A little expensive but most certainly worth it!
Excellent drug referenceWith a tap of the stylus, in a matter of seconds, your Handspring Visor handheld shows accurate, up-to-date, prescription drug information. It contains the full text of six key topics for every prescription drug fully described in the 2000 PDR® and PDR for Ophthalmology®. These topics include indications and usage, contraindications, warnings, adverse reactions, dosage and administration, how supplied, generic drugs and manufacturer.
PDR in your Pocket? Now you can!No, it's not cheap -- but it puts the ability for every healthcare professional to have the PDR at their fingertips -- in their shirt pocket -- or in the proverbial little black bag -- 24 hours a day.
And considering the rugged nature of Handsprings, I would not be a bit surprised to see at least one of these in every EMT ambulance in the country in a year or so.
If you frequently use the PDR but you also want to be freed from the bulk of the printed book, then you need this module!

Excellent keyboard, not perfect1. The spacing between the keys and the feel of each key-press are both engineered very well and allows me to type quickly with just two thumbs
2. The keyboard fits perfectly under my h2210 -- there is no rattling, it won't detatch accidentally, and it attaches relatively easily
3. The software and hardware installation was complete in under 2 minutes
4. I haven't tested this with all programs, but the gameboy/SNES/etc emulator MorphGear allows you to map the hardware keyboard buttons to the controller buttons within the program -- this means you'll have enough hardware buttons to play SNES games
CON:
1. The thickness of the keyboard is a little more than i had expected -- it seems like it's about 1.5 times the thickness of the iPaq 2210, which destroys the sleekness of the iPaq with the keyboard attached
Excellent keyboard! (but too much software interferences)Using the numeric keys takes a little to get used to, as the num-lock key needs to be enabled and sometimes it's easy to forget to unlock it since there is no on-screen indicator. All the numbers are on the top row of the keyboard and are not laid out in a "numeric keyboard" layout. Also, for those who have previously used the Targus keyboard with their iPAQs, you need to uninstall the Targus software to allow this keyboard to work--hence, you will be unable to use your old keyboard. An added plus is that the keys and the hot-keys will not turn on your iPAQ directly, preventing accidental use.
Also, I use the pharos GPS system and the software of the keyboard also messes with the GPS software--you would need to shut off the keyboard, then do a soft-reset prior to using the GPS device.
Overall, this is an excellent piece of hardware for the iPAQ, it substitutes well for the on-screen input methods in accuracy and allows for quicker input. I would have given it 5 stars if it did not conflict with the other software programs--something that should have been considered, especially coming from HP.
Buy yourself some time.

not worth the money
I should've gone here first
The BEST accessory for your Casio PocketPCCasio; unlike Palm, Handspring & HP; does not provide a covering to protect the delicate and expensive color screen of the Cassiopeia. The competition almost always provides a platic or metal covering for there PDA screens; but Casio, for reasons unknown, doesn't bother.
So, with a bit of reluctance, I plopped down my money for the Casio Bi-Fold PDA case for the E-115. (Yes, it works fine with the E-125 as well...) The reluctance came from not ever having seen or handled the case; the only information I had to go on was that provided by Amazon.com. So I took a gamble and purchased the case. Boy am I glad I did!
The case is simplicity itself. Basic black leather in construction, with a little Velcro tab to keep the case securely closed. It opens like a book, with a small white pad of paper on the left hand side along with a small slot for stowing the occasional business card and such. The right hand side is the place for the Casio.
To install the PocketPC into the case, one simply inserts the unit through the top of a black leather "pocket." Holes are strategically located in this "pocket" in all the right places. There is a big rectangular cut-out for the screen, two smaller holes underneath for the cursor and select buttons, and several holes along the sides for access to the other buttons, ports and the all-important stylus. The unit can be inserted and removed from the pocket with great ease. Also, the leather pocket is held in place in the case by Velcro, so you can remove the Cassiopeia from the case with it's leather pocket securely attached. Unfortunately, you have to remove the Casio completely from it's protective pocket in order for it to fit in the synch cradle. I don't synch my Casio to my PC very often, so it's a non-issue for me. The main point is that all the Casio's functions can be utilized while the unit sits comforatably within it's leather case, with the exception of synching with the PC.
Another nice touch provided in the case is a small elasitic loop located in the "binder" for holding a pen. (necessary for writing on the handy-dandy paper notepad...)
Since the day I first installed my E-125 into this case, I've rarely removed it. It provides decent protection for the screen, and security for the mind. There are fancier and much more expensive cases available from Casio, but this little number is just right for yours truly.
If you are buying a Casio E-125, do make this case your very next purchase; you'll be glad you did.

Sounds Good MP3 with Energy clip
Great gadgetThe sony stick is the least that eminates noise.
This review isn't about mp3 players it is about this battery pack
and it does well for what it is intended for.

- Rear-facing design protects display screen
- Fits Visor, Visor Deluxe, Visor Platinum, Visor Neo, Visor Pro, and VisorPhone
- Made from durable molded plastic

Quickest draw, but protrudes a bit much
Looks like they took user feedback to heart
does the job wellThe holster holds it in place and does not add much weight. It protects the screen because the Visor goes in backwards--the screen is facing the holster, not the open air.
You have to be deliberate about removing it from the holster, but this is not at all difficult.
The only reason I didn't give this product five stars is that I personally don't care for the swivel clip--I wear jeans most of the time and the free motion of the holster against the rivets of my jeans is an annoying sound.

Where is the MP3 player?Larry
Great MachineIf I could have two wishes though, I wish it was a USB device. Transferring larger mp3 files from my pc just takes way too long over a serial connection. I had to buy a compact flash card reader to circumvent the problem.
I also found I have a real dislike for Windows CE. You have this beautiful color screen and it's just too cramped up with windows. Palm's OS really seems to flow better. I had heard that Window's new 'Pocket PC' OS had solved a lot of these problems, but I've yet to use it.
All in all though, it's an awesome buy for the price!

Tetris was the only good game...For the price, I had assumed that the versions of hte programs I was getting were the full blown packages that cna be purchased online. Except for Tetris, I was dissapointed.
Great games! Perfect for travel and leisure time!
Perfect Tetris and a good clutch of other gamesOk, so they take up a *tiny* bit of memory for saved prefrences and such, but much *much* less than if you were to load all of these games (or even *one* of these games) into your PDA.
The Tetris game is perfect. Solitare has a good interface and is clean. Load Runner brought back memories of my first Mac!
Poker Dice and BlackJack are well done versions of classics games as well.
Installing them is a snap. Pop the module in and there they are. Take the module out, and they are gone. Simple.
This "Game Boy" concept should be exploited by more companies. I have seen a few other game modules, but nice bundles like this are pretty cool. I could easily see an Arcade bundle, a Casino bundule, a Word Games bundle, etc.
A nice little companion to your Visor.
(This is also an *excellent* solution for those who bought a 2mb Visor!)
