I thought I would save some money buying this cartridge, but it did not work with my printer. It might have worked the first day, but is no longer working. What a pain. I just trashed it and ordered the regular HP cartridge. What a waste of money.

Received this product and test printing seems to indicate that it's comparable to the HP brand cartridge. I thought I was saving money since I mistakenly assumed that I would get 2 cartridges, when in fact, it is 1 cartridge. At this price, HP own brand becomes a better buy at $21+ on Amzon.com's website, and if I had known, I would have ordered the HP brand.

At the time of my order, this costs $22.84 but has gone up in price now to about $25+?!! Compared to HP's own brand of $21+, this "remanufactured" product becomes overpriced. I am keeping it as I intend to buy the refill kit which at $9+ can become a long term savings.

The Black Replacement Cartridge from Dadaproducts works just like the Hewlett Packard cartridge you buy for double the price. Great buy!

Tried to hook up to a 3yr old Compaq Deskpro EN with windows 2000 professional [could not get program to fully load or configure] & I spent many hours on the phone to HP with NO luck at all.The scanner/copier lid had a lot of play & when I tried to copy a Birth certificate it cut off 1/4in on 3 sides & a 1/2in on the bottom. The only thing I was impressed with was the photo editing abilities. I returned the PSC 1315 for a refund & bought a Cannon MP 370.

I bought my HP PSC 1315 at COSTCO without researching. It worked nicely when first installed on my Athlon processor with Windows XP home. The next time I turned on the computer the installed HP software immediately kicked my computer into restart. Very frustrating was the blue screen error message that remained up only long enough for an idiot savant to read.

I have spent too much time on other computer equipment that didn't work and after a few quick checks decided that there must be a printer/scanner that will work without hassle and returned this one.

I just recently purchased the HP PSC 1315 from another retailer. It was on sale at a reasonable price. The installation was difficult at first because I also just recently bought a new computer which was already HP Printer-ready which caused the installation CD to not allow the software to be completed. I called Technical Support and talked with a very nice man in India who walked me through the entire process, staying on the line with me until everything was complete, including the printer working properly. It turned out that I needed to eliminate a couple of things on the computer that were preventing the software from being installed. I am very happy with my 1315--it's really superfast with printing the pages (in black ink)! HP could lower the price of the ink cartridges though. I didn't realize how expensive they are just for one cartridge!!

First of all, it's almost impossible to insert the paper into the paperfeeder properly. The fact that there is a button to make sure it is feeding in correctly should tell you just how annoyingly difficult this is.

I managed to, on multiple occasions, get it in there so that the printer would actually take the paper, but then the paper always got jammed. I tried printing with lots of paper in the feeder, with a normal amount, and with just one, but none of it mattered - it jammed every time.

The software that comes with this is also extremely annoying in that it tells you it's printing, that there's no paper, and that the paper is jammed in a loud computer voice. A simple popup window would do, but I guess this is for those computer users who are blind and need to be told in a loud, annoying voice.

I could not print a single page from this printer, so if that's what you're looking for, go for it. Otherwise, get a printer that actually works.

I've owned a Lexmark Z33 for about a year and a half, and I've had problems with it beginning after a few months of purchasing it. The main problems are the ink cartridges and the print quality. Not only does each one cost almost half the price of what I paid for the printer but they dry up rather quickly. Currently I'm having print quality issues where there are white lines running horizontally throughout printed text. This results in the text being pretty difficult to read. I've repeatedly tried their online troubleshooting solutions without success. The sharpness of the printouts diminishes with time.

I didn't buy this printer with high expectations - all I do is print out a few word documents and articles off the internet. But I'm pretty disappointed in Lexmark after purchasing this printer. After all, it's a pretty inexpensive printer but if this is an example of the quality of printers Lexmark turns out, it's pretty bad. I'm looking to purchase a new printer now, and if you are to, don't waste your time purchasing a Lexmark!

For price of product, I do recomend this. It prints very quiet, has on and off button. Printing is very smooth and very readable. BUY IT!!!

If you don't use the printer on a daily basis, these cartridges dry up only days after you stop. Given that the BJC-80 is a portable printer, I only use it while traveling, which means having to buy new cartridges for every trip. A real money drain!

I believe this catridge will also fit the original apple stylewriter- ?

I have purchased this item in the past for my printer and found while the price was resonable, the quality good, the lifespan really wasn't; The cartridges didn't last very long. I went through three of them just writing three or four papers last year. Suggestions for keeping the cartridge from drying up/running out so quickly would be a good addition.

The cartridge lid was difficult to pry off despite the tool provided. Once opened, the cratridge WAS easy to refill with the ink's applicator tips. However, the real trouble began once the cartridge was filled and the lid successfully replaced. The ink continuously leaked from the bottom of the cartridge, causing it to spread all over the printed wiring cable. (This after I left it sitting on several layers of paper towels for 15 minutes.) When I returned the cartridge to my printer, the ink continued to leak, and got all over the inside of my printer. Now, when I hit print, the printer goes through it's usual workings, but produces a blank sheet of paper. I believe the leaky ink may have ruined the wiring cable inside the printer.
Don't buy these refill products! They are not worth the money, headache, hassle, or mess!

Save your money and don't buy this worthless refill kit. I tried it and after following the directions I was never able to get any decent printing out of the refilled cartridge and had to go and buy an HP replacement cartridge. I wish Amazon.com would quit carrying it to prevent anyone else from wasting their money. If they had 0 stars that is what I would give this product it is nothing more than a piece a garbage which is where it and the cartridge I tried to reuse ended up.

I have been using this DataProducts refill system for a couple of years. I have a greeting card design business. So you can understand how many cartridges I would go through normally. It was cost prohibitive for me to keep buying new cartridges. What could be easier! The instructions that are provided are easy to follow. Other refill systems have you fill a plastic syringe then refill your cartridge. DataProducts makes it easy in one less step, by refilling directly from the ink bottle. If you are trying to keep costs down don't buy another new cartridge, use this refill system!

Bought this printer about two years ago.Printed rather good text and pictures.Then,I did not know what happened,but the printer sucked the paper into it,causing it to jam and overheat,resulting in a blown fuse.Getting it repaired would be way too expensive,so I bought a brand new printer.This is a piece of junk.Do not ever ever buy it

Amazon, when you decide to label something 'mac compatible', please check whether this is indeed the case. I spent $50 on this printer, only to find that it didn't work with my computer.

Decent for just a draft printer, but I have had inkjets that had sharper graphics and colors. If you need a cheap printer that works for printing out draft pages, the price is good. If you need photo quality and report-style prints, move to a higher line of HP printers.

I purchased the printer with a lot of excitement about owning my own color laser printer. As a small business owner who sends out proposals almost daily, it would have a significant increase in the presentaion of the proposals. What I didn't expect when I purchased this was that the print quality would be surpassed by my $150 inkjet printer. I printed out 5 different proposals on this. The quality was so poor I decided to print 2 more on my cheap Epson inkjet. The quality on the Epson far surpassed the HP. I had to pack this up and return it. I could not legitimze spending money on an inferior printer.

Also, when you buy the 1500L instead of the 1500, you don't have an actual paper tray. You have to keep the box open and slide paper in sideways so it stick out the front at an angle. This is both unattractive and annoying on a desk.

Overall, this is a surprisingly poor printer from a company I normally have some faith in. This printer got an excellent review on a trusted site, but they must have a different opinion of quality than I. One good thing; it does print very fast, it just prints in really poor quality.

I was disappointed that there was no real paper tray, but I was pleased with the 8x10 prints I printed..600 dpi...I did not expect GREATness for $700...it assembled and installed easily...I am wondering what price is for printing a normal color photo...I picked this up at Costco on Impulse and so far am happy...as I had PC virus last year, never got my Epson installed again and I HATE buying ink cartridges and doesn't toner last a lot longer and is more durable? I hope to keep this printer! Also, I could not find the toner at Costco, a disappointment....would have liked to have known the price of it first..but the box said you got a sufficient supply in the beginning, that is a plus..

When I saw this cartridge at Office Depot, I thought it was a great idea. Do a little service to the environment AND save a little money. The concept is great; the quality is terrible. At first I thought they forgot to refill the cartridge, because the print quality was so bad. But it was heavier than my old one. So I did a "clean", and found I had plenty of ink.

It consistently prints like a cartridge with a dirty head--complete with streaks and smudges--yet cleaning it has little effect except to waste ink. Apparently, the remanufacturer does little to ensure quality. They just fill it with ink, maybe dip the head in some cleaner, pack it and ship it: I guess. It would take a lot of convincing to get me to make another go of refurbished inkjet cartridges no matter the cost savings.

I first bought this product from Office Depot thinking that the quality of the product would be the same as OEM. It isn't! I tried two ink cartridges with no success whatsoever. There are streaks, smudges, and lines across the page. Finally I went back and bought the OEM. Don't believe guarantees will make this the same quality as OEM!

I've run though about a dozen of these cartridges and they have been fantastic: both the color and black cartridges have given me great copy. I've saved hundreds with these cartridges.

Bought 2 of them 3 months ago. Popped in HP 950 this weekend. Nothing printing. Opened another one, popped in, the same story. Cartridges did not align, cleaning heads did not help. Soon I have found out it carries only 30 day warranty. Ink dried out, I guessed. Shaking vigorously and wiping ink outlets with damp toilet paper made it print, two rows of letters ok, the third one pale. Repeating shaking and wiping then printing 10 dense pages made the cartridge usable, though not perfect. And all of that to save 8 bucks? Never again. I will stick to HP brand.

I bought a Rhinotek cartridge and virtually no ink came out when I installed it. I took it out and reinstalled it, and also did the cartridge cleaning procedure: no effect. So I had to rush out and buy an HP cartridge.

What a great cartridge! Save money, better quality than the HP, more pages. I'm a convert!

In my Epson C60 printer this ink was terrible. It requires head cleaning almost daily, usually requiring running the head cleaning utility 3-5 times. Don't buy it.

Not bad ink, but it only lasted for about 100 pages.

Overall I am happy with this purchase. This cartridge works no differently then the Epson cartridge but costs significantly less. From a print quality standpoint, I cannot distinguish between the two. There were no adverse effects to my printer using this cartridge. So why pay more for comparable?
