No support from iConcepts SAKAR website
Produced by a non-existent company?!Their obscurity wouldn't be a problem if their product actually worked, but when I plug it into my IPAQ H3800 running WinCE 3.0, it does nothing. If anyone knows any tricks to get this to work, please post it. Another major shortcoming is that it doesn't fit around an expansion pack.

Doesn't even work half the time
Good hardware concept - poorly executed softwareI'd like to say I leave the slim keyboard attached all the time and use it regularly, but I don't because it doesn't deliver in performance. The software is buggy and conflicts with other programs. Sometimes it works fine, other times it types random characters - other times it doesn't type at all. Despite HP's updates to the driver, it is still buggy, so it sits in a drawer until HP releases another update, then I'll try it again. I also have the HP folding keyboard which I use regularly without any problems, so I have to conclude it is a problem with the slim keyboard. Attempts to bring the problems to the attention of HP resulted in no reply to my emails.

Quit working after a few daysMy advice, spend the extra [money] and buy the cradle made by Palm.
Connectors failFrom the start it was intermittent at performing a HotSync, or even at charging. Eventually (2 weeks)it stopped working at all. Since I had lost the receipt, I decided to take it apart and see what I could do.
The problem is that the connector block itself (that mates with the bottom of the Palm) is only seated by a (very) shallow "ledge" in the base and the flanges (!) of two screws. Since this arrangement is not very resistent to the frequent in-and-out that a Palm is subject to, the connector block worked loose. This initially caused problems in seating the connector block, requiring more force be used to make the connection and downward pressure on the block broke two of the wires, from the PC board, soldered to pins in the conector block.
At some point I'll take a soldering pencil and reconnect the wires, and put two slim screws through the block to the cradle base to hold it in place.
In the meantime, I've purchased a hotsynce/charger USB cable (instead of the cradle) and we will see how well that one fares.

Not Ready for Prime Time
Very limited featuresThe feature set list is misleading. It states that one can access POP3 "accounts". Bun in reality one can only access one account with the MultiMailPro 2.26 provided in MIK. Also, upgrades are not allowed on this version of MultiMailPro. One must make a new purchase to get the useful version 3.x.
The upgrade to OS 3.5 is nice, but also does not have very many enhancements.
I didn't try the web-clipping or mobile phone applications. But if they're like the mail app, then you should plan on being disappointed.
So in my opinion, the MIK IS a waste of money.
P.S. I temporarily solved my E-mail problems with a freeware package called ProxiMail, which gets your E-mail from up to five accounts. It puts the E-mail into the mail application in ROM. But the bulit-in mail application also has many limits. The developer's of ProxiMail have gone out of business, but if you look hard it can still be found on the web.

Amazon should make a 1/2 star for the really really bad.
Real disappointment!
Helpful - but potentially outdatedThe detail level of the maps is not great, but it supposedly matches the maps in the standard paper road map. I've not checked that out, but if it did, that would be nice. I would much rather have the detail of the paper map in my palm.
Maybe the Palm doesn't support that level of detail (possible I suppose) - but then again maybe they don't want to give that much away. Overall, I'd say it's nice, but it's not the paper map (or online Map) replacement I was hoping it would be.

I got it to work and still hated it.I got it installed and running in about 45 minutes and proceeded to try it out. I got so annoyed with the speed, the bulky cable, the connect time (~30 to 40 seconds) and the intermittent service, that I gave up and returned it.
Don't bother.
UPDATE on Do NOT buy & COMPATIBLE WITH THESE PHONESAccording to the sticker on the box: "For Nokia Handsets. This model is compatible with the following handsets: Nokia 6110, Nokia 6130, Nokia 6150, Nokia 6190, Nokia 5110, Nokia 5130, Nokia 5150, Nokia 5190"
With all the different mobile phones out there, why any company would make a product that was compatible with only 8 of them is the ring of a poor business plan.

I expected more.....
Poor replacement for the accessory cover- It has no fastener to close the wallet, and it won't really lay flat unless you remove the accessory cover.
- It is not padded enough to protect a PDA from anything other than scratches from carrying it in a briefcase... drop your Jornada in this and you're going to have to buy a new one.
- You have to remove the Jornada from the wallet before it can fit in a cradle, and the velcro keeps the it from fitting in the cradle firmly.
- There is only one small pocket in the front cover of the wallet for bills/cards/etc.
This product is for cosmetics, only. If you want to replace your accessory cover, I suggest getting one of the new Color Accessory covers from HPshopping.com, or the leather flip-top case (at leat it snaps shut).
Nice exterior, lousy interior
Thanks,
