I'm a freelance illustrator who sells prints regularly. I bought the Epson 1280 printer two years ago thinking I could produce "professional" quality prints of my artwork. Much to my dismay, using the standard printer settings and the available epson papers, I got less than desirable results. The prints were plagued with wysiwyg problems. The art on the monitor looked great, but when it printed out, the colors were off!
I had to constantly tweak the printer settings to get the right colors. Not only that, I heard the prints would eventually turn orange over a period of time! I was about to give up on the printer, but then came along the colorlife papers.

Every print that I made with the colorlife papers have come out a near perfect match with its onscreen counterpart. The quality is terrific with vivid colors and great detail. The printout feels and looks like a real profressional quality print! Overall, I am very satisfied with this paper. Oh, I should also mention that you MUST download the colorlife printer profiles from Epson to get your prints looking right. Its a very short download and worth the small inconvenience to download it.

I BROUGH THIS PREVIEW MONITOR FOR MY EPSON 825 IN DECEMBER BECAUSE I'VE SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW FOR A DIGITAL PRINTER THAT PREVIEWS THE PICTURES BEFORE THEIR PRINTED BUT THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE. THEN I FOUND AMAZON.COM AND WENT TO ACCESSORIES AND THERE IT WAS NOT ONLY A GREAT INVENTION, BUT THE BEST VALUE I COULD HAVE GOT FOR MY BUDGET . This is a great ink cartridge for your Epson printer. It has brilliant color and looks fantastic on the higher revolutions. Make sure it will fit your printer before ordering. The best, and only, color ink cartridge I've ever used.

The Epson ink cartridge is the best choice for the Epson printer. I've got the 1520 printer and have at times been sent supposedly compatible brands of ink cartridges and found them to be much inferior. Highly recommend the 1520 and its own Epson 1520 ink cartridge!

I could just talk about useless thinks, but I'll just mention something for those who consider this the best paper, and want to print 5x7 images.
First, this doesn't come in 5x7. So, to print as such, there is a way I've found to print 5x7 with the 1280, and other semi-wide format printers.
Load the paper in the tray landscape. (I know, they say not to do it, but it works.) Then, tell the printer to print your 5x7 centered on half letter paper. When the pic is printed, print your other image with the blank half of the page on the right, when you face the printer.
although this takes a little longer than might be desired, you now have made the best possible use of this paper, and have 5x7 prints

The best way to keep up your Epson 900 Generic ink replacements do not last i.e. dry out or run thru like water.

I have been very pleased with the quality and the price of this cartridge. The colors perform nicely with my Epson Stylus C40UX and the price is very reasonable compared to other brands on the market. I had trouble with a generic one with an old printer once and so I always stay with the brand names.

These cartridges are very good and very reliable. I have not had any trouble with them. The color is good and the results are just what I see on the monitor. Even though this last comment is dependant on the printer and its interface with the computer, the cartridges themselves must contain a quality of ink within them in order for the printer to give obtimum results. These cartridges have this quality.

Excellent product but why are your shipping charges 10 times higher than Epson?

This cartridge has a pretty high capacity. I've used it with my CX6400 printer/scanner/copier for the past 3 weeks and it's held through and I still have about 3/4 of the ink left and I've printed a lot of things. Recommended from this site verses a place like Best Buy, who charge $12.99, whereas Amazon charges only $10.79.
