Bit on the blurry side
Well, after reading the other reviews I decided to TRY these out against my better judgement. You can write just fine with the overlay applied. There is no problem at all on my M505. However, seeing the screen is a bit tough. Not sure what type of materials they use, but I would think they could find something a bit more transparent. I would recommend that you do NOT buy these overlays. The lack of clarity is reason enough. Application was a breeze though... :)

One Star Is Too Generous
This is the first Palm-specific product that I would not recommend. It is unclear how many mils thick the product is when applied, but it protects the screen so well that a stylus cannot be used. (It might even protect as well than the blast-resistant window film we use in our embassies and consulates. At least it doesn't have air bubbles when applied.) That may be useful for those who exclusively use a keyboard and simply want to protect the screen. However, as a practical matter it renders the Palm useless for other input methods. The package indicated the product was originally intended for Palm III and Palm V products and subsequently repackaged for M500's, so it should come as no surprise that screen coverage is incomplete (albeit not horribly so). One always takes a risk when purchasing on-line without checking, yet this is my all-time low with Amazon. At least the price didn't break the bank, although I'd have rather have the money to buy a half-dozen more grande lattes!

Pretty much the same as WriteRights.
I also bought these, reading the first two reviews thinking i would get a clear look on my Palm m505. Unfortunately, these overlays are also "embossed" just like the WriteRights, reducing the clarity of the M505s color screen.

These are definately a better buy than the WriteRights though: The overlay sheets are identical, and with the Belkin you get a little piece of cleaning cloth + they are much cheaper.

Synchronization Doesn't Work
This product proved to WASTE more time than provide a friendly time-saving fix. I realized that the device synchronized some of my appointments, but not all-day events like birthdates and anniversaries. I also realized that none of my Outlook address book contacts were synchronized. This device is a waste of money, for any customer. I received this item as a christmas gift. After realizing that a PDA was a great idea, I chose to purchase a HP iPAQ h1935 Pocket PC. It sells for 200.00 and is worth every penny. If you are a mobile phone user, I would recommend purchasing a Samsung i700 which combines a Pocket PC with digital camera and cellphone.

Keep looking!!
I guess there's are reasons that other electronic organizers are twice the price as this one...FUNCTIONALITY and QUALITY! Two things this organizer is dreadfully lacking! I'll probably end up giving mine away as soon as I get a new one. The features are so cumbersome, it'll take you forever just to create an appt entry...and forget about trying to repeat the appt...no such option! The display is extremely difficult to see in normal romm light, but at least the backlight option is good in the dark. Next time, I'm not going to buy one of these without TRYING it first!

THE BEST!!!
Hello everyone! This prodect is the best thing I have ever used!

Try to find a port
I own a Sony VAIO computer. In the computer, there are no ports to put in this cord. Ended up buying something for [money] to convert it to a USB connection. Then, I couldn't find a program that would be able to send and receive data to my eTrex GPS via a USB port. Was definitely a hassle.

Excelent for Portables.
The cable doesn't come with any software, but is great for upgrading the software on your eTrek(avilable from Garmin's website) You will need a GPS compatible mapping program to get the full advantage. The cable connects very securly to the GPS, and is plenty long enough.

Expensive, but a cable is necessary
This little cable is very, very overpriced, but unfortunately, for those of you that own the original eTrex or any eTrex model with no cable, you'll want to own this or an equivalent so you can download the latest updates to your GPS receiver from garmin and load them onto the unit. And you want this ability because Garmin does a good job of fixing bugs and adding new little software features. But if you can't build your own cable, then you should grab one of these...

Nice try - but a waste of money.
The GoVox for Palm V seems like a nice idea - record a note while driving when your hands are not free to jot. But I found the design not robust. Sometimes it doesn't record even with carefully correct button sequences. It just seems dead. Other times it begins recording when stashed in my pocket and bumped. The buttons are not sufficiently recessed to prevent this. I replaced it once in case the first unit was simply a lemon. But the second unit behaved just the same. It turned out to be a waste of money and time for me. I'll go back to a slim hard case and work on my human memory.

Hinge problem is major issue
I got it - I liked it as it provides a quick way to record tasks and notes which you don't want to taken the time to log into your Palm....then, after 5 months - much like many other users - the damned hinge broke. It no longer attaches to the Palm so any advantage it had over any other voice recorder is gone. Until they make a stonger hinge - I'd recommend buying a normal digital voice recorder

Great idea, but hinge breaks
The GoVox is a great concept, and works reasonably well, but mine has found a home in the bottom of a junk drawer. Why? The hinge broke off after only a few months of use - and careful treatment. And, the lack of a headset jack and loud speaker makes your personal memos ("Call back doctor") into public announcements when you're doing playback. I covered the speaker with a bit of tape, which helped make it quiet, but also muffles the sound a bit. I *do* like the beep when you start/stop recording.

doesnt even work
i got this. had no drivers. when i downloaded drivers it still didnt work. it kept wanting to hotsync whatever button i pressed. this is completely junk. i only recommend this if you have some wonderful magical belkin pda which doesnt exist. even if it did work, it is so uncomfortable. the keys are not square, but rectangular, have the size of your fingertips. I tried to get used to it in case it magically started to work but all the buttons except for the alphanumeric keys are misplaced and even the number keys are a little off. dont even consider this. ignore the only good review. pay attention to those who actually received this "product."

If you're looking for something cheap...
It works fine with my Zire 71... but be sure to download the driver from the PalmOne site, don't use the one that comes with the package!
Pro: really reasonable price for a keyboard. And has a nice leather case!
Con: treat it carefully! A friend of mine broke his keyboard while trying to connect it!

Beautiful Product!
The Belkin keyboard for my M505 works beautifully! The keys are a lot easier to press down than many other palm keyboards. The drivers worked just fine with my system as well. I would highly reccomend this product!

Completely Dumb
I saw all the other reviews before purchasing this. What I really wanted was a stylus that was better than the plastic junk that came with my Cassiopeia. And, I thought that this peice of junk would actually fit into my PDA. This is what I was led to belive according to the Casio web site and this site. Well, it doesn't fit, and it won't fit into any PDA, unless you have a PDA the size of you head. It's a complete waste of money. It's cheaply made, and cumbersome. A wooden stick would do better, for writing on paper or your PDA. I can't stress to you enough, DON'T BUY THIS JUNK, unless you enjoy wasting (money).

It is not worthy, bad finish, do not last
This pen is really not worth its price. After a moth of daily use the black paint vanished and begin to show the inner metal susrface. Do not purchase. Is a piece of trash!!!! Believeme!!!!!

Nice idea, low quality.
It looks nice and works okay, but the quality is less than expected. The pen/stylus combo was obviously a pen/pencil in a previous life -- there's a pencil eraser under the top cap, and if you push the cap (in stylus mode) the stylus pokes way out and you have to push it back in. It's obvious that they just replaced the lead-advance mechanism with a stylus tip. Summary: Convenient and attractive, but disappointingly cheap.

I bought a Casio Freedio FZ-700S Portable Handheld Scanner!
I found the (Freedio FZ-700S) Handheld Scanner useless without the (FZ-200C Cradle) which I was unable to find on Casio's Web Page! I think the Cradle should come with the (Freedio FZ-700S) or at least be made more available!

A MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT
To repeat what another customer said, "what a useless toy!" I've never been so let down by a product in my life. Read the fine print very carefully. It can only scan half a page of continuous text and has almost no storage capabilities. If you are a serious researcher, don't bother.

What a useless toy!
After a huge headache getting no support from Casio, I finally got it to beam to my Casio E115. You have to download a utility to make the casio emulate the freedio printer. I got it to work to discover that the battery is only good for about 4-5 scans of something as small as a business card. Since the battery is not removable without taking the unit apart, after the 5 scans you need to charge the unit for another 8 hours. I'll use my digital camera thankyou very much.

On a positive note, Amazon made it very easy to return the unit at no cost to me. If it wasn't for the battery issue, I would have kept the unit.

Disappointing organizer case...
My main complaint with this case is that when I pack a few business cards and a folded piece of paper into the provided slots, the bulk causes buttons to be pressed on the visor (Visor Prism) and affects battery life.

It does, however, look great and the visor snaps right in with no problems. As long as you don't try to use the card slots, its not a bad case, but just not what I needed.

Not the best fit......
The case seems to be of good quality, but it doesn't really fit the Prism very well. The "hinge" portion, the area that is the equivalent of the binder of a book, is a bit too narrow. Someone forgot to measure twice before they cut! The unit has a built-in plastic frame that the prism snaps into securily, I think that is better than Palm's idea, which is to use Velcro to hold their Palm III's. In spite of the less than perfect fit, the unit does seem to provide good protection.

What are they talking about!
The prism fits perfectly in the case and with no problems snaping it into place or closing the cover with credit cards inside.

Don't waste your hard earned cash.
I have been using the Navman 3420 coupled to an Ipaq 3850 for over 1 year and am constantly disappointed by its performance.

1) Maps are full of errors, old, and there have NO updates during the time I have owned this product. Even my own street is misnamed in the software.

2) When traveling across country, there is no way to program waypoints or to select one's own routing. This is terrible and really a pain. I mean this is why you want to buy a GPS unit right? When you follow the routing selected by the software, be prepared for a wild ride anywhere...maybe even through a corn field, no kidding it tried to route me through a corn field!

3) If you would like to load several maps on one of the larger compact flash cards and navigate through 5 or more states, GOOD LUCK! You will need an Ipaq with more than the 64mb of sdram found on the 3850(understand sdram on an Ipaq is not upgradeable). They say you will need 7 to 10% of the map area used on the compact flash card in sdram. So if you try to use a 512mb card for example (loaded with maps) then you will need approximately 50mb of sdram? Almost impossible on a 64mb machine as it will use sometimes upwards of 18mb just to run on its own without Navman's SmartST Professional software.

4) The 3420 does not have an external antenna input. Why is this important? Try using the unit in a large city with tall buildings without one. When you really need it - it will loose the satellite fix.

Do not waste your money on this device. Wait for a later generation product that is much more refined. Go to Walmart and buy a road atlas for $5 until then.

WASTE OF MONEY
Very unreliable. Clumsy user interface. Couple of times I had to pull over and wait for the stupid thing to lock on the sattelites. Often needs a PDA reset. Imagine having to reset your PDA , start the program again and enter the destination again while driving in traffic.

Good product, If you can get it to work.
I was running the NAVMAN GPS on a iPAQ 3955. To make this short, after doing a "Hard" reset and applying the latest Soft-Paq I could get it to work 1 out of 10 times.

Another mistake I made was buying a SanDisk 512mb CF card so I could store the program and maps (You'll get about 1/4 of the US on the card.) You can't install the program to the CF card as it will not function and the program (4.3mb installed) definitely slowed down my machine.

Just so you know I sent it back to Amazon and was refunded.

"Holds handheld" Misleading
I was expecting some type of sleeve into which the handheld fit, leaving the grafitti areas exposed. Instead I found a strip of Velcro with velcro dots to attach to the back of the handheld. This should have been stated in the description. Although this is a nice leather organizer binder, the 'modification' to hold a handheld is nothing original and nothing someone can't do with an existing binder. The misleading description (i.e., lack of information) cost me the price of returning the merchandise.

Sumdex Leather Handheld Organizer with Binder
My son and I are very disappointed and we feel like the advertising is very misleading. I bought this organizer for my son as a b'day present. Since it is listed under electronics, and all of the pictures show an electronic organizer included, we thought that's what we'd get. Well, needless to say, there is no electronic organizer. I wonder how many other people were just as mislead as we were; or is it just us?

Cool Case
This looks like a cool case. But why would you need it. The Visor is a day planner, calcuator, memo thingy, and everything else. If you don't have a Visor than get this and don't use the Visor. It's cool but there is no point in it, unless you have a day planner and don't want to convert it into your Visor. Then get it, otherwise it looks cool.
