11g products, they will replace or upgrade any of those products at no charge and provide toll-free technical support. Does Linksys promise that with their 802.11g 54Mbps router/pc-cards? I don't think so!! BUY BUFFALOS!!

Cables To Go 2PT AUTHORITY2-MICRO KVM WITH AUDIO ( 29561 )

Costs less, works bestMost KVM switches do not support audio switching (in the modern multi-media world, this is an often over looked requirement for a desktop KVM) and cost much more than this Cables to Go unit. I spent over $20 more, in fact, for another KVM with audio that only got me a unit with a defective audio chip and slow help. This one costs less and works great. Pressing Scroll Lock twice and a up/down arrow switches between the two computers - I wish that only the Scroll Lock key was needed. Considering how much Windows likes to reboot and be consumed by I/O intensive processes as well as the cost of new Hyper Threading Extreme CPUs, two low-end computers with a KVM switch is a cheaper way to stay productive. At work, this type of configuration also permits separate networks for security (one computer for the financial network and another, say, for machines with Internet e-mail access); viral and other rogue network hacks cannot spread through a KVM switch (the perfect "air gap" firewall).

Aironet 350As with all Cisco products this one is a winner.
It has great performance with little loss in throughput when WEP is running.
It also is a winner for range. I recommend this unit to customers all the time.

Cisco SOHO 91 Ethernet Router ( CISCOSOHO91-K9 )

Wonderful RouterI have been working with computers for over 22 years and been a network engineer for the last 7. This is the router that i have at my own house. I recommend it to all my friends who are looking for something more than the basic routers like the ones from Dlink, Netgear, Linksys, etc. I have used this router in multiple residential and commercial applications. It has never failed. It is also a great help for someone wanting to learn the Cisco IOS.
Only negative, you will need to update the IOS to the most current version to get the most out of it. But you should update the drivers on any computer equipment that you buy.

This is a great router!I used routers exactly like this when I was in my Cisco Networking Academy class. It was something that I used a lot and if you have the money to spend on it, this is great for ethernet networks weither you are running a tcp/ip network or an ipx/spx. This router even works with appletalk protocols.

NP26G pulls its weightNetworking can get so complicated that I think it is important to go off of recommendations. I had a client of mine recommend this router to me for office use. I have now become a fan of Compex after my experience with the NP26G. My favorite pro about it is the webcam server feature. I have read reviews about it and of course that is what they focus on. I haven't heard of anything similar to Compex's router. I also like the Pseudo VLAN feature so that I can protect certain files from employees. All in all I don't have any complaints.

Great SwitchI have two years with this and the 36 ports version of this switchs and both work very well, the people at the nerwork don't need to know what is they NIC speed to connect to the network and is very usefull if you have a mixed speed clients, because you don't need one network for 10 Mbits and other for 100 Mbits. At this moment I bought one 5 port version of this switch to build a beowulf cluster, because the perfrom of D-link network products is realy Great and cheap that other options.

Need a Network Interface Card (NIC)? - This is it.I am currently using two of these cards. I installed one in a PII 200 Mhz 64MB Win 95 system and one in a Celeron 1.2 Ghz 256 MB Win XP Home system. Installation on both only took 5 minutes and worked instantly. I would suggest purchasing these individually rather than this two pack unless it is on sale or has rebates. The 1 pack box of this card is always on sale and always has a rebate making it a better offer for the same card.
Setting up was a breeze, after installing the software, I placed the card in my laptop. It was instantly recognized. Then I was asked which network I wanted to join. Simple as that.
I have only had the card for a day, so I cannot attest to the durability of the item. The reception is great. I have taken it about 100 feet away from the Microsoft B base that I purchased, with an excellent signal.
