I brought the iconcepts thumb keyboard from Compusa.
It worked a little bit at first. Sometimes it typed and sometimes
nothing. I put it away for 6 months and tried it again and this time nothing worked. I called customer service and they couldn't get it to work. So they said to mail it in and I'd get a new one, but I don't won't a new one. I'd rather give mine away now!
Please don't buy this item.

DOES NOT RECHARGE YOUR BATTERY AND IS NOT THE ITEM PICTURED

I know, you were thinking, "This is the ultimate solution. I don't have to drag that damn charging cradle around with me anymore".... sorry!

I have been trying for the last few days to get this thing to work. I don't know, could be that I haven't chanted the correct incantations or sacraficied enough goats - but this things simply won't work as a charger OR synch device.

The cradle does not hold the PDA firmly causing sync problem because the connection can be lost half way during the sync process. The workmanship is very lousy. Never buy it.

I bought this case, yet the clear pockets inside will scratch your PDA screen. Also it uses velcro to hold the PDA in place, not that stable of an idea. I returned it. I wanted it to protect my PDA not sratch it.

Despite the box saying this card will work with the Tungsten E, there's a disclaimer inserted in the box saying there's a bug using this card with Tungsten E's running the Palm Photos application.

The card manufacturer says they will offer a free downloadable patch to fix this problem, but until they do, you have to employ a klunky workaround to manually not back up the Photos application.

I am very disappointed with this product and would advise Tungsten E owners to think twice before buying it.

This case only fits the 3135, 3150, 3630, 3635, 3650, 3660, 3760, 3850, 3870. Does not fit my 5455 and the back of it it is plastic and not very protective.

The correct visor edge styli are made of metal. Their weight and balance are amoung the reasons this pda remains so popular. Their shape is nothing like what is pictured here. They come in packs of two.

This is a pack of 3 GENERIC replacements that are thin and round with a hook on the end - NOT shaped to fit into the cover of the Journada, and certainly NOT the ITEM PICTURED in the ad (as of today, 3/13/03). Although what I received is a functional PDA stylus, they are thin and easily broken (good thing I got 3 in the pack). This is the most disappointing item I've ever purchased through Amazon.com.

The inner sleeve doesn't lock in the outer part. I lost my iPAQ while walking down the stairs and now it needs an expensive repair of the display!!!!
