This handheld PC is incredible. I've used it for about four months and I don't have any negatives. On some trips my standard battery has lasted up to 8 hours...you can get an upgrade. I've used smaller Palm-type systems, but I didn't like using a stylist pen on a screen, it's not natural for me. With the Jornada 820, if you don't like using an optional mouse or if you simply want to "go light" you can use the nice built-in touch pad. My compliments to the H-P engineering team for the ergonomics on this one, as a product designer I go enjoy picking apart bad designs, but I couldn't find any minor flaws with this equipment. It is, in my opinion, the SMALLEST package with the LARGEST built in keyboard and let's not forget the screen. Also the keyboard doesn't feel like an palm pilot add on. I enjoy the good E-mail and internet browsing performance and the easy no mess connectivity software package included in with the system. Although I will be the first to sign-up for a faster StrongArm 190 MHz RISC processor upgrade...all in all a great travel companion. It's no wonder that the Jornada 820 won in the "Best Handheld with Keyboard Product" from Mobile Computing and Communications Magazine January 2000 (See mobilecomputing website). Thanks again H-P!

I have used the Jornada 820 for about 8 months and have never regretted buying it. I also develop programs for it using VB 6.0 for CE and it works great. I keep everything on it that I'll ever need. No more paper shuffling, I have instant access to all the data for work and personal use.

I work as a business consultant and basically I spend my time traveling and out of the office. My appointments, tasks, and contacts change constantly, so its very important for me to synchronize periodically and FAST to my Outlook profile

The serial Cable does the job, but the speed is not comparable with USB Synchronization, specially if your loading a big file or an mp3 song.

If you like these screen protectors (I do, but it is a matter of preference), this package is worth it. For about $[money]more than the protectors alone, you get a leather case, 4-in-1 stylus, and cleaning wipes. The case is not bad for casual use, but you can order one or two of these kits and replace your case yearly if it takes a beating.

This is by far the best solution to get your Palm started. This kit included everything I needed. The leather case fit perfectly, the Screen protectors work great, the stylus even had a pencil built in. It also came with some cool cool software. I highly recommend and the price is GREAT!!

This kit is a must have for the serious Palm user. I never have to carry disposable batteries with me anymore. The replacement battery cover fit perfectly and I can go about a week before the batteries need recharging. Car charging cord and wall adapter fit nicely in the bag supplied with the kit for travel needs.

Before I found this kit, I was changing batteries in my Palm VII every 7-10 days, now I dont have to worry about losing new information or changing batteries. This thing will pay for itself in a couple of months. Its so easy to use, get one.

Even if you prefer other stylus features, you'll want to have spare offical Compaq ones that fit into the stylus slot on your iPAQ. Depending on the time your iPAQ was manufactured, your unit will allow dust to get into the stylus hole and embed itself on your display. Due to the side and backlight features of the iPAQ, these dust particles will GLOW brightly, obscuring portions of the screen.

The trick to keeping dust intrusion to a minimum is to KEEP YOUR STYLUS IN THE SLOT AT ALL TIMES.

If you loose you stylus, you'll be wishing you had a spare to plug up that slot again.

If you are like me it's easy to lose things in this ever crazy world and a pen is one object that can get lost very often. The stylus 3-pack fixes this problem. You can leave one at home, in the car, and at work. Even if your not losing things left and right it's good to have an extra around. With my first handheld the stylus broke after eight months, and using my finger just put smuges all over the LCD.

After getting this reader and getting use to putting the cards in the correct way I love it. I love the fact that it is powered via the USB port. The quality is great and the text recognition is wonderful. I have scanned multiple business cards from conferences that I attend. I love the fact that I can export the contacts and separate them from the different events. The price is also reasonable.

The portability is a plus and I would recommend its purchase.

I do not have that many cards but I just hate retyping them... retyping 10 cards is a waste of time and I have dozens...
I purchased this product with a "try and see" attitude (I am sincerely a tough customer to please when it comes to theses types of technologies) but I really am very satisfied with this product, not only because it does what it says it does but also because of the special advantages. I discovered this little scanner also scan pictures! I scanned ALL my 4X6 pictures in Photoshop in half the time of a regular flatbed!

This is a very durable, compact, hard case for your Palm. The magnetic closure keeps the lid tightly shut without needing a latch. It is very convenient to use your Palm without removing the case. All buttons and stylus are available with the case on. One must remove the case to charge or sync. I recommend this product to anyone needing a strong durable case, while needing a compact form factor.

On a whim, I decided to buy this for my m505, and I'm sure glad I did. One week after I bought it, I dropped my palm... I mean I dropped it from over 1 story up. I don't even know what the case is tested to, but I thought my palm was toast. Luckily the case was on, and when I turned it on, it fired right up. The case compliments my m505 theme, and it's color... blue and silver.

When the original stylus that came with my Palm m515 started to slip out of its storage slot, I decided I needed a replacement. I ordered several different brands to find the stylus that suited me best. Of the four different m500 series replacement styli that I tried, this was by far my favorite. The stylus has a weighted metal shaft and fits perfectly into the storage slot. But what really makes this stylus heads above the rest is its spring-loaded plastic tip, which resembles the lead of a mechanical pencil. The extra "give" in the tip makes this stylus very easy on the screen, and it has noticeably decreased the number of recognition errors that I get when writing graffiti. If you can justify paying the high price for this stylus, I highly recommend it.

Landware has a winning formula with this stylus. It is nicely balanced and has a natural feel to it. I thought it was a little pricey before I bought it, but using is believing. I wish only that Landware would make the FP stylus for more PDA models.

My husband is very picky and in the past he would go shopping for PDA's but he could never make up his mind as he could not find everything he wanted on one PDA. This one does it all! You can use it for work and play. He took it out of the box and just started using it without even reading the manual, it's just so easy!. He loves it.

Pros:
With the use of StrongArm 206MHz CPU, it run all built-in applications with a very high speed, even faster than most xScale 400MHz machine because the current OS is optimized for Strongarm but not for xScale CPU.
It plays movie smoothly with about 25fps using PocketTV.
I think the P300 is one of the smallest dual-slot pocketpc nowadays, with the use of CF+SD/MMC, you can use many peripherals on CF such as GPS, Wifi, Bluetooth easily with a relatively low price. CF memory is also much cheaper than SD.
The big screen looks great in both indoor and outdoor, the metallic casing gives you a high-end feel than those plastic case.
The 4 app buttons lit on with a blue light when pressed that similar to Asus A600, and there is a 7-colour LED at the top of the screen that can set as different types of notification.
There is a removable hinged cover that can protect the unit.
I bought this P300 in Hong Kong at about US$256, maybe this price is the lowest price for dual-slot pocketpc now!

Cons:
32MB ram is too small for regular use, a memory card is essential.
The SD slot is not SDIO, that means you can only use the slot as memory expansion.
The battery is not removable.
