Though this backpack has ample room for what I needed to put in it, it's construction is stiff and it is huge, no matter how much stuff you have in it - it's like carrying a small child wherever you go. Also, the zippers are not the best quality - one is already totally broken and another on its way after only one year. The only plus is the separate laptop compartment - that is handy as I have a relatively large computer.

Two months with this bag an it's still getting me to school. I haven't had any reliability issues.
The good:
1) It'll hold everything. I carry so many books to school I used to carry a backpack and a laptop case. Now I just have this bag.
2) Big straps to hold the load.
3) Lots of compartments to help devide up and secure the stuff.
4) Padded back
The Bad:
1) Laptop sits between your back and your load. It's padded, but this doesn't stop the weight of the load from resting on your computer. It should be a hard case.
2) Big straps that are too wide to leave much room for flexibility in the arms.
3) Useless little mesh pockets.
4) Deviders aren't flexible.

I bought this PDA case by looking at price of $3.99. I have seen better than this in my local 99 cent store. I cannot keep my PDA in this case because it has no protection on sliding up or down from the case. I preferred to throw it rather than destroying my PDA by keeping in this.

This case is very well made and looks far more expensive than it is. It is a nice, compact case although it holds either my Tungsten C or E. I was looking for something classy but not too bulky and this is just right. The nickel clasp adds a beautiful accent and I prefer it to the loose closures of some of the more expensive cases (like most of the ones by Coach). The ballistic nylon is sturdy with a great texture and the entire case is extremely well made. There are slots for extra business or memory cards and well as a place for an extra stylus or small pen. With so many leather, aluminum or Body Glove type cases around, this one is unique while still looking professional. No matter how much of a PDA case snob you are, this one is a great choice.

Well of all the laptop cases I have seen this is the FIRST that doesn't fold open 180 degrees. If you look carefully at the photo you see that all the zippers stop about 2 inches from the bottom of the case. So it is not possible to use the laptop while it is in the case. I thought this was a really neat idea in that all the cord clutter would be contained as the case has an integrated power supply. I was expecting to be able to flip open the case and work with the lower half of the laptop still inside. But since you have to take out the laptop to use it then pull out the power cords it kindof defeats the purpose of integrating the power supply.

That being said the power supply looks to be fairly well designed. I haven't had a chance to try out all 3 power sources (air,auto,home) yet but it will be less clutter. Fortunately the power supply is removeable (its in the rightmost pocket in the photo). So as long as you consider this to be equivilant with the 'Juice' system with a free bag it isn't that bad. I would bet if you got the smaller case advertized for $80 than you are even better off as that would be cheaper than the Juice system.

This nice leather flip case is actually designated for the Tungsten T Palm only. Eagerly awaited, I had to return it because it is too small for my Tunsten E Palm. Belkin makes a case that fits almost every PDA, but you can't tell from these descriptions which one you are buying.

Although the quality, features and functionality of this case is very good, it is not as "universal" as I had hoped. Know that it is not compatible with iPAQs.

I saw this DVD wallet in best buy a few days ago. It is really nice, but BEWARE... it only truly holds 50 titles. The 80 refers to some of the movies taking two DVDs for one title.

This bag is 1" longer and 3/4"wider than the CBV12 & 15. It also costs ... more. I bought the CBV15 which is a bit smaller and I really like it. The CBV12 is the same size but incudes a detachable camera bag as part of the size. You have to decide what is best for you. Here is my review of the similar CBV15:

The great advantage of this bag is that the entire top unzips (it's actually a double run zipper which gives you a wide storage space while everything stays in place). It was great for my movie camera so I got another one for my digital still camera. I can keep 20 mini CDs plus marking pens, extra battery and charger, and my bulky but essential viewing hood. When the bag opens you can see everything, place everything, and when it closes everything stays in place. After a year I've decided the design is probably the most convienent I've used in 30 yrs.
