Great for presentation prints but only good for photoI use this paper on an Epson 820 and 1200 and it printed out great. I use this on my Canon i960 and the print-out comes out fuzzy. Maybe Canon uses too much ink and the paper can not soak it up fast enough. I can't recommend this paper for Canon's printers.
You should buy a couple or the 25 sheets and see if it works with your printer. I find this paper best for presentation graphic.
great for everday digital photosPros:
1. Not-so-glossy finish. Every other brand I've tried is so glossy that they shine and have a glare, unlike the pictures you would get from a professional developer (even the ones that aren't "high gloss") - one exception is the Kodak Ultima Satin which is similar to this with a much heavier weight and higher price. OR they have no shine - watch out for "matte photo paper" which usually has no shine at all.
2. Cheap. Just about the cheapest you can find, even compared to no-name brands.
3. Easy to cut. Since it is a lighter weight, I can cut my sheets of photos easier with less wear on cutting tools.
4. Two sided gloss. I've never used both sides, but it's there if you want it and you don't have to worry about which way to feed the paper, it can print on either side.
Con:
Lighter weight paper. If you want the feel of studio type paper (like you get when you get your family photos done at a professional studio), this is not the paper for you. I like the Kodak Ultima line - the "satin" finish has a similar not-so-glossy finish like this one. These papers are much more expensive, I usually save it for pictures I am going to give away.

Prefer this, over the HP OfficeJet 6110First of all, these machines are highly comparable, in terms of print speed/quality, ease of use, size, and set up. Both are stand-alone faxes if desired. However, they each have little features that distinguish them, for better or worse.
Lexmark X6170: Has the ability to adjust fax transmission baud rate, which came in handy when faxing to older fax machines. Can fax from within applications on the connected computer, and from another computer on a home network. A very nice feature that I used all the time. *Much* quieter operation, nicer, more intuitive keypad, with (refreshing) blue lights on the control panel. Also, a more interesting design. The paper trays are less accessible, and use a slide-out extender, which I don't prefer. No power save -- it's always "on". About $50 cheaper than the HP.
HP OfficeJet 6110: Extremely noisy -- makes lots of clunking sounds during printing. Paper trays are conveniently located at the bottom of the unit. However, printed copies come out somewhat curled at the edges. Cannot use fax features from the computer to which it is hooked up (i.e. cannot fax from within Word or other wordprocessor programs) A solid design, and a slightly smaller footprint. Has a "power save" mode. Can accommodate an optional 6-colour cartridge for photo printing.
Ultimately, for reasons related to problems with static on my phone lines, faxing to certain machines from the Lexmark was a problem. Lexmark's customer support was very helpful, but ultimately I had to return it and have kept the HP. Still miss some things about the Lexmark, tho...

Super photo quality but not very flexible...What's more, since you have an opportunity to photo-edit the pictures before you print, you can correct problems that the photo shop will never bother with: remove red eye, reframe, add labels, etc.
My biggest problem is the limited size of the paper. It will print out a photo at a maximum size of about 3.5 by 5. OK for a snapshot but not good enough for anything you'd want to set on your desk at the office. Also the paper is pretty expensive and relatively hard to find. Remember too that they are not as permanent as regular photos-don't set them down near something wet for example, and make sure you let them dry off a bit before you stack them together.
So if you don't need big pictures, you might find this a fine alternative. The photo quality is really excellent.
