A little expensive but most certainly worth it!
I believe that this was very useful. Exactly what my handspring visor deluxe needed. it added an extensive amount of memory to my visor and made it easier to store and retrieve applications. this helped me out a lot even though as a college student it put quite a dent in my wallet, but hopefully it will pay for itself.

Excellent drug reference
This new "plug and play" PDR® Handspring™ Springboard™ Module for the Visor™ handhelds makes accessing important FDA-approved drug data more convenient than ever. And it's updateable!

With a tap of the stylus, in a matter of seconds, your Handspring™ Visor™ handheld shows accurate, up-to-date, prescription drug information. It contains the full text of six key topics for every prescription drug fully described in the 2000 PDR® and PDR for Ophthalmology®. These topics include indications and usage, contraindications, warnings, adverse reactions, dosage and administration, how supplied, generic drugs and manufacturer.

PDR in your Pocket? Now you can!
The famed PDR -- Physician's Desk Reference -- is a common sight in doctors' offices, pharmacies, and libraries. This indispensable volume lists all currently available prescription drugs along with their effects, interactions, and possible side-effects. However, the sheer size of the book made its use cumbersome -- this Desk Reference is nearly as big as a desk. But now, with the new Springboard Module edition, the PDR becomes as portable as the Handspring Visor it fits into.

No, it's not cheap -- but it puts the ability for every healthcare professional to have the PDR at their fingertips -- in their shirt pocket -- or in the proverbial little black bag -- 24 hours a day.

And considering the rugged nature of Handsprings, I would not be a bit surprised to see at least one of these in every EMT ambulance in the country in a year or so.

If you frequently use the PDR but you also want to be freed from the bulk of the printed book, then you need this module!

size
This case is beautiful but does not work for the Visor Prism. The prism is too thick and will not clip in.

I bought this from handspring
And it works great with my prism fits like a glove.Very classy looking.and an extra pocket inside for money or I.D.The prism hooks into the case via the hotsync slot so it won't fall out. very secure!

Awesome Case
I really like my visor sky blue abbey case. I seems to protect my visor quite well and is easy to carry or stow in a briefcase or purse.

Excellent keyboard, not perfect
PROS:
1. The spacing between the keys and the feel of each key-press are both engineered very well and allows me to type quickly with just two thumbs
2. The keyboard fits perfectly under my h2210 -- there is no rattling, it won't detatch accidentally, and it attaches relatively easily
3. The software and hardware installation was complete in under 2 minutes
4. I haven't tested this with all programs, but the gameboy/SNES/etc emulator MorphGear allows you to map the hardware keyboard buttons to the controller buttons within the program -- this means you'll have enough hardware buttons to play SNES games

CON:
1. The thickness of the keyboard is a little more than i had expected -- it seems like it's about 1.5 times the thickness of the iPaq 2210, which destroys the sleekness of the iPaq with the keyboard attached

Excellent keyboard! (but too much software interferences)
I purchased this keyboard to be used with my iPAQ 3835. I've had this keyboard for almost two months and it has worked very well--the keys are easy to press, typing speed increases as you get more used to it, and it does not add too much more to the length and thickness of the unit.

Using the numeric keys takes a little to get used to, as the num-lock key needs to be enabled and sometimes it's easy to forget to unlock it since there is no on-screen indicator. All the numbers are on the top row of the keyboard and are not laid out in a "numeric keyboard" layout. Also, for those who have previously used the Targus keyboard with their iPAQs, you need to uninstall the Targus software to allow this keyboard to work--hence, you will be unable to use your old keyboard. An added plus is that the keys and the hot-keys will not turn on your iPAQ directly, preventing accidental use.

Also, I use the pharos GPS system and the software of the keyboard also messes with the GPS software--you would need to shut off the keyboard, then do a soft-reset prior to using the GPS device.

Overall, this is an excellent piece of hardware for the iPAQ, it substitutes well for the on-screen input methods in accuracy and allows for quicker input. I would have given it 5 stars if it did not conflict with the other software programs--something that should have been considered, especially coming from HP.

Buy yourself some time.
I own the Ipaq 4155. I am using this keyboard to write this review. Set up was so simple and the layout is easy to learn. I used this keyboard to send an e-mail within 10 minutes. Much much faster than block reckognizer. I had planned on purchasing this keyboard when I first got my 4155 but delayed a coulple months and just used block reckognizer. How sorry I am that I waited. I write more e-mail and take more notes now. This is a must have accessory.

small
I have alot of accessories so its a little bit small for me.So I guess I'll have to take less or get a bigger case.It does seem to be good quality.thanks

good all-around case
This case can hold all the things you would probably need. It will hold a portable keyboard, extra modules, visor phone, etc. It seems well constructed and the device that holds your visor isn't velcro! Good case for the money.

If you use a Keyboard with your Visor, this is THE CASE
Awesome product. If you carry a foldable keyboard, or other larger items for your visor, this is your case.

Unlike the Rhino3000, this case holds all your items securely and safely. The visor is held snug into the case with a unique rubber-holder device. Next to the Visor, it has a wonderful, velcro-closure case to hold your Targus keyboard.

It has other spots for storage as well. And when it zips up, it's very streamline and elegant. It doesn't look like a woman's purse - a plus for a insecure man!!!

This is much, MUCH better than the Rhino 3000, the only large case alternative for people with keyboards that I know of.

A great product.

Casio Bi-Fold PDA Case for E-115 Pocket PC

not worth the money
This case offers only a little more protection than the case that comes with the Casio E-125. The same rigid cardboard-like material is sewn into the case to protect the screen. There is no extra padding. The soft leather is nice, as are the properly spaced holes so that you can use the PDA while it is in the case. But the added bulk of the case makes it impossible to fit the PDA into a jacket or shirt pocket. The little case that comes with the E-125 fits snugly around the PDA so that it still fits into these pockets.

I should've gone here first
I just received my new Casio Bi-Fold PDA case and I love it. this is the third case I have bought for my PDA and am finally satified. It has a place to carry my important cards, it folds out flat, so it doesen't get in the way of writing, it has a small note pad for those quick notes (which I have been looking for) and it was a great price. It looks like the third time was the charm.

The BEST accessory for your Casio PocketPC
Having recently purchased a Casio Cassiopeia E-125 and being instantly disappointed with the goofy little polyester/elastic pouch that came with it, I decided it was time to get something a little more useful for protecting my investment.

Casio; unlike Palm, Handspring & HP; does not provide a covering to protect the delicate and expensive color screen of the Cassiopeia. The competition almost always provides a platic or metal covering for there PDA screens; but Casio, for reasons unknown, doesn't bother.

So, with a bit of reluctance, I plopped down my money for the Casio Bi-Fold PDA case for the E-115. (Yes, it works fine with the E-125 as well...) The reluctance came from not ever having seen or handled the case; the only information I had to go on was that provided by Amazon.com. So I took a gamble and purchased the case. Boy am I glad I did!

The case is simplicity itself. Basic black leather in construction, with a little Velcro tab to keep the case securely closed. It opens like a book, with a small white pad of paper on the left hand side along with a small slot for stowing the occasional business card and such. The right hand side is the place for the Casio.

To install the PocketPC into the case, one simply inserts the unit through the top of a black leather "pocket." Holes are strategically located in this "pocket" in all the right places. There is a big rectangular cut-out for the screen, two smaller holes underneath for the cursor and select buttons, and several holes along the sides for access to the other buttons, ports and the all-important stylus. The unit can be inserted and removed from the pocket with great ease. Also, the leather pocket is held in place in the case by Velcro, so you can remove the Cassiopeia from the case with it's leather pocket securely attached. Unfortunately, you have to remove the Casio completely from it's protective pocket in order for it to fit in the synch cradle. I don't synch my Casio to my PC very often, so it's a non-issue for me. The main point is that all the Casio's functions can be utilized while the unit sits comforatably within it's leather case, with the exception of synching with the PC.

Another nice touch provided in the case is a small elasitic loop located in the "binder" for holding a pen. (necessary for writing on the handy-dandy paper notepad...)

Since the day I first installed my E-125 into this case, I've rarely removed it. It provides decent protection for the screen, and security for the mind. There are fancier and much more expensive cases available from Casio, but this little number is just right for yours truly.

If you are buying a Casio E-125, do make this case your very next purchase; you'll be glad you did.

Nice looking but cheap
OK - the MP3 module is nice, though it does not hold a lot of music. Typically 12-14 songs however, the ease of downloading into the visor and module is very nice. Now, about the clip...What a peice of garbage. For anyone who works out or does anything active and wants music to tag along, this IS NOT the equipment for the job. The clip does not secure to anything and if the energy hits the ground, forget it, you will be using super glue and rubber bands to hold it together. You would think that with all the technology out there, Soundsgood would come out with something a little more impressive and durable for those with an active life style- I know I would be willing to pay a little more for something more durable applicable for working out. Please, invent something, quickly!!!!

Sounds Good MP3 with Energy clip
I think this is a great product. I have used other MP3s and this has a very fast method to load music onto it. With 64 mb, the music load speed is important. I used the energy clip during my workouts. I can get about 1.5 hours of music on this and the MP3 inside the clip is very small (3"X4") so I do not even notice it on me as I move about. Great product with bad marketing. There are very good used values out there. Enjoy.

Great gadget
Like I said great gadget but I wish that the mp3 player itself is just as good. I hope that Good Technology has improved on the little player because it is the worst so far in eminating noise.
The sony stick is the least that eminates noise.
This review isn't about mp3 players it is about this battery pack
and it does well for what it is intended for.

Quickest draw, but protrudes a bit much
I bought this because it is sturdy, easy to grab with one hand, allows for springboard modules, and it swivels. I do have to be careful when sitting down sometimes, though, as it can get caught on corners pretty easily. While the clip is sturdy (and the quick release very convenient), I feel that the designers might have been able to make the axis 1/4 inch shorter so the unit does not stick out so far. While I haven't tried any other holsters, this also has been great for the Digital Link cell springboard that I keep on my Visor. Get this piece while you can - Handspring no longer makes these babies!

Looks like they took user feedback to heart
I bought one, fully expecting to have to make modifications mentioned in other reviews, but it looks like Handspring beat me to it. The case is now made of sturdy plastic with a plastic swivel molded onto the back. The whole thing then clips into a sturdy clip on your belt. Best case for use with Visorphone.

does the job well
I'd heard from a few people that this or a similar item didn't hold the Visor in place and resulted in their dropping it. If that was regarding this item, it's clearly been redesigned.

The holster holds it in place and does not add much weight. It protects the screen because the Visor goes in backwards--the screen is facing the holster, not the open air.

You have to be deliberate about removing it from the holster, but this is not at all difficult.

The only reason I didn't give this product five stars is that I personally don't care for the swivel clip--I wear jeans most of the time and the free motion of the holster against the rivets of my jeans is an annoying sound.

Where is the MP3 player?
I bought this thinking it would be my do-it-all device. Voice recorder, address book, calendar/to do list, and mp3 player. It does it all except the MP3 player part. A reviewer said he loved the MP3 player capability. -NOT- If you load MP3 files into it, there is no player to play them. At least Win CE can not find anything to use to play them. Is the player an add on? If so, where can I get it.

Great Machine
You can also own one second-hand now at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. I've had mine for about six months now and it works great! I love it's mp3 feature, love the color screen, the battery life and the durability.
If I could have two wishes though, I wish it was a USB device. Transferring larger mp3 files from my pc just takes way too long over a serial connection. I had to buy a compact flash card reader to circumvent the problem.
I also found I have a real dislike for Windows CE. You have this beautiful color screen and it's just too cramped up with windows. Palm's OS really seems to flow better. I had heard that Window's new 'Pocket PC' OS had solved a lot of these problems, but I've yet to use it.
All in all though, it's an awesome buy for the price!

DARNED GOOD DEAL
WHEN I RECIEVED THE JORNADA, I WAS QUITE AMAZED AT IT'S CONDITION. IT WAS NEARLY PERFECT AS ADVERTISED, EVEN THE BOX. ONLY INSIGNIFICANT COSMETIC BLEMISH ON THE CLEAR COVER, BUT I THINK THAT'S TO BE EXPECTED SINCE IT'S A USED ITEM. OTHERWISE, THE DISPLAY HAS GOOD COLOR RESOLUTION. SINCE I'M NOT AT ALL FAMILIAR WITH WINDOWS CE, I'M HAVING SOME PROBLEMS, BUT I'M SURE THAT I'LL OVERCOME THEM. ALL IN ALL, IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT TRANSACTION WITH ONLY ONE EXCEPTION. I'D HOPED THE ITEM TO BE SHIPPED VIA UPS. IT WAS SHIPPED USING PRIORITY MAIL, BY U.S. POSTAL SERVICE, & I HAD TO TAKE A COUPLE HOURS OFF WORK & GO TO THE POST OFFICE TO SIGN FOR THE ITEM. BUT, SINCE IT WAS SUCH A GOOD DEAL, THAT WAS A VERY SMALL INCONVENIENCE THAT I CAN LIVE WITH. I WOULDN'T HESITATE MAKING ANOTHER PURCHASE THROUGH AMAZON.COM.........

Tetris was the only good game...
All the games can be found elsewhere on teh internet as shareware, and freely downloadable. The cartridge is read only and therefore you can't "upgrade" the older versions of the games with newer ones.

For the price, I had assumed that the versions of hte programs I was getting were the full blown packages that cna be purchased online. Except for Tetris, I was dissapointed.

Great games! Perfect for travel and leisure time!
Wow, this is a great pack of games. They're easy to use, fun to play and there's plenty of variety. Tetris Classic and Pocket Chess are worth the price alone. They're good for hours of stimulating game play. I'm a business traveler and spend a lot time on airplanes or waiting for airplanes. These games are a great road companion.

Perfect Tetris and a good clutch of other games
I like playing games on my Handspring, but I don't like the space many of them eat up. Enter pocketExpress with a good collection of games that take up *no memory* and are quite fun.

Ok, so they take up a *tiny* bit of memory for saved prefrences and such, but much *much* less than if you were to load all of these games (or even *one* of these games) into your PDA.

The Tetris game is perfect. Solitare has a good interface and is clean. Load Runner brought back memories of my first Mac!

Poker Dice and BlackJack are well done versions of classics games as well.

Installing them is a snap. Pop the module in and there they are. Take the module out, and they are gone. Simple.

This "Game Boy" concept should be exploited by more companies. I have seen a few other game modules, but nice bundles like this are pretty cool. I could easily see an Arcade bundle, a Casino bundule, a Word Games bundle, etc.

A nice little companion to your Visor.

(This is also an *excellent* solution for those who bought a 2mb Visor!)

Great investment. The MP3 is great and the screen resolution is amazing.

Great Stuff
