The ability to print on 11x17 inch newsletters has been a tremendous boost to my small business! The duplexer (sold separately) is also great. I've had this printer for 2 years now - and i absolutely love it!

This Printer is the best I have ever used in my life. It collects the information and it prints it by the time I get over to it. I would recommend this Printer for every one's home or office :O)

Heh, when i bought this i wanted to buy 2 black ink cartriges. I recieved 2 color.... that was my fault, they work fine i just wanted them switched around. Dont make my mistake. happy printing

I *hate* buying print cartridges. Why are they so darn expensive? Boy was I glad when I bought my HP 895CSE printer - the cartridges are still around $30each but they last FOREVER! I print probably 20 color pages per day and probably 50 b/w and the cartridges still last me several months. I've been quite impressed with their life-span. This bundle is just an incentive to get both for a lower price. I bought it and if you own a printer which uses either of these cartridges - you mind as well too because it'll save you a few bucks!

This printer is amazing. The color LaserJet 5500HDN model comes with (3) 500 sheet trays + a 100 Page multipurpose tray. It comes with a network card,HD,Duplexor and a stand to roll the printer around. It is capable of printing up to 11x17 paper and custom sizes. This printer was very easy to assemble ( less then 10 minutes) and was on the network in seconds. Color matching is superb. It was able to print very demanding documents in short order. It really prints at 21PPM in full color. I printed over 500, full bleed 11x17 prints in just over 3 hours. This is like printing 2000 sheets of 8x11 at a speed of 11.3 PPM. This really tested the printer's endurance and its calibration cycle. It surprised me how easy it was to install the toner cartridges. I haven't experienced a paper jam yet, but if I did, there is a small path to follow to locate jams, and easily remove paper. There aren't 14 secret doors to open to remove paper. It really has done a good job handling the work load I put to it. This is a REALLY good office printer. It has done a tremndously good job on printing corporate logos. This is important because it can handle the most demanding color changes with out banding or stressing. I was surprised at how acurate the images I printed out were, that I had described previously. When I looked at my first document and then looked at the last document, the color accurace was 100% consistant through out it's printing cycle. This printer has been the best performing color laser I have ever used. This has my highest recommendations !

The HP toner works well in the HP LaserJet. The only trouble is that the toner has gotten to be more expensive than buying a whole used printer.

I only paid $75 for a used LaserJet IID with a memory upgrade. The difference between the II and III models was more memory in the LaserJet III. After a while the memory chips they used became obsolete in current PCs so bunches of used memory from dead obsolete PCs was available for practically nothing. A local store that specializes in used PC equipment sells them with lots more memory than the originals. After 20,000 pages printed I had to buy a new roller. Again, less than the price of the toner.

I have used "refill" toner and it usually leaves streaks long before it's used up. The HP toner works well and long. I don't know why the new ones are so expensive.

I have tried the re-manufactured toner cartridges for my HP II printer unfortunately there is no substitute for the OEM product. I know, you can get cheaper, but this is one of those cases where you get what you pay for.

I use this paper to create calendars as gifts for people. The two-sided finish works great for this. For the price, I can get 3 calendars out of each package. I purchased a plastic binding machine and binders and have come up with a low-price, but loads of fun Christmas gift for my entire family. I use Microsoft Publisher and put in personal photos on each calendar month.
I would recommend this paper to anyone!!!

This is an excellent paper, especially for its relatively low price. The colors print true and bright on my Epson Photo EX printer. I buy it just to use on one side, even though it is coated and printable on both sides. It is an excellent general use paper in a heavier weight than usually available for inkjet printers, so I use it for just about every little sign or project I do these days! In fact, it does just as good a job as the Epson matte finish photo paper I tried that cost twice as much! The only time I need something better is when I want to print glossy photo-prints at 1440 dpi. I wouldn't recommend any more than 720 dpi on this HP Brochure paper since it gets muddy with too much ink. In fact, I get excellent results at only 360 dpi most of the time, so it saves on ink too! What a value! I highly recommend this paper.

I have three of these printers for my office (Also a Cannon IR5000 and an HP Color 4500 to explain the caliber of printers that I use.

The first one I have had for 3 years and it works as good as the day I got it. I use it for between 20 and 200 pages a day EVERY day. The Extended life toner cartridge seems to last FOREVER. The network feature was quite easy to setup through NT, XP, and 2000 using the standard Windows Drivers.. Heck I didn't even need a driver disk - How cool is that?

The second and third ones are general office printers which handle 200+ pages a day. Again easy network configuration and never a problem.

I don't [care]what the resolution is, or that fact that is spits out 16+ pages a minute - All that matters for me is that it works, I don't ever have to fix it, and it's super fast. I work in a wood shop and I swear this thing sits under 1/2 inch of dust. I blow it off with an air hose once a month and that is it. The manual feed works great too.

One more thing - In the seemingless infinte printouts we make - we have never had one jam... Not ONE.

Stop looking and buy this printer! You will not forgive yourself if you pass it up.

As someone who has used, recommended, and supported printers in workgroups for nearly 10 years, I've come across a couple of truly outstanding printers. This is one of them. It's fast, the text quality is outstanding, and using the manual feeds and output tray, you can have a straight-through paper path for heavier stock. I've successfully used this printer to send post-card thick paper through to print, yes, post-cards.

Easily and completely compatible with both PCs and Macs. Possibly the best B&W printer I've ever encountered.

I upgraded from Xerox M940, what a change. No error messages, it actually works without a glitch. Double sided copying is wonderful, fast scanning and printing, document feeder is a big plus for multiple scans/copies.Two trays for different kinds of paper ( I loaded one with legal and one with letter size)
The only conn is that if you turn it off, the computer will not wake it, so you have to manually turn it back on, but who cares... Got it at Office Max for $... Great deal. Big five stars.

I own a small business and I needed to get a copier. Well, the last time I owned a multi-purpose machine it was junk. (expensive junk, too). This was the complete opposite, It copies pretty quickly, but what I love is the paper-feeder. (50pgs...NICE). The printer is also really really nice (2 paper trays...I use envelopes on top and 8.5x11 on the bottom).
The most unexpected part, however, was scanning. I dispise scanning. I've spent hours trying to get 2 or 3 pics in my system. What a pain. Not with the HP. Here's how it's set up: On the machine itself, you click "scan to:" and in the little lcd screen, it has all of the programs on your system that you can scan to. (even ms word). Then click scan. It opens your app and puts the scan in there. (I've even done 20pg faxes!).
Furthermore! I took a document someone handed to me at a meeting and dropped it in the feeder; scanned to word...stood in amazement. It actually mad the document editable.?!?!? even the fonts were correct. I tried this on my old scanner and it was a joke. No lie, it worked. All I have to say is, "I love my new machine"
ps. one negative thing is for MAC users. It is really set up for windows. My client has one on his mac and it [stinks]. However, I couldn't care less about what a Mac user wants. They can get their own special toys with nice colors and pretty icons. Leave business work to HP. So it gets 5 stars in my book.

I just received my shipment and could hardly wait to try this product. We love "slickers" which is what we call them, instead of stickers because they can be removed so easily. My daughter designed signs to be printed in reverse to use on her car windows. They printed beautifully (we have 'The Print Shop' program). I am going to have a lot of fun with this product because there are windows everywhere and other surfaces like tv screens and computer monitors.

This was a really good idea and the final product is outstanding. I use the decals on my car window and everybody asks where i bought the decals i made. Two thumbs up!

If you have "The Print Shop" you really can't get a better paper product than this.

This album is so easy to do I put 90 photo on one kit (15 pages) I did it with the softwere all my friends love the way it came out. Now i order more so when i load the photos into my system i can print them right onto the album paper instead of print & cutting then into a album it never so easy

It is hard to find a good HEAVY glossy inkjet paper that will produce photo quality prints with my Epson Photo EX printer. The Epson photo paper works great for one-sided prints, but can't be folded and used for cards. The "Invent It" Poster Paper can! The colors print great! The super heavy weight makes it IDEAL for greeting cards, and, since it is not pre-scored you can make them any size you want with a paper cutter. You have to hand-score the paper to fold it, of course, but that is a simple matter. I use a butterknife with a ruler over a pad of newspaper to score the back for folding...easy! This paper is hard to find in local stores, so I am thankful for Amazon!

I LOVED THIS PRODUCT!!! THE PAPER IS EXTRA DURABLE I MADE SOME SIGNS WITH IT AND LAMANATED THEM AND THEY CAME HOME LOOKING BRAND NEW. THIS IS A GREAT CO. AND THEY MAKE A GREAT PRODUCT. I'VE USED ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND ONLY FOUND ONE I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH AND THAT WAS A MINOR THING (PROBABLY MY FAULT). THESE PRODUCTS ARE SO MUCH NICER AND USER FRIENDLY THEN OTHERS.
