My husband and I bought the waterproof case for our honeymoon and it worked great at the time. Two months later we went to the beach and the latch cracked when we closed the case. After calling numerous Canon numbers, we discovered that the plastic latch that holds the case closed (and any part of the case for that matter) is un-repairable and the camera case completely unusable. We are very disappointed we spent the money to use the camera case on two occasions.

I purchased the WP-DC700 underwater case for my A70 and followed the directions exactly, oiling the gasket and cleaning it after each use. It leaked and ruined my month old camera. Customer service was rude, blamed me and then tried to bargain with me to fix it for $190 instead of the $280 that they initially requested. The underwater case has a 7 DAY WARANTY and the camera is not covered for water damage. My father had a similar problem with his $1000 Nikon digital which just stopped working for no aparent reason, they claimed it was water damage and tried to bargain with him to buy a rebuilt one for $500. So beware of bad customer service. Canon's customer service has all bad unreasolved reviews at the Better business Bureau

This bag was not designed for people under 5' 5". I'm 5' 3" and the handle ends on the bottom back of the bag scrape the ground as I roll it along. The telescoping handle does not seem to be very sturdy and the bag tips over backwards if I let go of the handle. I'm regretting this purchase.

Here are the reasons you should not buy this mouse:

1. It is way too expensive. I in weak moment when I was not paying attention to number, I bought it for $29.99. It is small and so will fit well in a stuffed laptop bag but 29.99 is way too much. But this not the reason why you should not buy it. The real reason is below.

2. Making a small mouse does not mean that its cable must be small as well. This mouse comes with a retractable cable. Guess what? First, the designers have made the cable extremely flimsy. I am sure mine will break before the mouse dies. Second, the cable is so short that if I sit on the floor, put the laptop on my lap and connect the mouse to the usb port on the left side of my thinkpad, the mouse DOES NOT reach the floor on the right side.

My purpose in writing this review is to save an innocent buyer from the trouble. But more than that I hate these manufacturers who start shipping the products without using and testing it. This nexus between US suppliers and Chinese manufacturers is costing the consumer a fortune.

Since installing the wrong memory can fry a pc I did not even consider the memory. There should be information available about compatibility with different manufacturers.

This is a terrible, second-rate product. First of all, calling it a "hard case" is a joke. This case is WAY TOO SOFT to protect your PDA. You can easily bend the metal with your hands. (In fact, I can bend it and I have all sorts of problems which weaken my hands!) Next, in order to charge your PDA, you must remove it from the case. Take a look at the picture. See those clips? You've got to slide your PDA in and out every time you want to charge it. Wear and tear on you AND your PDA. Poor design, poor material, poor quality.

I am returning this case and have already replaced it with a PalmOne Series Hard Case (you can find it by searching the Amazon website for this number: B0000665QW). It's a MUCH better, stronger, high quality, good-looking case. And don't be scared off by the higher price! You can actually get it from third-party vendors (click the "new & used" link under the picture) for LESS than this Fellowes sub-par case. I bought my Palm case from PerformancePDA for a GREAT price, terrific customer service, and fast delivery.

i thought i'd save alittle money and buy this cordless mouse. bad mistake. the ball hangs up on diagnal movement. within a week of light usage i was taking it apart to try to clean. that didnot help. i checked further and found what looks like a design flaw. the friction of the ball to the gears is not enough when moving toward the top left corner. it got frustrating having to move horizontal then vertical every time. i finally just through it away

The light works fine, but the keypad causes my Gateway notebook with XP to crash -- complete and ugly crash with the "safe mode" and everything. I won't even try to use it again. This keypad feels more like a toy. One of the little rubber bumpers on the bottom came off right out of the package. It's a PS/2 connection which has implications if you plan to have another keyboard hooked up to a notebook. I don't know how this would work with a desktop PC. Avoid this piece of junk. Don't let the price seduce you because you sure get what you pay for. By the by, I got mine at a computer super center for ten bucks. The light does work. It has a USB connection. I'm not sure if I'll ever NEED a light and I can't imagine why they're sold together, but if you need a little USB notebook light and 20 bucks is not too much to spend, get it, and throw away the keypad.
