Very elegant and clear interface. Flexible selection of input memory cards. Works as advertized on any TV.

However, after 2 days the image turned black & white and flickering on any normal tv. My LCD TV still managed to display the color image...
Tech support was reachable and professional. Asked that I ship it back to them for repair or replacement. I really liked it, so am going to give it a try - instead of returning for refund.

I manage a student computer lab, and the screens get full of fingerprint smudges. My employer purchased these wipes because they didn't want chemical sprays in the building. The wipes have a chemical smell of their own, although it's not terribly strong. The problem is that the wipes aren't very effective. To remove fingerprint smudges you really have to use some elbow grease and go over and over the same spot. Fine if you have one monitor but when you're facing a roomful, it's literally painful. Also, the wipes tend to dry out, even if you securely reclose the lid. If you don't use them up in a few weeks, they will become next to useless. The dispensing of the sheets is surprisingly bad - you pull them up through the top like you would a tissue paper from its box. The sheets tend to drop back down inside the container, forcing you to open it and pull the top sheet back through the opening on top. They also tend to shred as you pull them out, which is a frustrating waste of sheets.

My recommendation? Get screen cleaning spray and soft cloths designed for computer displays, and avoid this mediocre product.

This keyboard is intended for fast data entry in the PDA. Unfortunately the keys are too small and the keyboard tends to fold when you try to use the middle keys.

I'm not thrilled with this enclosure. My first problem was that the installation of the drive required smashing the connecting cable in half. I think the cable is sufficiently delicate that such abuse shouldn't be required. It took me several tries before I could get the drive to work with the enclose lid in place. The space is too small between the drive and the enclose electronics, and the cable is too long. Now that it is working, I dislike a couple of things about it. It doesn't automatically turn off when my Mac is shut down. I have to switch off the drive manually. The fan on the drive is also much noisier than on any off-the-shelf external hard drive/enclosure I've bought in years. In a quiet room it is annoying. I don't know yet if the drive, enclosure, or the cable caused this problem, but the drive spontaneously disconnected during use once. It remains to be seen if this repeats itself. I would at least investigate other FireWire 800 enclosure options before buying this one.

I have been using this reader for about 6m and it is the only reader that I have that will work with 512MB SD cards. The reader regularly resets my computer. I would not recommend this product for users of Windows 2000.

I was looking for a carrying case for my new Vaio. There were no technical or product descriptions, but the title included "case". It was advertised as a Sony accessory for my Vaio laptop, and the picture looked like a carrying case. I naturally thought it was what I wanted. In fact, I chose it over a carrying case from Kensington, because I was concerned about a possible compatibility issue buying from another manufacturer. How could I go wrong buying a case expressly listed for my Vaio model from Sony?

I'll tell you. This "case" is nothing more than a thin wetsuit material slipcover for the laptop to prevent scratches and keep out dust (but it has a nifty Vaio logo for the vain)! (No, it's not waterproof; it's wetsuit material not drysuit.) IT IS A PROTECTIVE SLEEVE; NOT A CARRYING CASE!

Bottom line is I was very disappointed that I didn't get what I wanted. I rate ... For those who want a wetsuit for their Vaio, the product's probably a 4 or 5.

I bought the Istyle and was extremely excited to receive it. When it got here, it was attractive, and came in a fairly speedy fashion.
So I put the Ipod in the case (hooray!) and it looked great and works well. Then, after snapping and unsnapping the cover approximately three times, the snap broke, and now the cover is useless. This is an incredibly shoddily-made piece of equipment. To top it off, Speck won't refund your shipping, should you want to send back their defective product.

Save yourself the trouble and spend your money on something that will hold together for longer than 5 minutes (the length of time for which I was able to enjoy the Speck Istyle cover).

This is a very well designed light and works very well. You have better control of the light vs. snake neck light types. The quailty of light put out is good and is not so bright as to create glare. There is one major flaw in this light. It has a very short life span. It died after only two months!
