Amazon is great.. phone is great, just say away from AT&T

WARNING: AT&T representatives ("Dawn: R361" and "Max: N360") themselves said during my troubleshooting (as detailed below) that I should NOT have bought through Amazon, and that they have received a barrage of complaints from Amazon buyers! I still really like Amazon, but they're integration with AT&T is non existent. People should not have to wait 2-3 days for service after they receive the phone. Buy the same phone on Amazon, but a different carrier.

Not worth the price

Purchased for clie PJ25. Disappointed when I saw my clie inside. I find item offers little protection for the pda. The item is not worth $39.99.....$3.99 would be a reasonable price.

From what I can read about this product it sounds good, but there is no picture. I will not buy anything that I can't see what it looks like. I'd love to try it but I need to see it so I will know if it is what I'm looking for. Thank You.

Unacceptable quality

The swivel base is made of cheap plastic. One impact, and the whole thing comes off. Don't believe Toshiba warranty on accessories: it's probably nearly worthless. I called the number given with the product, and they referred me to another, and another.

Don't buy this product - it's not worth the money. If it breaks, you can't do anything about it.

Good Luck Getting Your Money Back

I canceled this service contract, since I returned the item. Despite two letters, several phone calls, and a 30-day refund window under State law, I have yet to receive a credit. Their representatives have given me no less than three different "refund procedures" and two alternate PO boxes. Amazon wants nothing to do with them as far as refunds go - they just sell the plan. However, since Amazon billed the credit card, I've asked the bank to deal with it. I wonder if N.E.W.'s product service, should you ever need it, is on a par.
