Great quality with a few inconveniencesThe leather is of excellent quality, and it definitely has an "executive" look to it. The belt clip is quite handy, and it detaches if you don't want to use it. The case has some small pockets for business cards, SD cards, etc, which is nice. It even has a hole on the back for resetting the Tungsten. Most importantly, the case does a pretty nice job of cushioning the Tungsten. I've dropped it twice already onto concrete without any noticeable damage to the Tungsten.
There are a few problems, though. The snap closure isn't as convenient as a magnetic closure, especially since it's on the back of the case. The case itself is a little bulky and won't easily fit into a pocket. And it is near impossible to hotsync the Tungsten in the cradle with the case on, despite the opening on the bottom of the case.
Overall, the case is very nice, and I've received numerous compliments on its appearance. I don't mind taking the Tungsten out of the case to hotsync, but that might bother some people.

Orange works better...Few things that may change your mind about this product that I found out after purchase:
-MP3s need special memory stick. You can't use standard blue one you have to use one called Magic Gate memory stick.
-Stylus is small and tiny. When on the run it's hard to operate.
-Battery becomes concern if you use it a lot. I have a mobile charge unit for my car so I'm doing fine with that
-There are special new hard cases available for this unit. They are GREAT! but in order to sync you need to keep taking your Clie out of them which is a hassle. I guess they were design so you go out and buy new sync cable.
-Screen is much better than anything I expected. Yet I smacked a protector on it just in case.
- Controls are small. For people with big hands it may be small hassle.
As you can see I'm not pushing this product to the limits. I'm just using it everyday over and over again and I find it very reliable. Also I like the limited edition orange version because it stands out and if I lose it it's easier to spot.

Protects your organiser from much, but not everything1. Prevents your organiser from being accidentally switched on. (Some cases leave the on/off key exposed.)
2. There's a little pocket inside which can take a small mobile phone too, if you're happy with the resulting bulge. (I keep my Sony T68i in there.)
3. There's a belt attachment and loop on the reverse of the case.
And the minuses:
4. You have to remove your organiser from the case to use it.
5. Though the case is tough, there isn't a rigid plate inside to protect your PDA screen from cracks due to crush and point impacts. If your PDA came with a clip-on screen protector, you'll be advised to keep it clipped on inside the case.
I have to admit that I don't own a Clie. I use the case for my Palm Tungsten T2, which fits nicely inside. Oh well, it's the same OS ...

Everything a PDA user could ask for-- almostI was very excited when I finally came across this item at Amazon. It's got room for almost everything, plenty of pockets to put things in, lots of credit card slots and a nice, big zippered compartment behind the checkbook holder that was perfect for un-folded bills and even spare change! It's all in a sturdy backpack-like material and closes smartly with a zipper. What more could a girl ask for?
Just one thing. It needs to have some sort of a pocket on the outside for my cell phone, and then it will truely have everything on my wish list. For now, I am clipping my phone to the outside flat pocket, but I'd like something that protects the face of my phone better, and it makes me nervous to rely soley on the clip for the safety of my phone.
Still, it was an excellent choice and one I would make again, I still haven't seen anything I like better. With the exception of the cell phone issue, it really is a smart, stylish all-in-one organizer for all your stuff in one place, and it keeps everything beautifully organized.

Excellent features, rugged. A bit big though...As it is, however, it is a great watch. In terms of basic timekeeping, it has everything you need. Time, date, dual time, stopwatch, countdown timer, multiple alarms. Accuracy has been perfect over 2 years. It also has an effective backlight display that stays on for a couple of seconds after you push the button - nice.
In sail mode, the main feature is a timer to aid in sail racing. I am just a recreational racer (solings); but I've come to appreciate this feature very much. Essentially, you set it to count down the number of minutes before the final starting gun goes off. As you manoever your boat for position during those 3 minutes (or whaterver), it gives you chime alarms as the time counts down (two beeps when you have 2 minutes left, another 2 beeps when there is 1 minute left, then beeps every ten seconds until the last 10 seconds, then a beep every second, then a final chime). When the final time is reached, the countdown timer switches to a count-up timer. So, it automatically switches to an exact reckoning of your time in the race. There are additional memory and logbook functions that allow you to keep track of multiple races; but I don't use those features much.
The barometer mode is probably less helpful during a race and more so during cruising. It's accurate enough to give you a head's up when a new weather front is moving in. Again, it has memory and logbook functions that are beyond me.
The compass mode is cool, but I don't use it much. It is accurate; but it's easier for me to use the boat's compass than to look down at my wrist. It would be an excellent backup in an emergency however!
I've looked at a few other watches geared towards sailors, and this has been the best of the bunch. Lots of data presented in an easy to digest fashion.
Personally, I didn't face problems connecting the port. But some might since serial ports have their own stuff. For example, they must not share the same IRQ. Now the customer service at philips are not smart enough to tell you that. So I guess you should go over your Windows manual and philips manual for troubleshooting.
Nino is very portable, and except the fact that it is thick not to fit in my pocket, I think it is great. I anyway am a college student and carry my bag almost anywhere I would carry my nino. In this case, Nino fits nicely in my bag.
