disappointing and useless
My work colleague and I both ordered one for our Tungsten T3 and it hasn't worked for either of us. The Tungsten is secured to the case with a velcro patch that you put on yourself- from the beginning, every time I took my Tungsten out of the case, the velcro stayed in the case and the double sided tape remained on the back of my Tungsten. I scraped it off and put on a smaller patch of velcro (left over from when I trimmed it the first time) - same thing happened. My work colleague doesn't even use hers anymore - her Tungsten was too difficult to open in the case so she went back to her old zipped palm case. What a shame for something that looks good but is useless.

New Lows in Palm Cases
This case has to be the biggest waste of money for someone trying to find a case for the Palm Tungstens. That Palm cannot have designed one, just one, decent case for a nice handheld like the Tungsten T3 is just astonishing. But that's the case, no pun intended, here.

Palm does a great job of making small handhelds that are busting out with capabilities. But the people at Palm who design cases seem to go ever more in the opposite direction. For example, this case is not small, being the size of a big paperback book. You know the kind. Like a Tom Clancy novel. At that size, you'd think it would hold an annual report. But no, it doesn't even have space for business cards. But it does have one, just one, slot for an app card. Seriously, how many T3 users carry around these cards? And you have to sticky some velcro on the back of your new Palm Tungsten to use it. Just crazy. Come on Palm, get real. Mine is now serving time as a paper-pad holder.

My suggestion to Palm is to fire its case team and go and hire some freshly minted product design students from either Rhode Island School of Design or Art Center and start over. For as elegant as the T3 is designed, the cases for it are sheer bulky, ugly junk.

Good Case, Minor flaws
This is the ultimate in protection. It closes with two magnets so no buttons to fuss with; and, it's quick to open and close. The case completely encapsulates my tungsten-c and nothing is exposed to the outside so it's safe to throw it into a bag with your keys and stuff. The case closes without touching the screen or buttons so if it ends up in the bottom of your bag with a heavy book on top, no worries about the case flexing and breaking the screen. The case is lined with soft velvet and won't scratch the finish. Now for the problems... the PDA stays in using velcro but you can't really see it. The velcro does hold the PDA tight so frequent charging requires brute strength to peel it out of the case. I don't use the cradle; I prefer to use the travel charger and sync cord. The stylus cannot be removed or inserted on the tungsten-c but this should not be a problem with the tungsten-t models. The tungsten-c is a perfect fit; it is probably a little too big for other palm models. It will not hold the tungtsten-w. My only other complaint is that it is made of vinyl and not leather. But, it's cheap and it offers great protection. If money is no object then look at the $100 Vaja leather case; if you want a cheap case that offers great protection and looks custom made for the tungsten-c then look no further.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!
If you're looking for a well-built aluminum case for your Visor, take a look at the one made by Kensington. I recently bought it for mine and it is very well designed. All the complaints I've read about the RhinoSkin simply don't apply at all to the Kensington model.

The Kensington holds the pda very firmly, but it is also very easy to slide the Visor in and out when you want. Also, one of the lids on the Kensington is magnetized, which keeps it shut (no clips to mess with). Oh yeah, the Kensington is cheaper too. You'd be hard pressed to find a better case.

Poor manufacture quality.
The case will not provide any crush protection. The aluminum on this case is so thin it can easily be bent by hand. With the case closed the clip releases tension and the top of the visor becomes loose to rattle back and forth in the case. If the case were dropped I'm afraid my Visor would probably be ejected from the case and sustain damage due to the poor construction.

mixed emotions
Okay, I bought the case, and now I'm back on amazon looking for another option. I'm not entirely sure I will replace it, but here are some of the pros and cons: Pro: finally, a slim, rigid case for my visor; a port for IR beaming and stylus; I feel a little more comfortable about bumps and drops; it looks sleek and clean. Con: seems shoddily constructed for a [price] case; the cover doesn't close exactly true with the bottom(when they line up there is a gap, and it is hard to open. When they are skewed the gap closes up and will open easier); the neoprene padding is very thin; it opens hard; the visor doesn't sit snugly in the case, requiring me to push it down to remove the stylus; when I tried to adjust the tension by bending the inside clip the glue holding it there almost came off; when closed, the visor rattles around inside a little; when I recieved it one of the pins that holds the bottom of the visor had fallen off and I had to fumble with the micro-screw to re-attach. A mixed bag, I guess. I just got it, and it seems functional enough as far as using the visor while encased, but I am disappointed with the actual quality of manufacturing. This is aluminum, not titanium, so where does this [price] tag come from? Not quality engineering.

How do you use it?
Stupid thing doesn't have a button to start hotsync! I have to check the box to see if there are any instructions. I'll write another review if I can get it to work. I'll write a BAD review if I can't get a refund.

Beware vague and misleading feature description
Nowhere in the item description does it mention that this cable has a female 9-pin serial adapter. It is not USB.

The description CLAIMS compatibility with Mac OS 8.6 and above. But current Macs don't have 9-pin serial ports. The last Mac that had one was the Mac 512Ke, discontinued 16 years ago! But that model accepted 9-pin MALE connectors, and it certainly can't run Mac OS 8.6! Maybe this product works for PCs, but the description is at best misleading, and at worst, flat-out wrong.

Cheap and does all it's supposed to do.
Nothing fancy here: just a simple serial cable, just like the Palm OEM (Palm M100 never came with a USB link!). True, it has no start button, but one is hardly needed: just click on the HotSync icon in the application to start the sync. Duh! (Whether your cable has a start button, like the Palm OEM, or not, like this one, you still must set the HotSync preferences to "Local" and "Direct Serial.") For putting up with this "deficit" you will save 2/3!

Hope Mine works! And No Adapter!
Words can't express the shock I had that there was no AC adapter included with this $40 piece of hardware! My box also appeared to have been opened (there is a seal on it). I hope I didn't get one that you returned. I'll have to bring my adapter home from the office and check it out. I guess the low price on the Nino itself is offset by these pricey accessories.

Nino docking station issues
I wanted to buy an additional docking station for my work pc in addition to my laptop. I've order and returned two docking stations and neither of them work. Also be aware that the $39.98 price does NOT include the adaptor!

No frills, just another great docking station.
I use my nino all the time, and it's great for synching data. But if you only have one dock, you're outta synching-luck. Grab a second one, and you can keep yourself all together at home, work and on the Nino. But, there're no little extras.

ITEM NEVER SHIPPED
STILL WAITING FOR ORDER--7 WEEKS AND WAITING

Don't order this pen from Amazon!!!!!!!!!
Just a warning that for this particular item, "usually ships withing 1 to 2 weeks" actually means, "expect 'order delayed' e-mails for 6 months." I finally bailed out since I have since graduated from college--and I needed the pen for a midterm!

My favorite
Stylish and practical, this pen quickly becomes my favorite. The only drawback is that the ink runs out after just a few weeks of light usage. So far I have not been able to find the refill.

No power cord included? An extra $23 for a power cord?
You are kidding right? $55 bucks for a cradle with an AC power cord is rediculous. It seems to do the job, but come on!

Only an USB cradle, no power supply.
This cradle is designed very simply (as a previuos reviewer said.), perhaps not deserving $30. However, for such an expensive and simply designed cradle, Sony does not even give the customer power supply function from USB port. So, if you are on travel, you need to bring another clumsy power adapter.

However, Belkin provided a type of USB Sync and charger which has the fuction to charge your PDA from the USB ports. After I saw this Belkin product, I bought one promptly.

After I got the Belkin USB Syn and Charger, the Sony USB is sleeping in my drawer now, Collecting Dust.

It is a cradle and it does the job.
This is a very simple cradle that you need for your PC. It is simple in design. Not like the palm cradles I have used in the past.

Insertion and removal seems easy!

If you have a desktop then this is eaiser then the adapter that comes with the TJ25. HOWEVER, you have to use the power supply to power the Clie. If you travel, you either have to purchase another power adapter or remember to pull the power cord.

Hmmm no wonder Sony offers a cheaper model. You have to purchase extra stuff.

Currently it is the only thing I found for a TJ25.

Not a wallet!
Don't be deceived by the name. This is not a wallet -- it's a purse. In fact, it's bigger than my purse! The compartment for the PDA is much bigger than a Palm device, so if that's all you have, expect it to slide around. It's also quite thick. The leather is not high grade, although within acceptable limits, and is stiff.

Buy this if you want a not-fancy, hold-it-all purse. Don't buy it if you wanted something that held just a bit more than the slim palm wallets.

When size matters...
When I recived the Sumdex "travel" wallet I decided to return it that same day. The wallet, depite how it looks in the picture, is *huge*. I was hoping for something that would fit in the purse I currently carry, and this doesn't. The PDA slot is big enough for almost two, it's stiff, and just plain large. Look for something else unless you are looking for a purse replacement.

A not-too-flexible organizer
I ordered this product because I was searching for something to replace my thick planner after I got a Palm Vx for Christmas. I wanted something that could double as a purse, since I usually go for wallet-on-a-string type purses. I also wanted a detachable shoulder strap, so sticking in my briefcase wouldn't be a problem. I wanted something large enough to hold a checkbook, and I preferred an item which would also accommodate my cell phone.

I returned the item because, although on paper it has the features I was looking for, I didn't like the product. The front and back of the wallet are stiff - the leather seems to be attached to stiff cardboard pieces, which make it almost hard-sided. The PDA slot was huge, my compact Palm Vx seemed to be floating in the PDA compartment! I could easily fit a chapstick or other item in with my Palm, but would I want to? (A pocket PC, like the HP Vornado, would probably fit nicely into the PDA compartment) But, after loading everything I wanted to carry in the wallet, I could barely get it zipped, mostly because the front and back were so stiff. Normal wallets will allow for some bulge, but this one would not. Mind you, I don't believe I 'overstuffed' it...I simply filled the available slots with my normal stuff: my Palm, my two checkbooks, a card in each slot, and the cell phone in the back pocket. Perhaps I'd have been able to close it if I hadn't put in the second checkbook.

I can't imagine actually using this product as a TRAVEL wallet. There is no way I could fit my normal load into this wallet, let alone my normal load PLUS all the documents and extra cards I take with me when I travel.

Look out!
I found this case to be unusable. It is difficult to get my PDA in and out and considering it is a phone, time can be an issue when answering a call. I also found it provided very little protection. I would not recommend this case for a Treo 300.

Not usable
This case fits too tightly to be usable.

A refreshing change from black
While not as classy as the case from Handspring, this case is still well made and fits the Treo 180 snugly without being too tight. It is also refreshing to find an alternative to all the black cases out there. It also comes in a few other colors and will fit the Treo 90 as well. I think it provides good value for the price.

CRAP!
The documentation CLEARLY states it will fit the 710 clie. IT DOES NOT! IT IS NOT ALL ALUMINUM as advertised either. Piece of crap. Sending back.

incomplete on-line information
I was completely dis-satisfaied with the product. The online information says that this is a case for sony clie. There is NO online information regarding the models of clie it is compatible with. In addition there was a statement saying that those who bought this product also bought Sony Clie PEG-SL10. Well my Sony Clie PEG SL-10 did not fit into this case. This is a totally misleading information on the part of the manufacturer and marketers. However, on the actual package itself there is information about specific models, but it is of no use because you will never know till you receive it. This has dissappointed me and has discouraged me from buying things online.

Love this case, had it for almost a year!
I have a Purple Metallic Clie PEG-N610C. THis case fits PERFECTLY for my clie and I can still access jog dial, serial sync and home/car charging, as well as accessing stylus and memory card slot. I have had this case for about 8-10 months and I love it. It has wonderfully protected like no other case I have had. It rolls around in my laptop bag and my purse. I can tell how great it works by the scratches and dings on the case- without it, those scratches and dings would be on my clie. The only downfall is that the case does scratch and nick. It would be 5 stars if there was a better finish on the case to protect it from me! You also can't sync with the clie in the case (if you are using a cradle) but you can easily remove the clie or use a serial cable.

Incomplete Information
There are two problems with this kit. One is the fact that the synch connector is not compatible with the iPAQ 3835, and this bit of information is missing from the product description. The other is the I did not get a stylus/pen combination, I got a simple stylus. So, if you own a 3800 series iPAQ, stay away from this product.

The connector to synch the iPaq with a PC is not compatible with an iPaq 3835, this bit of information is missing from the product description. The kit also comes with a plain stylus, not the pen/stylus combination. If you have a 3800 series iPaq, you should stay away from this product.

Not compatible with iPAQ 3835
