Doesn't Fit the m130
No way does this stylus fit the m130.

Doesn't fit m105
Well, they fit, but they don't click in like the originals did so they are loose in the holder. Looking at them I can't see the difference but these just don't lock in.

Gotta have at least 1 spare stylus
When I first got my Palm m100, I don't know how many times I couldn't find my stylus when I needed it. It's nice to carry an extra one with you. Before I got these, I've had to use a crochet needle, mechanical pencil and a toothpick. Just get these and save yourself the hassle.

OK at best
It has everything I thought it would, but it's a bit flimsy and not as wide as I'd hoped. I thought it would be the same size as a date book it's actually the same length only not as wide. There are plenty of pockets though. Sorry about the two stars, but I'm a quality freak and I don't think this lives up.

Good for the first month
The case definitely helped organize my wallet- there's a place for everything but the checkbook. However, if you have too many plastic cards for the cardholder, you might want to think twice. I've had this case for about 2 months, and a few weeks ago, the lining behing the cards started ripping, I'm assuming because of being so full.

Now that's either a sign of thin lining fabric, or of too many credit cards- but my wallet shouldn't be the one punishing me for that.

Nice organizer
This is a nice organizer. I received the organizer 8 days after the order was placed. Excellent value for the money.

Great design, but useless for non-english languages
This keyboard is one of the best designed pieces of hardware I've ever seen. You can see the attention they gave to details, from the lock that becomes the pda support, to the rubber strips that won't let the keyboard and the pda slip. You'll never write as fast as in your desktop, but It's a nice package for the portability you get.

If the hardware is great, I can't say the same about the keyboard driver. If you are writing in a language with a lot of accented letters (portuguese, french, spanish...) the software makes it almost useless for any serious writing. It's so clumsy that to put a simple tilde (~) in a letter you have to push 4 keys at the same time! Great to slow you to death and to give you some RSI. Why you can't just press the accent, and then the letter (as you do in all international keyboards) is beyond my understanding. You'll be able to use it just for some notetaking without accents.

I've bought the wireless version because I have a CliƩ palmtop. Palm licenses this keyboard from Thinkoutside, the makers of the Stowaway keybards, and their site says that the wireless model is compatible with almost all palm models. Since I plan to go back to a palm sometime soon, I've bought this for compatibility. After reading the README file, everything worked fine. Unfortunately the price for the infrared connection is a more intensive use of the pda battery.

Wireless keyboard vs. Universal palm portable keyboard
Basically to compare it with the palm portable keyboard which I had before, I'd rather have the universal PPK. The wireless keyboard:
-needs batteries to run
-deactivates the IR if you're idle for a certain amount of time so you'd have to go back to keyboard preferences to reactivate it. You can set the length of time before it turns the IR off (for "power users"), though, but I guess this option is given so that you can try to conserve batteries.
-IR connection affected but external factors like was said in other posts
-the way it folds up: won't that plastic thing that keeps it shut wear in time? PPK just clicks closed.
-the plastic material that the IR keyboard is made up of, including the IR wand: doesn't seem to be very durable. I had to look for a case for my unit to keep it protected.
-you need to press extra buttons just to type numbers & stuff

-I guess the advantage of it's being wireless is if you're having problems with your unit's hotsync port - but you can always have that repaired by palm (you need it to hotsync, too)

I suppose it depends on the needs of the user, but for me, I'd rather have the PPK. :)

This is a must have if you do any amount of data entry
Bought this last week. After loading the keyboard driver I was able to place my Palm T3 on the keyboard holder and begin typing.

I have used other keyboards for the Palm and by the time I got the PDA docked properly ont he connector I usually forgot what I was going to type...

This works exactly as designed. The only knock on it that I've read is that you must turn your T3 to left handed mode if you want to type in landscape format.

This is a very useful device.

Very good, but not quite perfect
I purchased the Psion 56k Travel Modem as an experiment and in the end I couldn't be (much) happier. I use a Windows CE-based Casio, a Palm IIIe, and a Compaq IPAQ Pocket PC an a regular basis and I hoped to find a modem that would work with all three. Setup of the modem connection with the Casio and the Compaq was effortless, and with a little web-time to download system updates for the Palm (and a little help from PSION to get the proper software)I now have a modem that I can use with my hand-held devices, as well as my laptop. Overall, an excellent product at a price that gets better every month. The biggest plus? it works *well* beyond the one foot distance advertised. I can put it high on a bookshelf and sit comfortably anywhere within about 6 feet. The largest drawback, and the reason for only four stars? It is not Fax capable.

Great modem for your PDA
This is a great way to get on the internet while on the go. It works with almost all platforms of PDA, be it a Palm, Pocket PC or Psion. Also, because it uses the IRDA port, you can get on the net and still use your expansion slot for memory. My only complaint is the battery life... which falls somewhat short of the advertised "4 hours". If you plan on doing a lot of traveling, you might want to pick up the optional AC adapter for this while you are at it. Other than the battery life, this is a great little unit and well worth the money.

Incompatable with HP Jornada 568
Purchased for use with my HP Jornada 568. Because of a raised bevel on the front of the card - it will not fit in the CF type II slot on the Jornada 568.

Works great with Zaurus SL-5000D, too
I took the advice from the other "electronics fan" viewer and got it from eBay. It indeed worked "out-of-the-box"! Sharp should really include this in their accessories list in addition to the other landline modem from Pretec.

Works great with Zaurus SL-5500
If you're looking for a CompactFlash modem for your Linux based Zaurus SL-5500, look no further. I tracked down some brief information stating that this modem worked "out-of-the-box" with the SL-5x00 and, indeed, it does. As soon as I plugged it in and configured my PPP connection I was online in seconds. The only issue someone might raise with it is the dongle; which does not bother me a bit since it has a filter built into it for digital lines...

PDA Panache Custom Palm V Stylus (Black)

Sure it's got panache, but not much else...
It's cute, i don't like the plastic one the palm V comes with so i like the idea of a replacement stylus, but this just isn't the one. For the same price, the Chameleon stylus looks very similar with a metal barrel and better tip as well as has a pen on the other side.

This one looks good, but doens't have much else going for it.

    It' good but...
It is next to impossible to remove it from the case. However, I really like to the way it feels in your hands. It gives you much better control of what you are doing vrs. the cheap plastic replacements they sell. Those are terrible!

If you can live with the difficulty of removing it from the case, I think it worth getting.

    Nice weight
This stylus has more weight than some of the other cheap plastic ones. Weight is a big bonus. A stylus with weight is important, because I have had some of the really light plastic ones, and it's hard for the Palm to recognize such light stylus. I like this stylus better than the original Palm stylus.

    nice looking case but...
I got this case free with my visor, it's a great looking case but when I put cards in the cardslot it seems to push the buttons and turn it on which got really annoying really quick, and also the leather seems to get scratched eaisly. I have switched to the Incipio zippered case and would recomend it instead.

    Visor Blue Leather Case
I bought this because the color matched my visor and because ofthe clip feature for holding the Visor (not the Velcro feature onother cases). I like it very much and for $..., it's worth the money.I haven't noticed any cracking of the leather as others havementioned. I'm happy that it keeps my Visor secure and protected.

Exellent Handspring case goes great with Graphite too!
Handspring makes some cases of great quality (not to mention style) and this one is no exception! It secures a Visor tightly with a clip simmilar to the mechanism on the Hard Cover included with the Handspring Visor Deluxe models. This and the sturdy leather construction protects all sides of your Visor. Your Handspring Visor is a valuable investment and deserves protection. This case does the job stylishly well. (One complaint, the pocket isn't big enough to hold a credit card horizontally! But, if they included that function, the case probably would'nt fit in your pocket. Also, I wish the blue was a bit brighter or darker. It's a little too bland for my tastes.) Be forewarned: dust can get into the case as it's not completely enclosed.

    WOW THIS IS BAD!!!!
THIS PRODUCT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!Comes shaped horribly and doesn't fit your iPaq. It will not fit in the cradle and after about an hour I spent reshaping it, I gave up. I hate this case and I wish I never bought it. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Still don't have the product
I ordered the product on 3-5-04 and it's now 3-17-04. Seems a bit slow for even standard shipping.

    A total disappointment
This item is about as cheap as you can get. I wouldn't be surprised if it only cost 50 cents to make.

The fit is also not very good as it isn't molded very well to the shape of the IPAQ - again a quality issue.

    It was an unfortunate disappointment.

    Works as promised
I've had this cable for the last several months and it works great.

I bought this cable after being disappointed with the Palm USB hotsynch and recharger cable. (Note: I returned the Palm cable back to Amazon for a full refund because it just didn't seat properly in my Palm Zire 71 to allow for continuous recharging, not to mention a one of the plastic connector pins snapped off after only two uses!).

Just like some of the other posts, the cable does not have a hotsynch button (so you have to hotsynch using the PDA's icon) and does appear to have some pins missing...but it apparently does not affect the proper functioning of the hotsynch and recharging.

It is a good replacement for the cradle and is particularly useful when traveling (occupies very little space when coiled up inside a laptop bag).

The only thing I wish that it had is an adapter so that I can recharge using a car lighter if I wanted to.

    Excellent Product
    The cable works as advertised.

Despite having no button on the actual Palm connector, hotsyncing is simply activated from the Palm by using the hotsync program and pressing the hotsync icon in the middle (which is admittedly not extremely intuitive).

I think the fact that it has no button is quite good, one less thing to break. The fact that it does not come with all the pins is no big deal, it's obvious only a few pins are required as hot syncing works seamlessly. It's a wonder why Palm do not design their cradle in a similar method, requiring a separate power source to charge the Palm while this cable takes it's power from the USB port. The only reason I can think of is when people are travelling, but even then, a separate travel charger is better than lugging that cumbersome cradle about.

I use it with my Tungsten T and have not had a problem.

    Very good replacement
Ok, ok: the cable is short, the plug doesn't mach easily, no one-step hotsync operation avaible and no recharge is possible without an USB port...

But: This product fits in your pocket, it's only a cable with a USB plug and a Palm plug in the other end, it's very easy to use, no additional software or drivers required, it charges your Palm in 30 minutes (ATTENTION: no from wall-plug, but from a pc USB port), Hotsync operation (you need to select from the handle because there isn't any hotsync-key on this product)... Simply all that you can do with the huge craddle provided by Palm.

If your old craddle is no longer working, this product is a very good and cheap replacement with the same functions: all that you need is a pc with a USB port!

    Lousy workmanship
The connector is poorly constructed. The left and right pin to hold on to the PDA slot are very weak. The connector cannot be plugged firmly into the slot. It cannot sync properly because the connection is on for a while and then off for a while. Strongly recommend never buy it.

Serial connection did not work w/ 3955
Poor quality constrution and serial connection did not work Ipaq 3955.

    Great Product!
This product worked as expected. As soon as I connected my iPaq 3835 to it via a POWERED USB port on my PC, it began charging! I see that a previous customer had no success (probably because they did not use a powered USB port). This cable charges AND syncs the 3835 with absolutely no problems!
