Magically Hopeless
Do not even bother considering this camera.1. Unless you have three or more high-wattage bulbs burning in the room, your picture quality will consist of lovely dim shadowy objects.
2. When you *do* succeed in making a snapshot, the image is either so tiny it does no good, or it is nearly as pixelized as an old Commomore 64c or Atari game. This is unsatisfactory for showing your Internet friends what you look like or showing your parents your new nose-ring.
3. The security function works...sort of. It takes pictures when it detects motion or on a set timed interval that you can vary (1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.), but working *with* the images after capture is frustrating. The program crashes randomly when trying to view the images within the program, and when viewed using Windows Explorer, for some reason the image quality suffers even more than usual. Occasionally, I would set the camera to watch the front door area overnight, and it would simply stop after about twenty minutes. No computer problems, no Windows problems. The program simply glitched...multiple times.
If you buy this camera, email me and I shall pray for your deliverance from its nasty impish ways.
Sláinte...
hmm... I wonder if the factory settings are off.I couldn't believe the reviews I was reading from amazon and circuit city that this camera is so bad. So I checked manufacturer website if they make different model. but this was only model they are making.
If you haven't returned your camera. give it another shot by downloading new software(4/17/03) or change the settings to the above. I'm switching all my existing web cams with this model.

Tungsten E covers
Good, not great. One immediate dislike was Palm's use of Velcro to keep the PDA secure. You must stick the supplied self-adhesive Velcro strip across the back of your PDA, covering the attachment point for the original suede flip-over cover. Your PDA then "sticks" to the Velcro lining inside the right side of the case. For a Palm-brand PDA going into a Palm-brand case, PalmOne should have implemented a less cheap and generic attachment method.
After a weeks' use, I discovered a few more shortcomings. The case's edge partially blocks the IR port, card slot, and stylus, making it difficult (but not impossible) to use your PDA while in the case. The business/credit card holders are extremely shallow and tight, almost too tight for even a single credit card. Worst of all, if you keep an expansion card in the case's pocket for it, with the case closed, the card gets firmly pressed into your PDA's screen.
This is a quality case for the price, offering good protection for your PDA. Unfortunately, it contains several design flaws.
Great inexpensive caseIt's a four instead of a five star for me since there is only storage for two SD cards - I have four now and I'm using one of the credit card slots for additional storage. The zipper also continues far into the covered spine of the case, and it is possible to get the zipper pull trapped in there(although one is more likely to do that out of curiosity than accident)

MAJOR ISSUES--Do not Buy!!
Buy a real Linksys WRT54G Wireless-G Route and card insteadIt will only cost about $10 more to get the real WRT54G and PCMCIA card and it will be well worth the extra $10. I'm not sure what Linksys is trying to achieve by selling this combo with a such a crappy router. They should package the regular WRT54G with the PCMCIA card and offer a discount, instead they put this piece of crap router in with the regualr PCMCIA card and try to pass it off as a good deal. Shame on you Linksys. You will ruin your good reputation with this router.

Poor performance, rude tech supportI bought a much newer laptop, a Pentium III 500 MhZ with 320 MB RAM and 4 GB VRAM: way, way above the requirements. Worked marginally in Windows 2000, but XP did not like the driver when I updated. Tried several different drivers off their confusing download page, no luck.
So I call their tech support. The guy starts spitballing stuff at me ('try this driver', 'try that driver'), clearly at random. I had turned off AutoPlay, which I've heard can cause problems, and turned off digital audio. These had both improved the play of DVD's, but not much. He never even mentioned these steps. I politely asked for the issue to be escalated, he began screaming at me, inexplicably accusing me of demanding a new driver (which I never did, though it's not a bad idea), and hung up in my face. I called back, got the same guy, he again began screaming at me, told me there wsa no one but him working at EXP, called me a fool, and hung up on me.
So, if you enjoy being screamed at, lied to, abused, and personally insulted, you can hang around with my ex-fiancee, or you can buy a product from EXP. Both are about equally painful.

CritiqueOne: Linux drivers that work with this card are extremely hard to come by. The only way you are going to make this card work under Linux is either by getting extremely lucky and finding some support or getting the rare linux distro that has the card supported by default.
Two: The GUI for the card that runs under windows is a horrible system hog, takes forever to get commands through, and keeps getting blocked by my firewall when it tries to contact microsoft.com. Shutdown the monitor program and all this goes away.
Three: The card itself is inefficient. Running at maximum power it still has horrible range. The maximum distance I got out of this card was 27.2m from the hub. In comparison, the other card I have (a Linksys USB 801b) gets a range of 52.1m.
In all, the only reason I would recommend this card is if you want to set up a hassle-free wireless network unders microsoft windows, and you don't mind sacrificing everything to expediency.
Not worth the troubleThis card is missing an important feature - you can't set the WEP encryption key using a passphrase. Better brands will let you use ASCII text, (your dog's name or some other phrase) to generate the 64 or 128 bit key. Even with the new firmware, this card requires you to translate the passphrase into hexadecimal, and then type in a 26 digit number. Twice.
This is not fun, especially because the card often will not connect, and you will be typing this number in over and over.
Unless you are good at memorizing 26 digit hexadecimal numbers, buy something else.

Bad buy...* no syncing in cradle with case
* not all parts are leather; the essential part that holds the Palm in place
is made out of plastic
-> far too narrow, does not bend enough
* once my Palm was in there, I could hardly get it out again
I was not happy with this buy !
Didn't protect well, came apartIt would be nice if someone would make a good Tungsten T case that really protected the PDA, and didn't leave holes for lint.
Works good for me.

NO CD ?!?!?am trying to contact amazon.com
