Not as good as cable from Palm
I use my Palm V to control my car mp3 player via the serial port. This Belkin cable is unreliable, but the official Palm cable works fine. It appears they've taken some shortcuts in the manufacturing process which prevents it from working correctly with all serial devices.

Didn't work with my Treo 300
I figured it would work with my Treo 300 since most accessories seem to work with all Treo flavors. However, it would charge, but the hotsync did not work.

Better than a stylus, but 50% inoperable
I like using it better than my Handspring's Stylus. It's size & weight makes graffiti entry much easier and more comfortable. Tip selection is easy once you figure it out for yourself, as the directions on the package are vague at best.

But as far as I can tell the ink & pencil lead can not be replaced or refilled. If it can, it would be nice for the manufacturer to tell us how to do it and where to get the refills.

Especially since I needed a refill right away after owning it for only 5 minutes!! When I tested the "highlighter" tip, it wrote about 5 inches of yellow ink than ran out and has never worked since. Not a big deal because once I saw the line it drew I doubted I would ever use it. The tip draws a line that is so fine (thin), the only thing it could highlight is the fine text at the bottom of a cellular phone contract. Also, when I later tried the pencil tip, what little lead came out kept pushing itself back up into the pen body.

Out of four tips, 2 don't work. Don't waste your money on this.

    Compatibility problems
This product is not compatible with HP Ipaq 1935, although stated. Will give error message "STOP wrong personal ID".

What a waste of time - the protection of this product has evidently been made so good that the customer can't get to the dictionary he has paid for. Congratulations.

This item is going back for a refund.

      Keyboard is a PAIN!
Not much to say about the screen protectors, styluses, or case, but the keyboard is built horribly! First of all, there is no information about how to put the keyboard on or take it off (even though it SHOULD be self-explanatory). I tried to put it on first without the black protector that comes with the iPAQ, but it was a very loose fit. So I put it on with the case, and it fit perfectly. The only problem is, I can't get the keyboard off now. The release button grabbed onto my iPAQ, but won't RELEASE! I can't sync-up to my computer anymore, or put it in ANY case because the keyboard is too thick.

When I called iConcepts tech support, I was told to press the release button. Since that obviously didn't work, they said there was nothing else they could do.
