    Bluetooth Buyers Beware
After spending sevral hours trying to make this work I decided maybe it was time to visit the company website.

After searching through many clicks I found a page that simply says that this item is NOT compatable with ANY PDA loaded with PPC 2003!

In fact, if you take the time to research each adapter located here at Amazon, most aren't. I strongly suggest that you check out the COMPANY'S website to make sure the one you select is.

I will give this a 3 however since I did get it to sync to my SE T610 phone. The software and instructions are very well done. This also is a good value for the money.

Once they get the drivers for PPC 2K3 worked out this would be a stronger recommendation but until then this is the best I can give.

I'm stuck paying return postage to Amazon so I hope this helps you so you don't have to.

Did not work /Customer service horrible
I was really excited about a wireless headset, so when I received it and it didn't work properly I was upset. The volume in the headset was so low I couldn't hear the caller. When I called jabra for help I was put on hold for 2 hours(thank god for speaker phones). Then I tried the web page and emailed them about the problem. I explained to them that I had tried all of the listed troubleshooting suggestions on the web page and in the manual and it still did not work. A WEEK later I got a return email telling me to try the very same things I told them I had done. I will NEVER buy anything made by JABRA again!!!

Finally! A tool that works, and then some!
I am the king of computer toys, just ask my wife. I go through cell phones like my dog goes through rib bones. I tried the headset that came with my phone but my earhole is not round. I tried the Jabra wired headset, it sounded tinny. I tried the BodyGlove, I tried them all. Then I saw the Plantronics M1500, wow! I bought it online. It works, but it is heavy. It feels like I have a lobster hanging on my hear. So I ordered the Freespeak and got next day delivery. WOW!!!! It sounds like a land line phone! I don't even have the cell phone noises! No static, no noise, PLENTY of volume, I handed it off to a co-worker and had him walk around. Plus the unit rests on he ear and behind it, so the weight is more even and actually hardly noticeable. I will buy one for my wife and let other try it out, I swear I can be a sales rep, because it WORKS! Good job Jabra, you did good on this one!

    Great product, great impelmentation
I saw the review written by rbell95 and felt compelled to corrrect his apperent misconception about the headset. The BT200 for non-bluetooth phones *does* have an answer/end function that can be enabled by using the included stylus. Press and hold the recessed button in the base unit for 12 seconds and release. The status light on the base unit will blink 4 times indicating that answer/end is active and will blink 5 times to indicate that it is inactive. I activated answer/end on my BT200 and it's been working flawlesly for me for about a week now. As an added bonus, when that fuction is enabled, it's pretty much impossible to leave the headset in 'active' mode for any appriciable period of time.

I've been getting enough life out of the base unit and headset to last through an entire day of moderate-to-heavy use, and it charges pretty quickly when I plug it in at night. There is some static at higher volume settings, as well as some echoing, but I like being able to hear myself in the headset. If I turn the volume down (easy to find button on the boom), the static and echo both go away.

Highly reccomended, especialy if you can find it on sale for $80.00 like I did.

Does not work with Nokia 3650
This adapter does not work with a Nokia 3650 cell phone! I purchased this because it was the cheapest USB/Bluetooth adapter and from what I had read they pretty much all worked the same. What a mistake. After doing a little research, I've found other postings on the web of others who have had similar problems trying to get this to work with their phones.

Unfortunately, I got the adapter a few days before the phone and I've already thrown away the box. Oh well, $25 down the drain...

    Operating range is poor
I purchased this item so I could HotSync my Palm Tungsten T3 from my couch which is 15 feet from my computer. According to this product's specs, that should have been well within its operating range. I was very disappointed to find that it only worked within a 10 foot range. I have tried contacting IOGear via email, but they have not responded to my query for help.

    Works great!
I had no problem installing this on on XP machine. It doesn't work with Win 2003 server yet, but tech support said they are working on drivers and will be available soon.

Iogear's customer support is good, I emailed them and received a response same day.

Works great with my Sony Ericsson T-610.

At first I was sort of pleased...
It works great for about 2 minutes, but then the distortion starts and I have to disconnect and call back without the headset. This has happened so consistently that I rarely pick it up. It is also uncomefortable to wear.

    Broken ear loop
I have not yet purchased the Plantronics headset. It looks very much like the Nokia and I had the same problem with the earloop breaking where the ring snaps onto the headset. Super glue does not work (and doesn''t on many plastics) but there is a simple solution. Purchase a bag of heatshrink tubing at Radio Shack. Pick a size that just slips over the broken ring, work it back over the other side and heat (I used a propane lighter, carefully!). The repair has held up for over a year.

Good performance, less than ideal fit
I actually use this more for voice recognition and office dictation via wireless set up then for my phone which is not Bluetooth enabled.
The instruction booklet was very informative, however the unit, which I chose because of battery life, does somewhat pull at the ear.
The plastic piece that connects the unit to your ear after one week of use has already snapped, and despite crazy glue unfortunately snapped again. The voice recognition part and transmission is excellent and the battery life is as advertised at eight hours after an overnight charge. While sitting in the ear, the buttons are fairly accessible without playing around. I used the Jabra product and the voice clarity on playback was not as good. Now the way this unit looks, you can pretend that you're a Starfleet indications officer, if anyone watched the old series. Overall I think it's performing as expected, and if it just was better able to hang in the ear, I'd call it an excellent unit.

    Beautiful yet completely flawed
I put my heart before my head on this one. It's the nicest looking mouse and keyboard you can put on your desk, plus it's got a bluetooth transceiver, what more could you want?

How about a product that works? For whatever reason the mouse and keyboard go to sleep after only 2 or 3 minutes of inactivity which would be fine if they didn't take literally 2 or 3 seconds to wake up. It is very annoying and causes problems when trying to use a (sleeping) keyboard modifier on a non-sleeping mouse.

    Then the mouse eats batteries.

The bluetooth transceiver they include basically doesn't work with anything else. Certainly not any of the Pocket PC's out there.

No indicator lights on the keyboard at all - no caps, no num lock, no cool glow. There's no reason to put 2 AA batteries in a keyboard, make it 4 or 8 and give me some indicator lights. They're just little LED's.

Mouse feel is so-so and always seems to be just a little off.

Your BIOS can't see it so if you need to change settings there or if you need to change startup options for XP you need to have a wired keyboard handy.

Setup is a big pain too but you only have to do it once.

Maybe I'll buy version 2 of this but all I can recommend is to stay away from this and get Microsoft's regular wireless desktop which is a very nice product (even if the range is short).

    Microsoft should be embarassed.

    annoying
ive had mine for a long time and most of the time ive had it i hadent been able to get it to work, any other wireless keyboard and mouse set would probably be a better idea. on another machine the logitech wireless system worked as soon as it was pluged in, but this required many hours troubleshooting, uninstalling and reinstalling just trying to get it to finally see that yes there is infact a keyboard and mouse present within its range. so if your into annoying things, please by all means buy it. otherwise id at least recomment a wireless set where you can charge the mouse batterys so they dont run out too quickly. i suppose that is a plus, the batterys dont run out *too* fast with the microsoft one..

    Keep it updated
I find this combo excellent once you've updated the drivers just as you need to do with all computer hardware, microsoft is very good at supporting their in-house products and this is no exception. I had the Intellimouse Explorer mouse for two years and it started having problems,I called MS and they only asked for was it's serial number and sent a new updated mouse replacement without question albeit it took a month. Bluetooth tech is still developing and needs updating,if your a computer savvy geek and want leading edge equipt like this combo,go for it..I give it for 5 stars.

Range is not good indoors but advertises 100m (fball field!)
I bought this device to communicate from any room in my house with my tungsten|w (which has its own issues). The devices will only connect in the same room. There are no wi-fi solutions for this palm, so I'm stuck. Technology is letting me down. I'm becoming Amish.

    Do not buy F8T030
Buyer beware this is a useless product, if you set a password it locks you out even if you use the password you set, you can still Telnet into it but have to return the unit to Belkin for exchange, as Belkin support do not know anything about Telnet.
Belkin are a rubbish company who provide unuseable support and customer service not availible.
I have never used such a bad company this is my first and last belkin product you can not even configure the first client IP it gives out, so is useless in a network enviroment.

Bad product, bad company, bad support, you have been warned.

    Works just fine
We had this AP in our office for some time now, and it works well (we are using a fixed IP address).

    One caveat about the range:
This is a "Class 1" Bluetooth device with an output power of 100mW, which will indeed have a 100m range, but ONLY if the other device is also Class 1. All mobile devices (phones, PDAs) I know of are Class 2, with an output power of 2.5mW and a maximum free air range of 25m, effectively meaning "same room" indoors. Class 1 Bluetooth would drain the battery of a mobile device too fast. This one of the weaknesses of WiFi (30-100mW output power) - a WiFi card needs more power than a PocketPC (let alone a Palm) and will cut your battery time in half or less.

    it sucks plain and simple
pairing only achieved sporadically and the damn thing refused to turn on even after hours of charging. Then it refused to do anything at all. Thanks for nothing amazon.

Looks good but doesn't have useful battery life.
I have purchased the last three SonyEricsson Headsets. I tend to lose them. The HBH-60 isn't useful for anyone who uses their phone at any length. To be on a thirty minute conference call with this headset is dangerous. An hour long call is impossible.

Nice Headset. But has its problems
I have been using the headset for about 2 weeks. I found very little problems. The battery life could be longer but I chage mine every night and have had no problems. Sound is good for me and I also found that having it on for a long time is not comfortable.

I love the fact that there is no wire! There have been so many times where I am in my car and I hit the stupid wire. Anything that reduces the number of wires that I have to untangle is a MAJOR PLUS.

    No redeeming value
This is the worst phone ever made! It does nothing well. The reception is awful and it drops calls frequently, the fit and finish is poor (the screen fills with dust obscuring the low rez screen), it only displays 256 colors making it useless for pictures, bluetooth works intermittently, buttons are too small and press themselves too easily in pockets (even with key lock on), joystick broke with light use...

    Shall I go on?

Do yourself a favor, avoid all Sony Ericsson products. If this phone is any indication of their commitment to product quality, they need to get out of the business.

Nice Features but Not Durable-Poor Reception
I bought the T68i for its advanced features and bluetooth compatibility. I was able to synchronize the phone with my ACT! database and found the phonebook and calendar functions of the phone quite good.

Bluetooth performance was spotty. I needed to re-establish the bluetooth link with headset quite frequently. Sometimes this worked without a hitch other times it took several tries.

Reception on the phone was spotty in some areas where other ATT Next Generation phones had good reception...don't know why this was.

My biggest complaint about this phone was its durability. Through normal wear and tear it just didn't measure up. The earpiece volume button popped off just a couple of months after I got the phone. This was a real problem since there was no other way to easily adjust earpiece volume.

I think ATT had a lot of problems with these phones since they offered free replacements with another model (unfortunately that model did not have bluetooth or many of the other features).

    LOADED but rather slow......
    PHONE :4 Start
SERVICE: AT&T 0 Stars The worse....

    THE GOOD:
When I used the phone in Europe the Singal Strength and Voice Quality were EXCEPTIONAL!
The menu is not worse then Nokia's menu but lack the INSTANT Response of it. I just remember the shortcuts so it works great for me. The features are exceptional for a 2-years-old model. I will gladly get a the NEXT version Ericsson which in addition to current features will adds 65K display, polyphonic sounds and camera, (maybe also 802.11b/g). When I dropped my older T68 summer '03 in a pool, I still got the same phone (T68i version) cause I loved all the gizmos.

    THE BAD:
The almost non existant SERVICE is only due to AT&T's poor network. AT&T, unlike T-mobile, does NOT unlock their GSMs when asked(Unlocking is ~$10 service over-the-net or in Chinatowns). Cingular are in for hard times. The phone is great once you get used to the somewhat retarded response... usually takes 1-2 sec for the menu to work after the buttons are pressed. I think the phone run from software and it in not hardwired inside a chip.. ie probably reads flash memory instead of hardwired chip.

I am planning to switch to T-mobile after I get the "Free T226"
with NO PLAN EXTENSION for suffering with ATT & Ericsson for about 2 years. Few Caveats: the T226 is a major DOWN-GRADE in feature: No Bluetooth&IR, no 900/1800MHz GSM, no Voicedailing, no Organizer >>>
    (http://www.sonyericssonT226upgrade.com).
Nevertheless T-mobile does not offer GPRS!

Do NOT Under and Circumstance Buy This Item
Bought this as I hoped it would save me from the new no-phone while driving laws. Problem is (a) battery life is non-existent - seems to last 15 to 30 minutes at best, (b) buttons are too small - hard to know when it's on/off, let alone alter the volume, (c) very hard to get the clips - I tried both sizes - on my ears consistently, (d) the clips are infuriating - not talking about abuse here - just put it in the glovebox or in your jacket, and next time you look the clips will be broken - everytime in the same place - Nokia has designed a lemon, and should be producing a workable, comfortable clip to salvage its appalling product here. My supplier (not Amazon) doesn't want to know and, just to add insult to injury - their only "solution" of new clips doesn't work. They're always out of stock. Never, ever, ever buy this product - I would not even pay a dollar for it.

Does NOT work with all 3650s
I bought this headset specifically because apprently my 3650 doesn't play well with bluetooth accessories, and this one says its compatable. Well, it isnt. I could never get it to pair with my phone. I know that bluetooth works on my phone because I connect it to my computer regularly.

After talking to Nokia, they said that the "firmware" in my phone was an old version, and so this headset wouldn't work with my phone after all. Be wary of buying this headset.

    Easy setup, ergonomics by Torquemada
"Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition..." especially in a headset. First there was the Rack. Then the Iron Maiden. Now it's the Nokia headset. Painful to wear, even for a single call. The headset loops are not two sizes as some of the reviews here state- they are "left" and "right" - the loop you use depends on the ear you wish to wear the headset over. Both are too small for any ear except perhaps those found on a small Asian man or American child. No padding on the loop or the earpiece at all. Just hard plastic. Pressed against your ear.

Setup was a breeze - took an entire 2 minutes.

The Bluetooth connection drops sometimes when calls are ended. Yea, I use the headset, but not as often as I used my old Jabra headset with my last phone. The Jabra was an original model, and would not work with the this phone (a fact the Jabra site skips.) The Jabra was much more comfortable, but I thought it was a compatibility issue with Jabra - not an older vs newer Jabra headset, so I ordered the Nokia.

The Nokia does NOT include a charger - you need to use the phone charger. Handy because I can use the car charger or home charger. Not handy if the phone is charging. It's cool that you can access the last number dialed, voice dial, answer a call and more from the headset, but the limited battery life is a disappointment.

Navman Run by Baboons in Rundown Zoo!
Yes - it is true. A bunch of baboons decided to start a company from deep within the zoo walls. While smart enough to fool zoo keepers and officals, they were unsucessful at keeping customers happy.

Their products are designed by a staff of donkeys. The Jackasses failed to develop a devied that could hold a position for any length of time.

Don't send the baboonbs your money! Go to the zoo.... throw peanuts at them.

Useless navigation software; Device itself is ok.
Don't spend more than $150 on this device because the navigation software sucks. You will get lost. It sometimes has trouble pinpointing your location on the map. And even when it does it often directs you in circles. And one of the biggest flaws is that it cannot pronounce street names. Trust me, this is VERY important. Other navigation softwares do.

The good thing is the device itself works well and it's NMEA compatible so it's not a total lost. So, after spending $350+ on Navman, I'm planning to shell out another $100 to $200 for another navigation software only package. I'm still evaluating which one to buy, but so far most of them are better than Navman. Even one of the least expensive one, Mapopolis, works better and it can pronounce street names.

    Not very accurate routing
I am pretty disappointed with this product. I paid over $400 for a paperweight. The navigation/routing is not accurate. It takes you through tiny streets and dead ends. It routed me to a dead end while I was driving my 26 foot travel trailer. Try backing a 26 foot trailer for 100 feet. I wish that these companies would perfect their product before trying to rip us off!!! They refuse to refund their product.
